Fantastic experience: I had never used Land Park Florist’s services before. I ordered a tulip arrangement for Valentine’s Day for delivery. The picture on the website displayed really nice purple tulips but the ones delivered looked even nicer with an almost pink look and the arrangement looked better than the picture. I was very satisfied with the service!

Positive experience: Flowers were good and delivered as promised. However the note was hand written, which included the word "baby", but the way "baby" was hand written was interpreted as "Gaby". I had to spend 30 minutes telling my wife there is no "Gaby".

Negative experience: Guy called me and said they were not making my delivery because of two orders being made. Still charged my card. Flowers did not get to funeral.

Fantastic experience: My very good friends experienced a devastating loss and wanted to send them some flowers. I found the closest florist to them which ended up being Land Park Florist. It was already after hours when I found out the news, but I was able to place an order to be delivered the very next day. I received a call from Ron notifying me that the option I selected couldn’t be made possible as he wasn’t able to track down the specific flower from any of the nearby wholesalers. It was no problem whatsoever and appreciated him letting me know. The delivery was made in the late morning and my two friends sent me a picture of how beautiful the arrangement turned out. The experience and service were top notch!

I had ordered an arrangement on line which was very easy and quick, however the one I chose wasn't available ( flower wasn't in season). They called me directly and went over my options. She let me know they were going to make a lager one with more flowers at no additional cost. Now that's great customer service! They delivered to my recipient within a couple of hours! I could come down to the shop and choose. I had not been there before. The shop is small but very well kept and pleasant. The people were very friendly and helpful. I found an alternative arrangement and was very happy. He even gave me a discount. I definitely will go back here for flowers again.

Fantastic experience: I love working with this florist. When I ordered something from the website, I received a call telling me it wasn't available. I tried something else and received another call that it wasn't available. I ordered something else online and received a call that the exact item I ordered wasn't available, but I would be given something even better that was in stock. Customer service is exceptional!

Fantastic experience: The spray was absolutely beautiful, as shown in the website photos. All flowers were at the church on time! The lady I spoke to on the phone when ordering was extremely helpful and so friendly. Land Park is The Best florist in CA. I’m saying this from loads of experience with other florist both in CA and the ‘national’ ones as well. LPF deserves 5 stars!

Her street was closed and they couldn’t get them to her that day but their communication was on point and delivered the arrangement very early the day after. Positive experience: I order flowers from a third party and this florist delivered them. They looked nothing like the picture I ordered nor was the ribbon the same. Thankfully they were just get well flowers and the recover was very happy with what she got so I did not complain.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely fantastic. For my wife's anniversary bouquet I wanted purple tulips for same-day delivery. Land Park Florist called within minutes to say that those were, unfortunately, not available, but that they could whip up something comprising locally harvested flowers, if that was OK. I said it was; I did not expect they would show up on our doorstep barely an hour later. Definitely a go-to spot.
