Fantastic experience: I had the absolute best experience here during one of the hardest times of my life. I walked in extremely last minute needing a floral arrangement for my brother’s funeral. I had to take on most of the planning myself since my parents were too devastated, and I was incredibly stressed. Despite the short notice, they not only created and delivered everything on time, but they also went above and beyond by making me the most beautiful flower cross, better than I could have ever imagined. I actually cried when I saw it at the funeral home. Their kindness, patience, and compassion truly meant the world to me. They handled everything with such care that I didn’t have to stress any further. In such a heartbreaking moment, they brought a little peace and beauty, and I will always be grateful for that. A bit pricier than your typical grocery store but the flowers are always super high quality and last with the provided flower food. Kathy is very sweet and is easily available thru text. Their website has a selection of bouquets and arrangements so you can pre-order and pickup, or you can just contact them to describe what exactly you're looking for. Just leaving this review because I've gone quite a few times now, and never left disappointed. Support your local flower shops!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing!!! I came in last minute to get 16 small bouquet’s for my son’s baseball team’s Mother’s day celebration. The shop was already busy and seemed like they had a lot of orders on the table already. They were able to source the flowers I was looking for, pick them up and make the bouquet’s all before the end of day. The kids on the team were able to give the flowers to their mother’s and grandmother’s and they loved them!! Even better, it made all the other teams in the league jealous because they didn’t have any flowers. I’ll be recommending them to everyone who needs flowers.

Fantastic experience: Kathy did a beautiful job on my arrangement that I ordered for a friend's funeral. I had ordered the arrangement with a request to make a change for brighter colors, and with white gladiolus flowers added for a taller display. Kathy took the time to call me the day before to let me know they were out of gladiolus, but with my approval, she would make a few changes to create a beautiful display. Though the arrangement did not have the height that I was envisioning, it was very beautiful and stood out among the other displays. Thank you so much Kathy for all your help!

After some searching, I came across "Aloha Flowers" wondering if they were for sure from Hawaii. I gave them a call this morning around 8:45am, for sure they are! Fantastic experience: Kathy went above and beyond. She has a kind heart and genuinely wants you to have the best wedding possible. She made our wedding a romantic fairy tale. The ceremony alter arch was beautifully decorated with flowers and she did the fabric draping herself for free (most other florists were charging extra as much as $150). Her prices are the fairest we found. If you are getting married in the simi valley or chatsworth area, there is no other florist. Working with Kathy felt like working with family. I would hands down hire her again for any event in the future.

I wound up picking up what I left behind the following day and she had hand made a lei for me (When I was just gonna make it at home) As a surprise and substituted some flowers as a surprise with no extra charge. Negative experience: Beware!! Do not order flowers from this place. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare. Purchased flowers for a friend’s birthday and she got the wrong arrangement . She didn’t get the wrong thing by accident. The owner just didn’t have the flowers needed to make this arrangement so she decided to make something herself without my consent or approval and just delivered them. The arrangement I paid for was $94 + delivery so like $120 and it looks not even similar to what I asked for. I was so embarrassed when she received these flowers. They’re terrible, and not worth $94. I could have purchased something similar to this for $15 at Ralph’s. I would have appreciated a call and to be told they couldn’t make it instead of thinking it was ok to send something else. I asked for a refund on Monday and then owner said she would, each day I reach out and she said she will do it first thing in the morning and then she says end of the day and nothing happens. It’s now it’s Thursday and I’m still waiting for my money so I can buy my friend something else. This place is false advertising and the owner is unprofessional. Save yourself the nightmare I’m going through and go somewhere else!!

Negative experience: This flower shop is a scam. You go on their “website” which is still active to order flowers and you get a confirmation email. Lo and behold, their website is “inactive” but you don’t get an email or a call to tell you that. Thanks to Aloha Flowers for ruining Mother’s Day!

Negative experience: Aloha Flowers quite literally stole my money and never delivered my Mother's Day flowers. I called and no one would answer the phone. It's 8pm and the beautiful bouquet I bought my mother never came. Ruined Mother's Day.

Negative experience: WORST FLOWER SHOP EVER!! Do NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered and they were never delivered! I tried to reach out to the owner and they refused to even answer the phone to speak to me explaining why my order was never delivered! The only communication they would provide was via text and were not very helpful and extremely rude!! I still never received my order or my refund!! Do NOT support this business unless you want to be scammed!!

We loved the flowers The only thing, it was just a bit smaller than what we had envisioned. But they were still soooo beautiful and lovely!! A gorgeous arrangement! Our flowers were delivered on time as promised! (Tip: If having your flowers delivered, it’s a good idea to always make sure to confirm and double-check the address where you want them to be delivered to. NOT the flower shop’s fault! But almost had gone to the wrong address, which another similar place was nearby. We both assumed it was going to be a certain mortuary. Even the rep from the mortuary says it happens all the time with all flower shops. I’m just glad I caught the mistake beforehand.)

Fantastic experience: I had an extremely important funeral in the area I do not like using large commercial florists. This was the best experience I have ever had ordering flowers. The owner really took pride in my order and the flowers were fresh. I wish this florist was on my back door. I would order every week.

Fantastic experience: It was my birthday , and one of the things I wanted was a fresh flower arrangement. The first shop I went to asked me to come back in 30 minutes so her employee could eat first. It felt dismissive and I walked out feeling disappointed, and didn’t return. When I went to Aloha Flowers, she welcomed my husband and I with an Aloha greeting , asked what type of bouquet I was looking for, and then showed me all of her beautiful and unique roses. I believe it was the owner who helped us. She was very knowledgeable about flowers and where they came from. Then we sat on the comfy couch to wait for our arrangement to be created. When she brought it out , it was beautiful!! All the colors I wanted and unique roses. The whole experience was wonderful. I’m huge on customer service , so I’ll definitely be back. She came to my rescue and had them ready for me by the end of the week. She even drove all the way to the airport to pick them up and she even did a double leis for my best friend. She was so compassionate and caring. I LOVED working with her. I would highly recommend this amazing flower shop. Negative experience: I never leave negative posts but this order was one thing after another. Ordered a boutonnière and a wristlet for my son. Went to pick up at time they were to be ready . Weren’t ready. They offered to deliver . Great! They were not the pink and white roses I had ordered over the phone 2 days prior . I called and was told because of all the rain we’d had the roses were bad. Ok? I could have been told that when I ordered . What we received was not worth the $63 and are typically something I buy at Trader Joe’s for about $10. THEN, my son tells me that his girlfriend’s wristlet fell apart about 2 hours into the night ! Come on!
