Fantastic experience: We had some miscommunication for a pickup on Valentines's Day, but they did everything reasonably possible to make it right, and that's what counts. The arrangment itself was the best I've ever purchased.

Negative experience: I haven't had a problem with Armstrong until this last time. I had roses delivered to my gf at work on 2/13/26. Usually when I send them, they are hand delivered. This time though, they were left in their warehouse in a FTD box. The flowers looked old and wilted. Highly disappointed and may not use Armstrong again.

Negative experience: Disappointed! Ordered basket of flowers from website for a funeral and I was very disappointed when I showed up to the viewing and saw what was delivered. The basket of flowers that were delivered did not look like website picture. Basket bare not full at all. Won't order from here again.

Negative experience: I ordered a black/dark themed bouquet for my girlfriend because I know that there are many varietals of flowers and plants that have a deep/dark coloring or appear black. That is what I expected to receive when I placed the order, however, that was not what was delivered. What was delivered was a standard bouquet of flowers that had been SPRAY PAINTED BLACK! They even smelled strongly of spray paint when they were delivered. How anyone thought this was acceptable is beyond me. I could understand if they had reached out to let me know that the desired coloring was unavailable or out of season, but to use spray paint seems so cheap, unprofessional, and disrespectful to me. So very disappointed in their service and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I've used Armstrong throughout the years for my funeral flowers, and have never had an issue. They've actually gone above and beyond on a couple of occasions. First time, finances were an issue and they took what we had and did a wonderful casket spread that was obviously worth more than the money we had given them. This last time was for my son's services and they gave us a huge discount on our order. It feels like they "mourn" with us even though they don't know the family or deceased. Positive experience: I placed a somewhat last minute flower delivery (Wed order for Fri delivery) to my best friend for her shower and wanted to order local since I am not. I selected a bouquet with her favorite flowers and when it arrived, it didn't have them in the bouquet. I know supply and demand is tough, but I would have appreciated a phone call before being sent out especially as the arrangement cost nearly $85 (with delivery fee). When I reached out, they said they have a disclaimer that the flowers could be different and that I should put a note or call to check next time. I get it, I do, but putting it back on me as if it's my problem.. you're a small local family owned business and I truly think that a simple phone call stating that you are going to make it but without the main flowers is common courtesy. All of that aside, the arrangement was nice, arrived on time, and I am still glad I chose local. I just hope they take my feedback. :)
