Experiencia negativa: Definitely wouldn’t get flowers from here, false advertisement in the picture it shows a bouquet of roses and when I received them there was only 4 actual roses in the bouquet for $69.99 I was better off getting roses from fry’s for cheaper and more roses. On the back of the card it says if your not happy to call for a 24hr guarantee once I called and told the lady that I wasn’t satisfied with what I got versus what I paid and what was advertised she got defensive fast and started talking over me saying they only come with 5 roses (even then I only got 4 as shown in the pic) she then said don’t go based off the picture so I told her that was false advertisement I told her she was being very unprofessional talking over me and not being understanding to a customer who isn’t satisfied with their order and they shouldn’t even offer a guarantee if she’s just going to argue and she then called me a liar. But clearly in my pictures you can see what I thought I was getting vs what I actually got. Poor quality for what I paid and what I thought I was getting. Didn’t get her name but she stated she was the manager. Never shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
Experiencia negativa: Please do NOT use this florist if you care about the person you are sending flowers to! We ordered an arrangement, with a picture, as they advertised as having it. Our friend loves tulips and what we sent them was full of them. There was ONE tulip sticking out of the top of the arrangement and looked totally weird. When we called, the person on the phone was vague and said she would have to pass our concerns on to another department. Really? Small, family-owned business with another DEPARTMENT? And they did not ever offer to send another arrangement. We got a refund less all the extra charges for delivery etc. And I tried to call numerous times to try to talk to someone before I wrote this scathing review. I NEVER got an answer and it rang and rang and rang. Buyer beware! Money laundering came to mind!

Experiencia negativa: This was one of the most upsetting customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The quality of the flowers was poor and nowhere near what was promised, but what made this situation truly unacceptable was the behavior of the staff. The person my wife spoke with on the phone was rude, heartless, and completely unprofessional. There was no empathy shown whatsoever, even after explaining that the flowers were ordered by an underage family member who was simply trying to make a kind gesture for a close family member who had passed away. Instead of showing understanding, they were disrespectful, offensive, and unwilling to make anything right. It felt like they took advantage of a young person during an emotional time and then refused any responsibility for their poor service and product. This was not just bad business—it was a lack of basic human decency. I would strongly caution others to think twice before using this florist, especially during sensitive moments when compassion and professionalism should come first.
Experiencia negativa: I wanted to get my grandfather nice flowers for his funeral and was shown pictures of a beautiful flower arrangement and this is what they send to the church. For the amount of money I spent I was expecting the blue I requested, and flowers that aren’t dying and wilted. These ladies were also very rude and disrespectful and very hard to work with. Safeway has better flowers.
Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointed. My father’s funeral was yesterday. My 16 year old son wanted to do something special for his grandfather so he paid for the arrangement himself. We told the woman helping us that his budget was 120 so we weren’t expecting anything huge, but still something pretty. She showed us what she could do with that budget. We were very hopeful based off of what she showed us she was able to do that we would be pleased with the arrangement. Yesterday we arrive to the church and were told that the floral arrangement was delivered. Pictured is what was delivered. It looked nothing like what we discussed and what we were shown. We asked for lots of white and blue flowers as those were his favorite colors. As you can see there was very very little of blue, and some white. We also gave her the dimensions of my fathers urn because we wanted his urn to sit a base with flowers around the base. We were told they could do that. Instead they made two separate pieces. The smaller piece had more flowers but it blocked the view of the urn which is why we specifically asked for the urn to be on a base with flowers around it, so we didn’t use the small piece as to not block the view of his urn. Extremely disappointed and will be calling tomorrow to get a refund. UPDATE: I spoke with the owner. She was completely rude, spoke over me, said some really awful things. She took advantage of a 16 year old boy wanting to do something thing nice for his grandfather. The owner is absolutely DISGUSTING for the comments that she made. For your own sake DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST.

Experiencia negativa: Wow. I received an arrangement of succulents and ivy on May 2nd, 2019, that had no resemblance to what the gift giver has chosen for us. The plants are shoved in soggy, uneven soil, covered with dirt, and some leaves are even damaged. On top of that, this was supposed to be here on May 1st. They lied to the sender’s florist and said that no one had been home, they had left a tag on our door and that they had left a message on one of our phones. We received NOTHING indicating delivery was attempted (and I didn’t know the gift was coming). Poor quality in every way. P.S. Teleflora customer service has a form for unsatisfactory orders on their website. They take an action only if you ordered directly from Teleflora, but not with a florist. Darn.

Where I could hear the lady in the background continued saying "tell them no"... the angel I was speaking to said she would personally deliver it for me and make sure they got the basket with snacks/food. So for that I want to say THANK YOU Trish for being my angel and being God's hands and feet for me when we are so far away.

I called the shop they said they would send a new Bouquet and I waited all day then the delivery guy calls me with an attitude telling me “ im not just gonna rush over to you, and then tells me I can go meet him somewhere to get them I told him I have to leave your boss said you would be here in an hour 4 hours ago. He then tells me IM TELLING YOU HOW THIS OS GONNA GO DOWN. at that point I told him to shove them I don’t need them call and talk to me like I’m the one who screwed up. This is the worst flowers they were dead and the service sucks as well. Never buy from them ever.
Experiencia negativa: My daughter, living in GA, ordered flowers from this florist and I’m sure she paid a good price, altho I can find nothing similar on their website. My birthday was on a Monday holiday and they delivered on Tuesday instead. 2 roses, 2sunflowers, a sad lily bud, 1 alstromeria, and filler. Although stems are still in water, all ferns, roses, sunflowers and lily are dead/drooping. The alstromeria and some little purple filler still have some life…AFTER ONLY 3 DAYS. I will be sure to tell her not to use this florist again. I am highly disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: The expectation vs the reality. Had I ordered the standard arrangement I might have been satisfied but I ordered the premium and it was underwhelming. I ordered 4 days in advance for 8/23 delivery. They left a door tag without ringing on that day arriving at 158p, and the business closed at 2p. No way to contact them until after the event. Then when they actually arrived the next day after calling them, they are not anything close to what was ordered. Pictures of what was expected and what actually came..... There is nothing at all similar on the quantity or quality of the arrangement. No wonder the place has such low reviews. Do not use them and more importantly, do not use teleflora as they apparently contract to the lowest bidder or lowest rated florists in the area. The business locally was not pleasant to work with either according to the recipient.
Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed with the birthday bouquet sent by Abandale Florist on Ajo Way, Tucson. The delivery man called me at 7:15 PM to let me know he was at our door. I said he could leave by door on a table in shade. I was home at 8:15. It was a hot day, but the flowers were wilted, more wilted than what an hour could have caused. I called and spoke with a woman who said they could not do anything about it due to my permission to leave flowers by door. She did offer to go to her shop to refresh the wilted flowers, but it is a 45 minute drive. She also said that if I hadn't given permission to leave the flowers, they would have delivered them later for a TEN DOLLAR delivery fee! She was not very customer orientated nor empathetic.

Experiencia negativa: Worst flower arrangement, don't order here. Ireceived some flowers for my 65th birthday from a friend. She ordered me a beautiful lavender and pink dozen roses bouquet. I did not receive any lavender or pink roses at all, just a few white roses in a mixed flower bouquet in a clear vase. The white roses are dying already after 2 days. The arrangement was poorly done with poor quality flowers and.looked nothing like the arrangement that was ordered. I feel bad my friend got ripped off as she paid alot of money for a lavender. I've seen better at a grocery store. I called the store and the lady was snippy and said they worked very hard to make and deliver flowers for mothers day.. She would not address the poor quality bouquet and said they do not have to make what was ordered but what is available at the time. It was also.Mothers Day weekend so I'm sure they were busy but it's not exceptable to throw together a bait and switch flower arrangement that is nothing like what was ordered but even if you do substitute, they should be alive for at least 3 to 4 days. A total rip off and the poorest customer service. I would highly suggest not to order anything here.
Experiencia negativa: Do not buy flowers here! My parents were trying to surprise me , but first they called me very early in morning saying the address was not coming up on google and so on. My husband gave them.the address, flowers were delivered. I got home shortly after they were delivered and sadly i was so disappointed worst looking flowers ive ever received. They literally looked like grocery store flowers put in a cheap vase. All i could think about was all the money My parents spent on these. So of course my mom wanted to know if i liked them and i didnt want to sound ungrateful, so i said yes, but follwed with I could have done a better job arranging. Any who, mom said, " send me a pic". I did and she was like i didnt order that ugly thing. The front had a large gap, clearly missing flowers, lookes almost dead on some and dry in other areas. My mother attempted to speak with them and all they could say to her was have your daughter call ud and send me pictures. I text the person, told them what i thought etc. I must admit, i was not very happy or pleasant at this point, but these people didnt even attempt to rectify. All they offered was to pick the flowers up! Just didnt seem to get it. So just beware dealing with them. If I could give them a negative zero i would! One star is even too much. Just disappointed and sad for my mom. She was upset because she wanted to cheer me up.
Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed and embarrassed with the gift was delivered to my daughter for her birthday. I ordered the florist choice online and this is what she received. After 3 total delivery fees, the amount was nearly $80. I got the most expensive of 3 choices. The taller flowers next to it were from another florist and were only $50! They are much nicer than the ones that were delivered from Abandale Florist. I see that Abandale Florist has very low ratings. No wonder! They probably delivered the lowest prices and crappy arrangementd to people. Had I known that the online florist from you flowers that I ordered from was sending my order to this place, I would have not ordered from them. I feel ripped off and I'm in Idaho so I can't go in there and complain in person. Thanks for nothing
Experiencia negativa: Buyers beware: My company I work for bought a bouquet for me after my father passed from Abandale Florist. I've had them for four days now, and they are wilting away. Please beware that these flowers only last 24 hours (They only have a 24 hour guarantee.) !! I've had flowers from many other florists last for at least a week. NOT worth the money. Any other florist would've sent another bouquet, especially since these are sympathy flowers. The roses haven't opened, & are already wilting & limp. The daisies, which usually last a long time, are wilting already. I called to ask them about this & they told me they are made to last for 24hrs, and seemed astonished that we would expect a week long life span of flowers.

Experiencia negativa: Unlike the experience of others, our delivery person was nice. The flowers that were in the arrangement were fresh and pretty and a good variety. The card was accurate. My problems are with the large difference in the arrangement that I ordered… with what was delivered! The container was different and there were no curled ribbons. I paid $83.00 for the arrangement in their advertisement. I have nothing to do with the disbursement of those funds. I am disappointed in the disparity between what I ordered and what was delivered! And, when we called to discuss the problem, Trish was unprofessional and rude and disconnected us, instead of getting the boss on the phone!

No need to say much except uploading the photos of what we ordered vs what our friends received!! On top of getting a complete different arrangement, we paid for a premium one but got a standard instead. Description said: "Crème roses, pink spray roses, light pink alstroemeria, miniature white carnations, white cushion spray chrysanthemums and pink limonium are arranged with silver dollar eucalyptus and huckleberry. This gorgeous arrangement is delivered in a Rosy Pink vase". No wonder the rating's so low! Should have known!!!

The lady who took my order was very rude, constantly criticizes, and interrupts. She acts as though she has no time for you, not only by her attitude, but in direct statements. For example, she said it was a holiday so she was too busy to deal with me, when in reality it wasn't a holiday that week at all. It was the first of May and Mother's Day wasn't until the 12th. She acts like you're putting her out to ask normal questions. So I went with a different florist who charged me about the same and didn't act put out at all, was willing to do what Abondale wasnt, and the flowers turned out gorgeous and were done a day sooner than Abandale was willing to do them. No wonder they only have 2 stars and so many bad reviews!!! They should not be in business!!!!! I'm sure they'll be gone eventually.
Experiencia negativa: My work sent me flowers for Admins Day. The delivery person didn't even try coming through my gate and didn't leave the flowers. I called the store to report it. Two ladies who answered immediately cut me off and were argumentative. I told them I knew the driver didn't try. As for one, my desk is in front of the window no one came on my porch, and no one was on my cameras. It was too difficult to speak with these two ladies. All they wanted to do was argue. I told them to keep the flowers make sure to tell the person who ordered them you guys don't know how to do their jobs and hung up. I refused to be treated awfully when the driver didn't even try to do their job.
