He requested a dozen yellow roses but, as can be seen from the picture, Eric went far beyond that! I almost fainted when I opened the door it was so gorgeous!!! The person helping me was friendly and didn’t rush me, which I appreciated. They put together a bouquet that looked great and fit what I had in mind without going over my budget. The flowers lasted longer than I expected, and I got a lot of compliments on them. It’s always nice to find a local place that’s consistent and easy to work with. I’ll definitely keep this florist in mind whenever I need flowers again.

Positive experience: Aladdin Flower’s were beautiful and my wife loved them. Unfortunately, I would not work with them again nor recommend them for important events as their actual operations fail to live up to the expectations that they build up when chatting with them over the phone. I reached out several weeks in advance to have flowers delivered to a hotel at 9:30 AM. Aladdin’s team member named David instructed me to call back two days before the event to confirm details (I did - with David himself). Two days before the event date, I asked for the delivery time to be moved to 10:00 AM. On the day of, the delivery driver arrived at 9:10 AM insisting that I take the flowers early at that moment; despite the fact that I was unavailable then (was watching my wife’s performance). The driver became irate and told me “well, it is what it is” when I mentioned 10:00 AM delivery time. This meant, ALL the communication ahead of time was a waste of time. For the next three hours, I had major anxiety as Aladdin Flowers did not just have MY flowers hostage…but had MY WIFE’s flowers hostage. They were at the mercy of an angry delivery man. Luckily, after many desperate emails, David sent a new delivery driver to deliver the flowers. Thus in summary, their actual motto is “it is what it is”…so if you want a business that takes your special moments seriously, please choose another place. Don’t pay for anxiety.

I was amazed at the quality of the flowers and most of all the time and how quickly they were able to process this custom bouquet.
