Fantastic experience: Top notch customer service! I used Lopshire awhile back for sympathy flowers and a throw. The flowers unfortunately didn't make it to the funeral home with the throw but they went above and beyond, delivering them the next day to the recipients home and gave me a $40 gift certificate for the inconvenience. I used them again this week for a sympathy arrangement and I dropped off two ornaments that I wanted incorporated into the arrangement and they made it look so pretty!

The team was great about getting my inspiration and making suggestions about how combine elements from one picture with another until we had something I was excited about. We even made some changes a month prior to the event and they easily met those needs as well. Everything with them went flawlessly!

Negative experience: I called Lopshire Flowers in the past few weeks to retain their business for a fall event. Upon calling, I was warned of how expensive my needs were and that they may or may not be able to help me - prior to hearing what my actual order was. When I asked for a consultant to work with to plan ahead, I was told I'd receive a call. I am still waiting for that call... Historically I've had great service here, but the person I spoke with assumed I a) could not afford the flowers I needed and b) required more attention than I actually do. I was really surprised by this. I had called ahead to see if the store was available and to learn what process I needed to follow to make sure service was possible. I was also willing to defer to the florists to help me determine what was reasonable but the person I spoke with seemed annoyed that I had called in the first place. In the future I'll visit the store in person or use another florist.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers for a family member in the hospital for next day delivery. Arrangement never was delivered to her. I sent an email same day letting them know, unanswered. Sent another follow up email, again unanswered. Finally have to file a merchant dispute with credit card company. Still no response to any inquiries weeks later.

When we need ideas or have budget concerns, they have great ideas. We also just like going in to the store sometimes to browse for ideas or boutique items they carry...and they remember us by name. Big plus!

Negative experience: Went in to place an order for a wedding and one of the two ladies were dealing with an emergency (which is fully understandable) the other lady told me she could not help me even though the first one said she could. Waited around for 45 mins and then was suddenly told they only do weddings by consult times.
