Experiencia negativa: I had ordered a black heart shaped box with white roses and red heart balloons for valentine's day. Their website says ready usually within 4 hours. I called on valentine's day to get an update and didn't get a firm reply on it. They said they were going to send a text message or email with a picture of the arrangement and got a call around 7pm saying it was ready for pickup but I was out with my girlfriend on a date so I told them I would pickup the next day. When I went to pickup the next day. The shop was a mess. They couldn't find my order and I didn't see my order either. I was looking for a black heart shaped box with white roses and red heart shaped balloons and nothing. They gave me someone else's order because there was a name on the box they gave and they took the name off and just gave it to me. The balloons were assorted balloons, not red heart shaped balloons. They gave me a white heart shaped box with red roses. I showed them my order and what it should look like and they just couldn't give me a straight answer. It was more like, take it or leave it. I spend good money just to get someone else's order and no answers. Very disappointed on this shop. This was my first valentine's so that really sucked.

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT order from Pink Clover, especially with Valentine's Day around the corner, as their business engages in misleading and deceptive practices. If Google allowed it, I would give them a negative star. I was looking for a flower shop near my daughter's new job to surprise her for her birthday and found Pink Clover. Despite their flowers being expensive, I ordered the Pretty in Pink arrangement for $120. What was delivered, however, bore no resemblance to the product advertised on Pink Clover's website. The arrangement was sparse, poorly designed, and clearly inferior--completely unacceptable for a premium-priced product. Before placing my order, I called Pink Clover on Monday, 1/5/26, and spoke with Diana. I asked very specific questions about the bouquet's presentation and delivery to Culver City. Diana confirmed that delivery was available for an additional $20-$30 fee, which was not disclosed on the website. She repeatedly assured me that the arrangement would look exactly as advertised online, include approximately 17 roses along with carnations and other fillers, and that a ribbon could be added. She also confirmed I could request specific rose colors. I told Diana that I would call back after discussing the total cost with my husband, as it exceeded my budget. After confirming with him, I placed the order online instead, as a discount was offered. I included very clear instructions requesting a ribbon, specific rose colors, and a "Happy Birthday" sign. I also explicitly asked to be sent photos of the arrangement prior to delivery and requested to be contacted if there were any questions or concerns. I only received an order confirmation and no follow-up communication regarding my requests. On Thursday, 1/8/26, I called to confirm my order because no one had reached out. I spoke with a male customer service representative, who reviewed all of my requests and explicitly confirmed my instructions that photos were to be sent prior to delivery. On Friday, 1/9/26, I received a message from my daughter thanking me for the flowers, and it was immediately clear that what had been delivered did not reflect what I ordered. No photos were provided prior to delivery, and the bouquet bore little resemblance to what was advertised. This was a clear case of misrepresentation—the arrangement did not match the photos, description, or the verbal assurances I was given. The quality, design, and overall presentation were far below acceptable standards and nowhere near worth the $120 charged. This transaction constitutes misleading and false advertising, coupled with poor execution and follow-through. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this florist and would caution others against using their services. This transaction demonstrates a clear failure of truth in advertising and basic value for money. Consumers are entitled to receive the product that was marketed and sold to them—not a cheaper, inferior substitute. The arrangement delivered was materially different from what was advertised and agreed upon. I requested a full refund and asked that the flowers be picked up, yet no one has returned my call. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. If this matter is not promptly resolved, I will pursue further action, including a credit card dispute and a formal consumer complaint. I am sharing my experience to strongly advise others to be cautious with this business. Misleading assurances can lead to disappointment if you expect a beautiful flower arrangement for a loved one. For reliable, high-quality bouquets at a fair price, your local farmers’ market is a better option. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pink Clover.

Decided to use them for a wedding bouquet and boutonniere, unfortunately it was disappointing and I recommend getting special occasion flowers elsewhere. The bouquet felt sparse and the flowers were not fresh, I don't think the photos of products are super accurate (previously we had bought things in person and not based off of photos). Also, they said they'd text me a photo when it was ready for pickup, which wasn't until 4:40, 20 minutes before they close. It's a good thing I live closeby! Tldr; best to go in person and buy something so you know what you're getting.
