I also feel like I got a good value in both instances which can sometimes be hard considering flowers can be very expensive. They were able to build full arrangements with beautiful flowers for a fair price. It doesn’t hurt that everyone is so kind and easy to work with. Will be a repeat customer for all our floral needs.

Fantastic experience: Our friend in Arvada (I live in Washington, DC) lost her mom recently, and we wanted to have some flowers delivered, and were delighted to find the website for Olde Town online. The reviews were stellar, and after a few minutes on their site, I found what I hoped would be the perfect "winter solstice" arrangement (I didn't want to go with overly traditional funeral flowers). After placing my order, I realized my friend might not be home the day it was scheduled for, as the funeral was taking place out of town. A quick call to the shop and they were able to dispatch the arrangement that very same afternoon. She loved them and thought her late mother would have too. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I called on Thursday morning asking if I could make a 10am pickup for Saturday. Gave them some information about my MIL who passed and they absolutely knocked it out of the park with the arrangement, it was like they knew her. I will definitely be using them again in the future (hopefully for happier occasions) she loved purple flowers and plants and they even added some plants I’ll be able to propagate.

Fantastic experience: I found this shop using google and checking reviews. I was very pleased with the service and the flower arrangement. It looked just like what I ordered and was delivered the next day as scheduled! Please don't select the first thing on google as many of these "shops" don't have a physical address. The reviews were horrible (you reqlly need to search for them) and I found many complaints filed with BBB. These "shops" offer discounts, free delivery, etc, and operate in every city. And you can bet, you'll get what you pay for. Thank you Olde Town Flower Shoppe for brightening my sister's day.

Positive experience: I ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day this year, and unfortunately, they just weren’t the quality I was expecting. I am a florist in a different state, and I had specifically asked for the arrangement to be multicolored and bright. It was completely pink, and I had asked for it not to be pink. I didn’t receive a picture beforehand, and it was disappointing to see the arrangement my mom sent me a picture of had lots of empty space in the arrangement and just didn’t have a “wow” factor that I would have expected. The box was really pretty though!

Fantastic experience: Local and gorgeous! I needed flowers for prom and they did an amazing job with the flower selection and colors I needed. And the shop has a fantastic selection of gifts for any occasion. Will be back- highly recommend.

Negative experience: Disappointed for the 2nd (and last) time. Last year and this year, I ordered corsages for my girls' prom. Both times, I feel like it was a "bait and switch." The corsages are $35 each (plus tax). This year when deciding what we wanted, we were shown a corsage with 3 small roses and a a bunch of other greenery and baby's breath -- pretty. What we got were two large roses that look like they'll be dead by tomorrow and no additional greenery. If we didn't need them for tonight, I wouldn't have accepted them. Of course they also make you pay in advance (no surprise). I gave them a 2nd chance after a similar experience last year but I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

She asked me what I would like to see new in the store and, I originally couldn't think of a very good answer, I would love to see some candlestick holders. Negative experience: I received a bouquet and most of the flowers were wilted. It also wasn’t full and looked sparse. I did call and they sent a new bouquet, requesting the old back. The new bouquet is the same. First and last time their serves will be used.

They do not have any insanely high minimums which was so nice as I had some DIY faux flowers I wanted to add. We chatted over a few calls & she was able to make my fairytale vibes come to life with beautiful large centerpieces and hanging candles. We didn’t have an exact vision we wanted going in but wanted to match our wedding color palette and stay and work with our budget. When we went in to work up a quote, we were impressed with how detailed and thoughtful they were during the process. It was also cool that they could include a picture of what the bouquet would roughly look like. We were so impressed with how the arrangements, bouquets, boutonnières, floral bracelets, and centerpiece greenery turned out; they were beautiful!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience here last week! I came in looking to buy flowers to make arrangements for a fall themed birthday and they were out of the colors I was originally planning, but they went above and beyond bringing up options of what they did have until I could see a new vision form. I told them I had green/pink hydrangeas at home, so they tailored the flowers they brought up to match and I think the resulting arrangements speak for themselves. I will absolutely be back. Oh and I came with my 1yr old and they were so sweet and understanding! But I don’t recommend bringing a toddler for your own stress levels… there are a lot of breakable things in there.
