I was mesmerized when I saw the delivery.. everyone in my office and including clients were smitten and complimented my arrangement.. everyone wanted to know what florist place had send them. I proudly say Mayfield Florist. Every year my arrangements are beautiful. When you want to impress someone special don’t hesitate to order from Mayfield. Everyone there is amazing from the owner to their employee, specially Clementina.

You can tell great care went into the bouquet. Highly recommend for anyone looking to brighten someone’s day!

Experiencia negativa: I get flowers here three or four times a year. Picked up an assortment of roses for on wife for Valentine’s Day. The arrangement was pretty beat up and old looking. Almost all the roses were open, no buds. Won’t last long. For what I paid I am not happy or impressed. Every flower in the arrangement was bruised or brown on the edges.

Experiencia negativa: Reached out to local florists as I was looking for a Disney vase sold through 1-800-Flowers. Spoke to Stacy at Mayfield on Friday and we discovered they had the exact vase I was looking for. She agreed to hold it for me and send me different arrangements. I offered to pay for it over the phone but she said she would send me some options first. I told her I would pick it up Monday or Tuesday. Monday morning came and I had not heard from her or received any pictures. I called after they opened and left a message for Stacy to call me back. Two hours later I had to call back and leave another message. I never heard back. I showed up to the location this afternoon and Stacy fumbled on her words and said she didn’t have the vase. Mayfield had several opportunities to tell me the truth and for Stacy to own up to her mistake. She never did and didn’t even offer a gesture of goodwill or apology. I was really looking forward to getting the vase for my wife for Valentine’s Day. Suffice to say, this was a terrible experience and I will never recommend Mayfield to anyone I know nor use it for our corporate celebrations.

We decided to opt for a plant basket and Michael knocked it out of the park! The plants all went well together and our friend was able to plant some pots to create a memorial garden. Mayfield always delivers quality service and quality product. I will never refer anyone I care about for a Tucson delivery to anywhere else.

Stacey did such an AMAZING job creating the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, ceremony arches, and table centerpieces of our dreams. She even made a flower collar for our dog to wear in pictures! Stacey graciously met with us several times at the store and kept close communication with us to ensure that we were happy with every detail of the floral arrangements. We loved her work so much that we even decided to get the wedding bouquet and part of the ceremony arch piece framed. Not to mention, she went out of her way to pack the flowers that were were shipping out to be framed and make sure that they were well hydrated and secured. Stacey was such a gem to work with and we would recommend her to anyone and everyone for whatever occassion!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't live in Arizona but have used Mayfield Florists in the past for Tucson orders with excellent results. Today was no exception. I called this morning to order flowers for a grieving friend. The suggestions offered by the kind telephone lady were very welcome. Not only were the flowers delivered in a timely manner but they were fresh and absolutely beautiful. My friend called and couldn't say enough about the arrangement and how they brightened her day. It's difficult to find a reliable business when you don't live in the area but I've got to tell you Mayfield Florists is highly recommended. They've never let me down. You’d never guess it was pulled together so quickly because the quality and attention to detail were exceptional.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: still the best flowers . Mom just received her mother's day flowers and this time I chose a cup and saucer type of vessel. live in NC, my mom is in AZ. The second time I have ordered from them this year. Once in April and once in October. The first time, I had to change the delivery date due to some hospital stays. The customer service was great. I will be continuing to order from them as long as my mom lives in the area. The flowers have been gorgeous and full.

She received it this morning and called to tell me it is the most beautiful bouquet she has ever had. She sent me 3 pictures of it on 3 sides and all sides had a different theme of beautiful flowers. Experiencia negativa: We used Mayfield for our wedding flowers and it was a complete disaster. After our first meeting, a year prior to our wedding we were excited to work with Lani and she said she could make our vision happen and within our budget. We were told they don't do contracts and 6 weeks before our wedding all of a sudden Lani said it would cost much more for our vision than we had agreed upon. At that point it was too late to change to another vendor. We had to cut multiple things and downsize a lot but were still hopeful it would look nice. Lani promised us she would be at the venue at 9am on our wedding day and had cleared her entire schedule to be there to set up. The day of she texted my wife at 9:15 saying she was still at the shop gathering the flowers. After that she was unreachable and didn't respond to any calls or texts. She finally showed up close to noon. With our wedding ceremony quickly approaching, our family and bridal party had to urge her to set up quickly, to which Lani said "you're putting too much pressure on me" It was going so slowly that the groomsmen and two staff members from our venue had to help her set up. We literally had groomsmen with hoses and arranging flowers. This was the most stressful part of our wedding day. The flowers looked okay, but definitely a paired down version of what we discussed. A few days after I spoke to the owner, who seemed to acknowledge they missed the mark here but he wouldn't apologize to me. At least Lani did apologize to my wife over text. I thought a full refund would be appropriate for what had happened but they only gave us back less than 30% of the total cost. We love to support local businesses around Tucson but we felt extremely disrespected and as if they didn't care about one of the most important days of our lives.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service, and they sent a deflated baloon arrangement to my sick Dad and they sent it late. They had promised they would send it in the AM and they did not send it until late in the day. They totally ghosted me when I called and emailed. So sad they treat people like this. I see the response below, wonder why they did not check their email that goes to the customer service-on their website, and talk to the lady that answers the phone-I talked to her three times. I did order under the name Sue (different last name). I forgive them and hope they treat others better, especailly when their loved ones are sick. This was the Mayfield in Tuscon, I see the charge on my credit card.

She said no she just took flowers but her brother had used Amazon with good results but that was flowers that were delivered and had to be assembled. I wanted an all done arrangement. I saw the reviews for Mayfield and figured I would see what they could do. Eureka!!!The arrangement was as pictured and they delivered with no problems. They emailed it was delivered and shortly after my person texted a thank you for the wonderful flowers.

When I was talking with Laney at Mayfield’s she assured me they would do a joyful bouquet that would boost her spirits! The Desert Sunset bouquet did just that! It was delivered that day and Kathy was so excited about the bouquet she had the staff put it on the dining room table so that all the residents could enjoy it too! With this type of quality service, we will continue to use Mayfield’s for all our future flower deliveries!

The Valentine’s flowers they delivered were beautiful and my wife said the delivery driver was so incredibly nice. Finally, a local florist that justifies the bewilderingly high price of 21st century flower delivery.

Experiencia negativa: Placed a 200 dollar order ,chocloates,card,ballon the shabang for my wife, with the added "cupid express" an added charge to get delivery on time for 11am today, 1130 am came and I didn't hear anything from my wife so I called the business and asked for updates,after 4 calls and several promises from the owner (stacy?), I don't remember the name exactly but I was told I would get a call back,a text back,nothing. At some point they even transferred me to speak to the driver,driver promised my wife was the next stop,never arrived. I told them how I wanted my wife to feel special at work by getting all these Valentine gifts and that she got out by 4pm. I had a missed call from them at 3:58,I called back just for them to say they didn't mean to call me! I told them how dissapointed I was because I'm a restaurant manager and I depended on them rather than 1800 flowers which is who I should of went with because they never failed me. They offered to take off the stupid cupid express fee of 15 bucks. I asked for my 200 dollars back ultimately and I just got home and instead of being proud of what I tried to do for my wife I'm home leaving a stupid review on a business that no one should take serious because they weren't prepared for the biggest day in thier business. Shame on yall to not ever follow up on me and allowing a high paying customer to call yall 5 times just to get a " I'm sorry"... Trust big names not local when it comes to making yalls loved ones feel special on important days yall. Lesson learned,wife in bed now,hopefully she likes the flowers i got her at 925pm from a frys. Whoever owns and operates this business please change endeavors, this isn't for you or your team. No customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I called on Monday to order a birthday bouquet for delivery to Green Valley to my Grandma on Wednesday. The young woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful, I told her what I was hoping to spend and the colors and she took it from there! My Grandma got her bouquet on time and it was absolutely gorgeous. The florist designed a special purple arrangement with a purple vase - it was the prettiest arrangement she received! Very happy with the service, quality, and price. Would definitely recommend Mayfield for your floral needs in Green Valley!

A very nice and helpful person at your shop helped us arrange for a double stem orchid in a pot with other trimmings . She was great and the wife called us to say what a beautiful arrangement it was.. Your great service is appreciated .

Experiencia negativa: I ordered an arrangement today for my father who has been in the hospital for an extended period of time. I wanted something to brighten his spirits since he will not be at home for Christmas. I am just heartbroken. $170 for what is mostly greenery. It was supposed to be the brightly colored flowers in the first arrangement in the container for the second picture, and the third is what was delivered. the last photo is an arrangement I made myself in the past for far less.

Experiencia negativa: We received this floral arrangement by mistake. We have called Mayfield Florist twice in 3 days trying to find out who sent this to us. The individuals who we spoke with do not provide us with any information on who sent this and how we can contact them to correct the error. I was told that HIPPA regulations prohibit providing me with the contact person’s information. HIPAA relates to HEALTH CARE not a flower shop. Would not use this shop for anything.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, they really dropped the ball on my wedding florals. I ordered 3 pieces for my wedding in November and they forgot my bridal bouquet and arch flowers. In the rush to get them completed on time, both pieces fell far below my expectations. They were not cohesive with the table scape that was delivered, contained multiple obvious fake flowers/leaves and were not in line with the color scheme (ex. Bright pink colors in a fall bouquet). Not to mention, the added stress of spending the evening before your wedding rearranging florals was not fun to deal with. I reached out last week to see what we could do about remedying the situation and no one seems to care as I’ve heard nothing back.

I looked at several places to deliver a birthday gift to my daughter and Mayfield Florist was the most reasonably priced for both the plant I wanted as well as the delivery fee. They even delivered the same day with no up charge . The plant arrived within a couple of hours and was more beautiful than pictured. I will definitely use Mayfield Florist again!

This florist was slightly pricier than others, but my gut just told me to go with them anyway based on others reviews, and I am so glad I did. I placed an online order and an hour and 15 minutes later I received a text picture from the recipient of the flowers. They were delivered SO fast, and looked exactly like what I ordered! Also, I visited their Facebook page before placing the order and found a discount code that I was able to use, which put their price right in line with everyone else. Fabulous experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I live in Cleveland,Oh, and wanted special arrangement to friend in Tuscon. Had seen perfect tea cup arrangement on another florist's site but shop was too far away. It recommended Mayfield and I cldn't be more pleased. This darling young woman on phone looked at photo I wanted and I explained I needed a 'pretty' tea cup. She said she'd look and see what she cld find and promptly called me back. Wanted the arrangement to be special because my friend experienced a terrible loss, and I so wanted teacup, not a coffee mug, since she collects them. My friend sent me photo and arrangement was perfect! BLUE flowers even picked up colors in cup and they were so full and beautiful! Just perfect...service and product. Experiencia fantástica: Relying on a friend’s referral, I called Mayfield to arrange flowers for my mother’s funeral service. The designer was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I ordered six items including a casket cover, sprays, and a variety of other flower arrangements. Being from out of town and never having seen their work, I was hoping it would be what I wanted. I shouldn’t have worried. The arrangements exceeded my expectations and many attendees remarked about the quality and beauty of the flowers. The flowers were delivered on time and in perfect condition. First class all the way. I will be using them again in the future. Experiencia fantástica: Above and beyond service. On top of producing top notch product, they also go above and beyond for their customers. I am currently deployed overseas and wanted to deliver some flowers to my fiance. Unfortunately, I needed to change the delivery address last minute. I called and got their answering service. Which meant that the store didn't get the update in time. But no worry, they insisted on picking up the flowers from her work, and then delivering them to the new location. You truly don't get customer service like that anymore. I will only buy my flowers from Mayfield Florist from now on.

Leanna was courteous, upbeat, knowledgeable and made the experience a good one for me. The recipient of the plant was very pleased as well! Mayfield's service is much appreciated. I wish many of the bouquets I have ordered online for friends or family on the East Coast had been of the same caliber. I just received a new bouquet, and as usual, it is spectacular. I highly recommend this company. A couple of years later, now July 2024: my review would be a bit different. I think the quality has unfortunately gone down. A month ago I received flowers and the sender's note asked for the bouquet to be delivered before 2 - time I was leaving the house. It was delivered at 2.20 and spent the whole afternoon in the June AZ sun. 2 days ago I received another bouquet - flowers not fresh, water not clear. The flowers need to be thrown out today.

I googled and researched florists in her area and made the decision to use Mayfield based on great reviews and flower/gift options. She called me today before noon to thank me for the flowers and gifts. She said the flowers were beautiful and still cold. Gifts were wrapped in cellophane with ribbon and the balloon was attached to the flowers. She sent me a pic and the flowers look exactly like what was on their website. She also mentioned that she could tell the delivery driver loves his job. Thank you for making my friend's bday special. This is exactly why I use local flower shops the service and product is excellent. The photo attached is all of what I sent her except the flowers in the white vase.
