Experiencia fantástica: I have used for Evergreen Flowers for several corporate celebrations of my employees. They are a great local shop with outstanding customer service and communication. Yesterday, I stopped by for an arrangement for my wife. I found one I liked but needed some more roses. Rachel was able to add some more roses and pop to the arrangement on the spot. Definitely recommend for fresh, vibrant flowers!

From the moment we walked in, the lovely woman working there made him feel like an absolute VIP Before bouquet selection, we made a quick detour to visit the shop's charming little ‘wildlife’- had to say hi to the fish and turtle. Then came the serious business: choosing the perfect flowers. He took his time evaluating every option (especially eyeing the festive Fourth of July arrangements) before settling on a couple of sweet carnation bundles… affordable and adorable. The staff treated him like a true high-roller, giving him so much kindness, patience, and encouragement- even though he was buying the least expensive flowers in the shoppe. It truly made his day (and mine). The best part? The lucky recipient of those flowers, his 3-year-old friend, was grinning from ear to ear when she got them. Thank you for turning a simple flower run into a little adventure!

Cass and Rachel were awesome ESPECIALLY considering that when I was in there was a man with gauges and an old lady screaming at them and calling them extremely rude names out of the blue and the two girls calmly asked them to leave and they continued to scream at them and flip them off. I’m very proud of them standing up for themselves in the manner they did. I hope those two customers are never allowed back in there.

Experiencia negativa: Decided to try a new place out…. Should have walked back out the door when I came in and they just looked at me and didn’t say welcome in or anything. I figured ok it’s Mother’s Day they are just busy. I walked thru one room and into the cold room which is where all the flowers were…. And I mean ALL flowers….. picked one out that wasn’t really jaw dropping for the price. Walked up to pay… younger employee didn’t asked if I needed anything else… just is “there a price tag on the flowers?”I said yes….. and she was too lazy to look so instead she asked me “how much is it?” Like really? Why don’t I just do self check out?? Then she asked cash or card…. I clearly have my credit card in my hand…. Again too lazy to even pay attention to anything. Had to ask her for a copy of my receipt. No thank you for your business or see you soon… nothing No smile or anything. Just take my money and end any communication whatsoever. Walked out totally annoyed at the lack of customer service, communication and it was a mess inside the store. Employees running around cutting you off in an already small space to walk around in. Never going back to this place again.

Experiencia negativa: The flowers were mediocre, showed multiple pictures and spoke with them thoroughly just to end up with something that looked like it was made for a craft project. Very disappointed, staff was a bit rude. Felt very rushed.

Experiencia negativa: Evergreen flower's look nothing like they show on-line. When I called, I was told they will bloom. Well they have to be there to bloom. I order the exquisite. (The largest one) The pictures below is what I bought. You can see for yourself. DON'T waist your money you will be disappointed. First 2 pictures are my order and the third picture is what my wife received. I will never give the business again. My first time as a customer too. Lesson learned, Evergreen Flowers is not the new place to tryout. Worst experience ever.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to say I haven't bought flowers at too many spots but that's because Evergreen always delivers my wifes flowers and they are beautiful. Every once in a while, I'll go in and pick out an arrangement myself for her, but mostly, I trust them to do it. The flowers are affordable, and I have not been disappointed one time. They're located quite close to my house on the 22nd and Wilmot here in Tucson. My wife loves yellow flowers, especially sunflowers. When they don't have sunflowers available, they always supply me with other amazingly beautiful yellow flowers. I honestly don't remember all the names of the flowers, but all I have to tell them is predominantly yellow and the make gorgeous arrangements. If you wanna buy your wife, girlfriend, or really anyone, I highly recommend Evergreen Flowers.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted a special surprise for my wife who works in Tucson, but when they went to deliver the roses and bear to her workplace the guards said they wouldn't take it. So the young lady who was delivering called me and we were able to get them to my wife another way. It lost a bit of the "surprise" but I deeply appreciate the extra mile that Evergreen went to for me. The flowers and bear were beautiful, and the service was above and beyond. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: I made contact with the FTD website to order anniversary flowers for my wife for the following day. The next morning, I called my wife to keep a lookout for a delivery. Several times during the day, I would call to see if delivery was made, it had not. At about 7:45 pm, I called my wife and asked if a delivery was made to her, she acknowledged no. I called FTD, clearly upset. The representative made me aware that the delivery had not been made and no reason was given for the mon delivery. I was then told that they had other shops in my wife's area who could make the delivery for me the next day. The next day after not hearing from FTD after 9:00 pm, I called to cancel my order and requested a refund. Totally upset and disappointed. I wished I could have given half a star for such horrible customer service.

Experiencia negativa: I specifically ordered an arrangement with 29 roses for my wife as it was our 29 anniversary today. Said i dont want a frys like arrangement. That i wanted a much nices and bigger arrangement. The arrangement is terrible. A frys would have been much nicer. I paid over 100dlls. For something you pay 40 at frys and would look better. I should of known from the way they answered the phone and how unfriendly she was. I will not be taking them anymore business ever. Also asked her to send me a picture before they send it out....she asked for my # and did not send me anything. Very very disappointed. Its sad they take advantage of customers when we cant be there. So sad.

Experiencia negativa: I ordered flowers for Mother's day, I paid an extra 30 to 40 dollars to have them delivered in the morning. I was not notified about the delivery hours 9 to 1pm, I would never agreed to those hours, my wifes flowers arrived 1:15pm. Knowing I was a veteran and paid extra for delivery I will never give these people my business also 3 days after receiving the flowers they were completely died. NEVER AGAIN.

Experiencia fantástica: One of my favorite Evergreen stories was when I needed an arrangement for someone who was ill and I wanted to see what the possibilities looked like for making an arrangement (the cooler of pre-made arrangements were sparse that day). As I began to look, Dash reminded me they've always done an amazing job with my arrangements. She is right. I chose to leave it in their hands and ran out the door. The picture of the arrangement I got from my friend once the flowers arrived were AMAZING, as usual! It feels good to have a florist that wants the best for you and your loved ones. Go Evergreen!

My 3-year-old daughter passed away suddenly, and I wanted her celebration of life to be beautiful. Evergreen did a wonderful job and even added a special touch of glitter to family orders. The entire team communicated well, and the prices are affordable. They also helped us honor her with purple and pops of other colors that came together beautifully. I cannot thank them enough for helping me during this difficult time and I have recommended them to everyone. Thank you for everything.

Lots of gorgeous blossoms and incredibly large arrangement as far as this type of gift arrangement goes! Delivery lady was super sweet as well. I have received many arrangements over the years from various florists, this one is truly pretty with no wilting blossoms after 24-36 hours which is sometimes the case.

Experiencia positiva: My husband gifted me flowers for my birthday last year, 2022 he asked for 28 roses for my 28th birthday! And unfortunately they were missed counted and I recieved 26. Pretty roses, but the point is, he didn't get what we asked and paid for. This year, 2023, he went again and asked for 29 roses, he even mentioned, "please make sure they are 29 as last year they were not complete" the staffed assured they would. And unfortunately they were missed counted AGAIN and NO effort was made in making them look like a nice bouquet. Poor wrapping and awful thin string that was tied around, not even into a bow, but into a knot. Roses were lower than others and didn't look evenly. With all honesty, I arranged them better in a vase and made them look nicer than what Evergreen flowers did. I appreciate the roses and the thought from my husband, but it's unfortunate when he doesn't get what he paid for.

Experiencia fantástica: When purchasing flowers from this company, you have the option between 3 tiers (good, better or best). I wasn’t sure which option was shown in the example photo so I chose the 2nd tier (“better”). The flowers that delivered were so much bigger and WAY better than the picture on their site. I also loved that they printed the personal note on a cute card, instead of the ugly gray paper that most other florists use. They totally exceeded my expectations and I would 1000% order from them again!
