Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 and ALL of the stars Got these for my mom on her birthday, since i was unable visit her that day and she absolutely loved them!!!! In my notes I had said that she doesn’t like roses, but loves sunflowers and any other flower really, lol and there was not a single rose in the bouquet! They also definitely gave extra sunflowers, and it was very appreciated. She kept stopping everybody that was walking by her room to come take a look at her beautiful flowers. Thank you to Dotties Flowers and Plants for doing such a amazing job I will definitely be using them and recommending them to everyone!

Experiencia negativa: Well, I would not have written this review, but I kept receiving emails and text to write it. So here you go, I paid for 60 tulips for my friend and they only brought 30 to the hospital. Luckily I had happened to see the picture because they did not tell me that they changed my order. When I called Dottie’s, they agreed that it was not 60. They ended up refunding the entire order because the hospital could not take them in the ICU but again I was not alerted to any of this by Dottie’s. I had to call. Just make sure you get what you pay for. The 30 tulips were beautiful … I’ll give them that.

Experiencia positiva: This is my first experience using Dotties flowers and plants. The reviews I read and the web site it's self convinced me. They offer different pricing for earlier delivery times. I opted for before 11:00 a.m. I checked with the receptionist where the flowers were to be delivered at 10:40 a.m. and nothing. I called Dotties inquired as to the delivery, and was asked to hold so the could get an ETA. The driver could not be raised so they said they would call back which they did not. I called my wife directly and asked her to keep an eye out for the flowers and candy that I sent her for her birthday which were to be delivered before 11 that I paid extra for the service. At 10:58 a.m.i received a picture of the flowers from her as she stated that they just arrived (first picture below with the bag of chocolates) Yeah 10 minutes before 11 is still before 11 but REALLY? Then I ask you to look at the second .picture of the arrangement posted on the website. Again, it has sone similarity in flowers but you judge for your self is it the same thing and worth your hard earned money? Does it show the love and feeling behind the thought for your loved ones, and what is worse,I referred my mother in law to Dotties before all the issues. Stupid me for putting my faith into what I thought would be a professional business. Not that Dotties will care but I WILL NEVER USE OR REFER ANYONE TO DOTTIES.
