I purchased "Eternal Day" in premium for friends living in Anaheim. With taxes, delivery and tip, it came out to be $126. I would definitely order from them again! The floral arrangement turned out better than I anticipated.

Negative experience: Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. When I said it looked nothing like the arrangement that I purchased they were rude, defensive and practically yelling at me. She also told me she thought they looked “great”. Do yourself a favor and get flowers from ANY other florist in the state of CA and avoid Visser’s Florist.

Fantastic experience: The bouquet was just perfect, beautiful flowers, the arrangement was fresh, looks the same as the pictured. I made a last-minute order, and still it was delivered on time. What made this extra special was the note, which was in Arabic even thought they managed to present it in the proper way. Great service, highly recommended and would definitely order again.

Fantastic experience: This place is located on lincoln, west of harbor blvd to the right side of the street. This place is huge and there have many varieties of flowers. Those close at 7pm on most days. I got off work around 630pm and I gave them a call to inquire some questions on the flowers. They were quick to pick up the phones and friendly throughout the conversation helping me with the questions I have. I went over there and walked in, the store is spacious and I was greeted by a couple of ladies. They were very helpful and I got what I wanted. 6x sunflowers with light purple wrap. It was around $32 with tax. Flowers look fresh and pretty! Thank you Vissers Florist!!

Fantastic experience: I placed an order the day before Mexican Mother's Day, and since my mother lives in West Anaheim while we live out of state, it was important to choose a reliable company. I'm happy to say the flowers were delivered on time, and they were fresh and absolutely beautiful. Very impressed with the service!

Negative experience: I Will NOT order from this company again. I paid to upgrade to the deluxe arrangement to be delivered to my sister. Visser sent me an email informing me that the flowers had been delivered, It included a photo of the flowers I ordered. My sister sent me a photo of the flowers delivered and they were the basic arrangement. I emailed a photo of the delivered arrangement to Visser. Of course they denied my claim. They offered to refund the extra $10 without an apology.

Fantastic experience: Great service, very competitively priced Arrangements that were beautiful very fresh. The thing I love the most was how kind the stuff was. Located in a very centralized spot but parking is a little bit tricky so make sure you have empty hands when you walk back to your car with your bouquet of flowers

Of all the tasks this was one of the quickest. Having options on the website made it very easy to know what we wanted to order and pricing. Negative experience: Although the flowers i left with were beyond beautiful and arranged perfectly, i will say i am dissapointed with something. I had ordered a bouquet a little over 2 weeks before my occasion. The day i was supposed to pick them up, they did not have certain flowers yet to prepare the bouqet. I am driving about 45 minutes to you, on my own volition i understand, but let that be a testament to your flowers. Walking in i see theres bouquets on display ready to be sold, yet i had ordered mine 2 weeks before hand and i had already paid for it and the premium choice no less. I dont expect to hear that you dont have the flowers i need and have already paid for and see exactly those flowers ready to be sold. They prepared a rudimentary bouquet with flowers that were completely closed, how do you give that to someone? I ended up getting a refund for that order and got a beautiful bouquet no less, and for a cheaper price. I have been a customer for over 10 years, from anaheim originally and this was a dissapointment. Good job but not great job.

Fantastic experience: 12/27/24: Purchased Birthday Flowers for my Mom. Flowers delivered on December 20th and as I have come to expect from Visser's, they are spectacular. Today, December 27, still as beautiful. This is the BEST florist. I love you guys, thank you as always for putting a smile on my Mom's face. I live in a different state, and when I speak with her each day, the first thing she tells me is how much she loves the flowers. Visser's Florist once again hit a home run. They will never disappoint. I live out of state and always use this florist to deliver flowers to all my family in Orange, CA. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Negative experience: My husband sends me roses from Vissers every year for our anniversary and for other occasions. They are usually beautiful. But this time, they already looked old and put together thoughtlessly. They only lasted 2 days before dying. Very disappointing

Fantastic experience: I recently purchased the Vibrant Springtime Garden for my mom. This is an exceptionally beautiful arrangement, especially for the price point. My mom and I were VERY pleased :) I've ordered from Visser's at least a dozen times and have always been happy. This photo that the nursing home sent doesn't do it justice. I saw it live during a video call with mom when it was delivered and it's huge and gorgeous.

I went on line walked through the ordering process, completed everything there, never speaking to anyone, and they showed up 3-4 hours later. It was so easy! Also, this florist has been in Anaheim for a bazillion years, so you are using local with them. Many ads on google say they are local and 'family owned' and they are just an online company. Positive experience: I felt I was overcharged for a dozen of roses, and the florist who arranged my bouquet of roses omitted one rose on purpose or by mistake.

Negative experience: I came in on Monday looking for mini spray roses. The girl at the counter told me that they would be in on Tuesday, she took my name and phone number down along with the colors I needed. so I came in Tuesday evening thinking they would be out for display. Nope, the same girl that helped me on Monday was there. She told me that they were still sealed in boxes in the receiving area and not processed yet. It’s Wednesday today…I just called to see if the roses I needed were out and the “sales manager” said that they don’t even come in until Friday!!! and that those are something you have to order. I told her that she should inform her employees better to avoid this inconvenience for someone else next time. The Manager was rude, not even a SORRY for me wasting my time and gas. Extremely incompetent people. Bad experience. Let down.

Fantastic experience: Just dropped in to buy a bouquet of flowers for my special someone, I was offered help with selecting what flowers fit best for the situation and while being price conscious which was not a issue but appreciated. Overall I would definitely recommend this florist not only for the variety/selection but for the service they offer.

Fantastic experience: Vissers and Disneyland are Anaheim institutions from the early 1950s. Their arrangements are spectacular and they offer excellent customer service.

Negative experience: They used to be a really good florist, but the last two arrangements were not up to par and the most recent arrangement I was Wayover charged for it. I tried to resolve it with them, and they refused, and therefore to save yourself a problem use every blooming thing or Ace flowers. They’ll be happy to help you and give you much better service and quality and stand behind customer service. Unlike Vissers.

The flower arrangement I was able to get for our wedding was beautiful: a combination of white roses and carnations. I had procrastinated until the last moment and they were able to save me. Positive experience: Plenty of selection to choose from. Prices are fair and the staff is super nice and helpful. From small to large, their arrangements are very pretty.

Negative experience: I ordered the standard size Vivid Beauty arrangement for delivery. Be aware that there is a 10 dollar fee if you want the flowers delivered by noon! On the website, the dimensions listed were 27 inches high and 24 inches wide. The arrangement delivered was pretty enough, but definitely did not meet those dimensions. I called to ask, and was informed that the measurements on the website reflected only the more expensive version of the arrangement, of which there are three listed. I knew that I was ordering the "lowest " (but still pretty expensive!) version, but I feel it is very deceptive practice to list the dimensions for the higher versions. Or maybe list the dimensions for ALL of the versions so that the consumer knows exactly what they are getting. Staff was helpful, but I will not be ordering from this florist again due to this issue.

I found Visser's website and their floral arrangements looked beautiful so I decided to place my order. I choose the Box Full of Sunshine because she loves Sunflowers. Fantastic experience: Every time I use Visser’s they go above and beyond. Beautiful flowers, great customer service and fast delivery. I ordered online this last time but I neglected to supply a suite number. I got a call the morning of the delivery and the person was very kind and courteous. I gave them the suite number and the flowers were delivered within a couple hours before noon. The arrangement was beautiful and the delivery person was very friendly.. I have used Vissers for many years and will continue to do so. They never disappoint, I have never had any problems, always a pleasant experience and the best looking flowers! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Positive experience: The flower arrangement that was delivered was not like the picture we saw at the store. Not only were more than half the flowers not opened, but 2 kinds of the filler flowers were smaller, thinner, than the ones in the photo. We were told that the ribbon would have Capital letters so it would show, but they used small lower case letters on a very thin ribbon, and you could hardly see them. Very dissapointed.

Positive experience: My first order with them was decent, no issue, and my order arrive on the time I want them to arrive which was before noon. But my second order was a different story, I placed both orders online, and since there was no option for me to choose what time for the order to arrive, I had to put it on the description to ask if my order can arrive early. They email me back to ask for 5$ more just to have my order arrive by noon or else my order will be deliver at 4PM instead. both orders are going to the same place, and both order I placed 2 days early. Why the 5$ surcharge was not there on my first order and you don't even have the option to charge the customer properly, but instead after their order is placed, and you try to extort addition money. Not a pleasant experience with their online service, maybe place your order with phone only, so you don't get any surprise last minute charges.
