Experiencia fantástica: Rick and Christine worked with us to create a wonderful flower arrangement for my Mom’s photo. The flowers beautifully matched the photo. Additionally they provided an elegant white rose and lily vase arrangement. The flowers are quality and the design is classy. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: I made a delivery order for a bouquet and a small box of chocolates and in my personal opinion I wasnt impressed. For almost 200 hundred dollars and a bouquet worth 140ish I honestly expected more. Regardless they are prompt with delivery and still delivered pretty flowers. They're likely better than any of the big chains price wise but in my personal experience nothing special.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful flowers and even better customer service! They helped me out with a last minute (and end of day) fix on my Valentine's Day pick up order, making sure I got to go home with a beautiful arrangement ❤️

Experiencia negativa: I paid $90 for frankly one of the most disappointing bouquets of flowers I've seen... and they didn't have order prepared when i arrived. They're fine if you're in a pinch but I wouldn't recommend if you need a place you can rely on.
I remember your order. We accidently left two arrangements behind that were suppose to be brought over that morning from our main store. All Valentine's pick up orders have to come from that store, due to the shere volume of orders, we had almost 300 prebooked pick ups jus for that morning. I am sorry it was not ready exactly at 10am. You actually got your package at 11:09am according to my records. When you picked them up, we would have happily given you full access to any flowers in the cooler, if you just mentioned right then and there in sthe store that they were not to your satisfaction. Yet you chose to accept them without any issue at the time. We can't fix what we don't know is wrong. Your welcome to bring the arrangement back and my offer still stands you can pick from any flowers in the cooler and we will be more than happy to make you a new one. We try hard to do are best during this major holiday with over 600 pick ups in just a 3 day period and almost 500 deliveries on top of that. We do appreciate your feedback and just hope you would reconsider your review. I sincerely empathize with you about the fact they were not ready as promised and for that I would like to give you a $25 gift certificate shoul you accept our appologies. All the best, Rick
