His patience, care, and demeanor as he spoke with a family over the phone and those in person moved me as I know how hard life can be when arranging events after someone passed away. My heart reaches out towards that family, but I am so happy to know that someone, like Albert, is out here helping them during this time.

Fantastic experience: Very good service and beautiful flowers. A bit more on the pricier side but id rather go here than target or vons because of how they treat you and how nice their flowers are.

Negative experience: This used to be my go to place for flowers growing up and into adulthood. I was going to be in town and decided to order a small bouquet and was sadly disappointed. I didn’t mind that colors had to be swapped out but the quality was lacking. 2/4 purple stems were wilted and squished looking. The only white was totally drooping.

Fantastic experience: Simi Flowers stepped up and made a last minute Mothers Day delivery to my mom after a 1 800 delivery service delivered my order to the wrong address and then offered to deliver a replacement two days AFTER Mother's Day. After explaining my predicament, Simi Flowers made a beautiful bouquet and delivered it to my mother's senior community that same day. Tbe bouquet was large and gorgeous and cost much less than the 1 800 company charged. Do yourself and your loved one a favor - skip the 1 800 big corporations who charge 2x as much for half the product and who take no accountability if there is a problem with delivery. Instead call Simi Flowers - support this family business and rest assured the flowers will be beautiful and will be delivered on time. I will certainly do so going forward.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers from here for my sister in law for Mother’s Day and I am / she is so happy with them. They arrived super early on the delivery date as well which was so great! I used to use big box floral websites but I’m going to make sure that I use Simi flowers again for any local deliveries. Their website is easy to use as well. I absolutely love the cute butterfly. I wish that I got to smell these in person I can only imagine how delicious they must be. I was happy that they put some soon to bloom florals as well. I will definitely recommend Simi flowers to my friends and family!

My Aunt lives in Simi Valley and every time she has a birthday or another significant event I send her flowers from Simi Flowers and Gifts. We have never had a bad experience and I have used them at least a dozen times if not closer to two dozens. The flowers come fresh, delivered on the date requested and the arrangements are always top notch. I cannot recommend them enough. Be sure to make sure you are getting Simi Flowers and Gifts when you do a search because some people are paying top dollar to show up at the top of the search results and then you end up ordering flowers from someone who is going to ship them so they won't be as fresh.

I had ordered a last-minute sympathy bouquet for a coworker whose elderly dog (Freddy) had passed. Albert helped me with my order and he was very thoughtful with his questions. I told him about Freddy’s passing and how my coworker adopted him when he was already in his later stages of life. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a mix-up and she didn't receive what I had originally ordered online (she still loved the bouquet she got). I called that same day and the owner happened to answer the phone. I explained my situation and from the get-go he was very professional and understood my frustration. Flowers were delivered a day before mother's day but when flowers arrived they were not what I had ordered for her. They were dead in 3 days and for the price I payed I expected better. They looked like flowers that I had bought at a corner street. Don't know if it was the season but I know now I won't be ordering from here anymore.
