Negative experience: My best friend ordered me a bouquet for my birthday. She asked if they could remove sunflowers. In the past they had honored her request. This time they kept the sunflowers in the bouquet. It was delivered to her home. The flowers themselves looked fresh which i appreciated but I noticed the bow was frayed and not professional looking for the price. I know my friend felt super bad with the outcome. Would not recommend

Fantastic experience: I needed some emergency flowers that basically said, “I’m sorry I forgot… please accept this bouquet as my apology,” and Santos Flowers absolutely delivered. It was my first time there, and my friends helped me find the spot last minute—so glad they did! They had a huge selection and all the flowers looked super fresh. Another lifesaver is that they’re open later than most places, which is honestly one of the main reasons we ended up going there. Safe to say the crisis was averted, and I’ll definitely be coming back to Santos Flowers for all my future flower emergencies. Mission Accomplished! Thank you, Santos Flowers!

Fantastic experience: Santos Flowers is a large flower shop with a great selection and a big inventory. I was searching for blue roses for Valentine’s Day since my wife loves them. The first shop I called quoted me $90 for a dozen, another one said $65, but Santos offered them for $50 from the start—a great deal! I prepaid and requested my bouquet to be ready by Friday at noon, and it was ready on time when I arrived. I’m really glad I ordered ahead because there was a huge line on Valentine’s Day. Overall, I had a smooth experience with good pricing and reliable service. Would definitely return!

Negative experience: First you can't order through there online it has to be done through Door dash. Second I had order an arrangement that's over $100 to be delivered at the hospital. The arrangement that it was delivered was not the same. The description only said wrapped paper could change. I called to ask about it. And the answer was it's Grubhub fault. And than the response was I will talk to manager to better service. I ask to talk to manager never.

Fantastic experience: I found Santos Flowers the day before our baby shower and found the absolute perfect flowers for our arrangements!!! Angel helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was an absolute angel, helping bring our vision to life—it felt God-sent!!! He also worked so well with our budget, and my husband and I are forever grateful to have found this wonderful florist!!! Highly recommend them!

Negative experience: They don't have good service anymore. I bought a metallic balloon and it went flat during the night. Went back the next day to get my $6.00 back, Sandra (employee) didn't want to give me back my money, instead she offered me another balloon. I told her that I had bought another one from Ralphs, not until I asked to speak to the manager, she gave me my money.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! I ordered flowers for my daughter whom had her 1st baby. I did everything by phone trusting what they were telling me, and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Flower bouquet was 2 ft high by about 1 ft wide. My daughter said they are GORGEOUS. I felt the price was extremely reasonable for the quality of the flowers and the workmanship, not to mention the TOP NOTCH service they provided. Thank you Santos Flowers! .

Positive experience: They made me exactly what I wanted and did a wonderful job the flower bouquet that they made me was beautiful it was for our wedding anniversary. Service was great very friendly and they go as far as if you do not like what they made for you. They will remake it and you don’t need to take it if you don’t like it.

Negative experience: Please do NOT use Santos Flowers for any event centerpieces. I had been going to Santos Flowers to purchase flower bouquets throughout the years and decided to use them for my wedding centerpieces. The man that assisted us prepared a sample centerpiece with flowers that I hand-picked at their store. He wrote down every single flower name he used on the sample centerpiece, and we paid him for the sample and a deposit for my wedding centerpieces. I went back a second time to pay the remaining balance and asked him to make a few adjustments to the centerpieces. I told him we will pay extra as long as they used more ivory roses. I paid him the extra fee and he revised the invoice. The day before my wedding, Santos Flowers delivered my centerpieces to my reception venue, and I had my family assist in unloading the flowers. Five minutes later, I noticed the flowers on the centerpieces were not at all what I asked for and what was on my invoice. I called Santos Flowers and the man that had initially assisted me said they could not do anything about their mistake. However, they were willing to send the driver back to pick up the flowers and fix the issue if I would pay another delivery fee. I refused to pay a delivery fee when it was their mistake. I decided to go in-person to the store and speak with the man that had initially assisted us in preparing the sample centerpiece. He was extremely rude and said they did not want to help me with fixing their mistake unless I paid more for the delivery fee. I showed him the picture of the sample centerpieces and the ones that I received. They ended up using cheaper flowers on my centerpieces and it looked less full. Then I showed him the invoice that showed I paid for specific flowers. He asked that I leave the store. I asked if they can at least give me the flowers that I had paid for on the invoice and I told him I would fix it myself. He refused. I asked to speak with the owner, but he said the owner did not want to help me with their mistake. At the end, he did NOT offer an apology and only gave me a dozen roses to fix 12 centerpieces and my main sweetheart table flowers as well. I am extremely disappointed and had to use the centerpieces that were provided. The flowers were droopy and not as full as the initial sample I was given. It was too late to fix. Please do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. No bride deserves to be dealing with unprofessional vendors who do not treat their loyal customers with respect. Please message me or comment here if you want more information about this. The business responded to this review that they would fix the issue but it is too late. They should have fixed their error when I went to their store. It’s a couple months too late.

Negative experience: I'd give zero if I could. My husband ordered flowers for me but they were delivered to the wrong address. The delivery driver called and said she would deliver them, but then they were left on the floor of the same address and the store said it was "too far for them to deliver" yet it was less than 2 miles away. For $50, below is a picture of the pitiful bouquet that would have arrived. A grocery store bouquet would have been better than this for the price.

Fantastic experience: We have been doing business with SANTOS FLOWER SHOP FOR AT LEAST 15 YEARS, their flowers last for @ least 3 weeks. The scent last & last. These young owners started on a little shop on south Main Street in Santa Ana, CA. & blown so successfuly to their new huge site . They are still young & they also have a flower shop in Las Vegas.

Fantastic experience: These guys are awesome. They made our wedding flower centerpieces and my flower bouquet and they looked stunning with the most affordable price in town. I just showed them a picture of what I want and they made it happen for us. Highly recommend them for your special events, they don’t disappoint.

Fantastic experience: I needed birthday flowers on short notice, it was late, everywhere was closed, so I asked Google to find a florist that was open at 9 p.m. and this is the place that Google served up. I showed up and was blown away by the size and selection, enormous number of roses of various colors, sizes and length. Many designs, all sorts of balloons and stuffed animals of different sizes. And the prices are incredibly reasonable. I was able to get four dozen absolutely gorgeous roses, 2 dozen were red and two dozen were fire and ice; 2 mylar balloons one huge one and one medium sized, the roses were trimmed, re-wrapped with filler and I was handed possibly one of the most beautiful bouquets I had seen. Anywhere else the bouquet would have cost around $150 -$200 or more. All in, balloons plus 4 dozen stunning roses: $65.00 I am not kidding. My 2 yr old son was with me and he had a blast looking at all the balloons and multi colored roses. I will not only be back, but every occasion that requires flowers, I will turn to Santos. They open early they stay open late and their prices are untouchable. What else could you ask for?

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a large arrangement for my Mother's funeral services. The staff was very helpful in picking the perfect arrangement , I found the prices very reasonable. The day of the service the arrangement was delivered on time and it was beautiful. The flowers were all very fresh lasting for more then a week. I will definitely use Santos Flowers again and will recommend them to others.
