Experiencia fantástica: I must admit I didn't expect much. Entirely my fault for waiting to the last minute to order flowers for my wife's birthday. No fears my friend. Flowerama nailed it. The website was a breeze to navigate. The selection was unparalleled. The prices were competitive. The best part was the efficiency and ease they delivered the flower arrangement. I needed it delivered no later than 2PM because she leaves at 3PM. They dropped it off at 12:15PM. And they navigated the dreaded guard shack. No easy feat. Thanks, Flowerama. You have a customer for life!

Experiencia negativa: I ordered flowers for a co worker who experienced a sudden death in their family. I opted for same day delivery and received email confirmation they were delivered. I didn’t believe it because the co worker never reached out. So I called multiple times given the number on my email invoice and they told me the system was down and would call me back. They never did. So I finally reached out to the recipient and they shared that the flower delivery was rescheduled to today at their work since they weren’t home. Okay, cool. I visited the co worker today at work and no flowers were delivered. Upset, I called the office and they confirmed the flowers were still in the shop and had no intention of being delivered today not only that had no notes of the delivery being scheduled to go to her work address. After seeing if they could still deliver same day they told me it would be now Wednesday instead of Monday. I opted for a manager to refund me because not only did the flowers not get delivered on Monday even though my email said otherwise, but I had to ruin the surprise by reaching out to the recipient who was also let down today without receiving them. Alas, the young lady told me a manager was not in to assist me and would call me back later …. It’s an hour prior to close and no call back. Even worst, the co worker won’t be at the address tomorrow that they are at today and they won’t be home tomorrow during the day either. This sentimental moment for giving flowers due to a loved one passing has turned into a complex and unorganized mess with no resolution. Extremely disappointed

Experiencia negativa: had a great experience using them last year for our schools carnation sale so i called back yesterday morning to attempt to get an estimate for the cost this year and place an order but strangely the woman on the phone told me they were increasing prices soon and just told me to call back next week with the increased price.. didn’t even give me the opportunity to try to place an order at whatever the price was set at yesterday.. very very strange .. will be going elsewhere

Experiencia negativa: the site is over whelming. I'm just looking for some carnations for myself, and all you have are big wreaths. I don't want no wreath, I just want a vase of carnations for myself of all the colors that are available including purple. I've been to the E. Broad location before and got great service, and was treated really nice.

Experiencia positiva: Although they couldn't deliver out of state for my family member funeral the lady looked up a florist in the town of Helena Mt. With phone number so I could set it up with them. Appreciate her time although I didn't purchase anything this time but will definately come back to see them a little distance from hilliard but was worth the experience. She went well above and beyond expectations .

Experiencia negativa: PSA to anyone wanting to order flowers from here: Even if you pay for the extra "OUT OF TOWN PRICE ADJUSTMENT" for delivery, Flowerama will still cancel your order because "they dont deliver that far"(it's a 40 minute drive). When I called it's just an "I'm sorry we don't deliver there and we already refunded the order". If you're going to charge extra for the delivery of the flowers, then actually deliver them! Unbelievable.

For addresses outside of this zone, we work with trusted local florists near the recipient to fulfill the order. The “Out of Town Price Adjustment” helps cover potential pricing differences at those partner shops, with those funds going directly to them. In many cases, our in-store pricing is lower than that of smaller, outlying florists.

Experiencia fantástica: I was pleasantly pleased with the boutonnière ordered for my daughter’s homecoming. The ordering process was simple, it was tasteful and affordable. Oh and the mini roses were perfect compared to the one larger that can be top heavy if not pinned right. Anyone who has teens knows these events are expensive so thank you for not breaking the bank!

Experiencia negativa: I had flowers delivered to my daughter for her birthday. The flowers were nice, but not what I expected. I paid for the premium, which should have had more flowers. The first picture is what is shown online and the second is what was received. I understand that flowers may get substituted, but this had way less than what is pictured. The description said the premium would have more roses as you can count here there are only three and maybe one on the other side.

Experiencia positiva: No one greeted me and that made it so uncomfortable bc there’s a lot of workers and they work right there. Not like a welcome vibe. But the lady that did help me, was very nice and she did great making my arrangement. I know everyone was very busy but one friendly “Hello” or even offer assistance.. would’ve made a difference in 5 stars for me.

Experiencia negativa: I ordered flowers for my daughter birthday was on the phone for a long time ordering her bday is 4 of July I ordered red roses with white Lilly's and blue ribbon the next day they called cause they didn't have my daughter's last name which I spelled for them several times while ordering well when they call at 8 am they also had my name wrong so while I'm trying to wake up find out what wrong and correct my name lady specking to me hangs up cause I'm asking why all this wrong well I call back after being hung up on her manager get everything corrected asking about the order still to make sure it's correct the next day flowers get no my daughter's work I live out of state I'll call my daughter's work to see if she got them they said oh ya she did I asked the nurse on the phone to describe them to me she said they where purple tulips with white flowers not even what I ordered suppose to be red white and blue flower store wouldn't make it right cause I had no picher there was no way fore to have a pic of them I'm out of state my daughter is a nurse was sending them to her work they acted like I wasn't telling the truth even know I'm long standing customer but I will never use them again the way I was treated was terrible my daughter didn't get what I ordered and they didn't even get the message on card correct wow and I spent a lot of money for them to treat customers this way

Experiencia negativa: This would have been a 5 star review since the flowers I ordered did make it to my coworker, but unfortunately the delivery was bad. I got an email saying the flowers had been delivered - I then get a voicemail telling me she had been discharged and to give them a call back to let them know what I'd like to do. I called them back, gave them my coworkers address so they could be re-delivered, and come to find out they had LEFT the flowers at the hospital.... knowing she had been discharged. What was the point of asking me what I wanted to do for you all not to even deliver the flowers to her? And I tipped. Very disappointed in the customer service. A family member had to go back to the hospital to get them for her.

We were able to find your order and we spoke to the store and driver who delivered it. Initially, when we were attempting the first delivery to the hospital we were told by hospital staff that your coworker was there and we left the flowers with the reception desk, which is our standard delivery procedure at all the local hospitals. At about 4:45pm we received a call from Ohio Health stating the patient had been discharged before they were given the flowers. At that point our sales staff was able to reach out and we got a new home address for the recipient. We put in a new order for the following day, Wednesday 5/28 and we delivered the arrangement to the home at 11:49am. We were unaware of anyone picking up flowers from the hospital, had we known we would have assured them we would handle that exchange. We are so sorry for that miscommunication. We appreciate your business and your feedback so we can continue to improve our operations.

I think it took them maybe an hour from the time I ordered to getting them delivered. It meant a lot to me and the family that received them. Experiencia positiva: Five stars for the associate Allison who has helped me on numerous occasions with quick quotes to large bulk flower orders, responses to calls within the hour, and always a great attitude. Two stars for a manager and other associates that put me off for more than a week and couldnt email me a quote for A LOT of flowers I needed for an event which Alison did in a quick 10 minute call. Five stars for pretty great floral quality.

Experiencia negativa: I ordered flowers and cookies for my wife for our anniversary. I waited all day for these to be delivered. Flowerama told me my flowers and cookies would be delivered in 30 minutes when I called as to why it’s 5pm and they hadn’t arrived. I called back 2 hours later to find out they screwed up and won’t be delivering the items I paid for. A refund doesn’t make up for the fact I now have no gift for my wife on our anniversary. Never again will I buy from Flowerama. I was a loyal customer and used this company every year for this occasion and others. When I called their rep actually said to me "Oh... I bet you're really angry". Yeah, I'm beyond angry. Enjoy the bad reviews and bad word of mouth.

Experiencia negativa: Got there before closing and was told very rudely that they are closed. Store didn't close for another 10 minutes. I would never recommend and certainly would never give them so much as a penny of my hard earned money. How long does it take to grab a flower arrangement that they couldn't service us 10 minutes before closing. Also worth noting that there was no greeting when we entered. We are patronizing your business, treat us with respect.

Experiencia fantástica: I was recommended this shop by my father and I called to figure out exactly what they offer and if it would meet my needs. Chase answered and was very on top of it. There was one question she had to find an answer for, but it took her no time at all and I much prefer that over being given an unconfident answer that may be wrong! Experiencia fantástica: Fast delivery and amazing customer service. This company really has an eye on the details and goes the extra mile to make sure things are correct. We realized the morning of the service that we had selected a delivery time that was later than the family viewing time started. When we called to see if the flowers could be delivered earlier the customer service employee let us know they review obituaries ahead of time and had already noticed the mistake and corrected the time of delivery. I would highly recommend this company for any floral needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you, Allison–the floral arrangements that I ordered for our family's final farewell service were beautiful. I ordered a spray for the casket, cut flowers in a vase, and a small bouquet. Each was artistically designed and all the flowers were super fresh. Experiencia fantástica: My experience with this flowershop was awesome! The person that took my order over the phone sounded genuinely happy to help me, easily looked up all the funeral service information to ensure I had the correct person (it was for my boss' father), and was happy to accommodate the time I had been told to have all arrangements at the place. The service was out of town, therefore I would not be attending the service. She even sent me a picture once the spray was completed, so I could see the arrangement! Above and beyond - the customer service was great, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful, and my boss (who is a man) even commented on how pretty the flowers were. I would definitely use them again if I ever need a florist around Columbus, Ohio. Thanks Flowerama!

Experiencia negativa: I ordered flowers and had them specifically shipped to an apartment. The delivery driver took them to the leasing office. I specifically had the apartment number and the door code on the instructions. I understand that he might have not wanted to bring it to the apartment but at least in the apartment building. I also ordered chocolate bites and it did not come with the chocolate bites. the delivery drive came again and dropped off the chocolates at the front office again, but 7 hours later. I do not recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I go to flowerama on Monday to have some flowers delivered by 2pm on Thursday The young lady said I would receive a call by 2pm when the flowers are delivered on Thursday I wait till 3pm to call Flowerama and asked was the flowers delivered after I gave my information. The lady said she doesn't know until the delivery driver comes back at 4pm to tell them that the flowers were received. I tell the lady that when I ordered the flowers on Monday I was told it wouldn't be a problem to have them delivered on Thursday. I said thank you for telling me that after the fact that I was lead to believe they would be delivered on time and I would receive a call. I tell her I want be ordering flowers again from them because I didn't have these problems ordering 1800 Flowers and sent me a text when they dropped them off , she hang up the phone. I call back and ask the lady Kennedy did you hang up on me and she yes ! Do not order from Flowerama they put the charm on to order from them and after you spend your hard earned money they are rude . I was going to ask for my money back and speak to a manager but I think this is better to tell folks what your experience will be like at Flowerama on Morse Road

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful flowers and reliable service. I called at 9:47a on a Sunday for a get-well-soon arrangement from out-of-state. We picked the "Hughs of Hope" from their online gallery, paid over the phone with the nice lady, and the designer got to work. It was in my family members hospital room by 12:37p. The flowers brought tears to their eyes. I got this picture when it was delivered. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Flowerama.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Flowerama went above and beyond with the three floral arrangements I ordered for my sister’s funeral. Not only were they able to create exactly what I ordered, but the arrangements were delivered in plenty of time for the service. Experiencia positiva: This was my first time ordering from them. I placed an order over the phone, the receptionist was very busy and didn’t have time to explain anything to me. It was the weekend before valentine’s so i was like it’s whatever they’re probably slammed! The order was made when they first opened, pick up is set to be at 3pm. I made an order for the sapphire blue bc i wanted a blue and white theme. Also, i picked the “fancy” option to get more roses. I get there at 2:55PM, they cant find my order which took them 5 minutes to look for it in the bin and in the system. It was never made!! They were very nice about it, i was like it’s okay they are busy and just missed it. I got to watch the process of putting it together, the lady making it didn’t explain anything to me. However, what caught my attention was that she was spraying purple flowers with a blue flower spray so i made a comment about it and she just brushed it off. On the other hand, i have no idea whats the difference between the regular and the fancy option i picked for more roses and flowers. I make a comment about that and she goes and brings 3 more flowers puts them in there!!!! It was 3:15PM when i left there, i had an hour and half drive ahead of me. I had no energy to waste on them. However, i was not happy overall. The 3 stars are just for the people that were nice in there, and because the girl liked them.

Experiencia fantástica: Called and spoke with Adam at the Powell store with an urgent request. Explained the situation at almost 3pm on a Saturday afternoon after all deliveries were made for the day. He volunteered to deliver the flowers personally to meet my request and was happy to do it. I cannot recommend this company more strongly, you have exceeded expectations. Adam, thank you again for your compassion and understanding. They are lucky to have you!!

Experiencia fantástica: 2/9/24... I came here today for a family members mother's funeral. I met Victoria W. she was so kind, sincere, caring and truly comforting to me! She gave me a hug, a pen and paper because I started crying When I was trying to express our love for this loss on the card that will go with the arrangement. I bought a Peace Lily ️ for the showing service and funeral that takes place next Monday and Tuesday. The store has many beautiful arrangements, cards, candy, stuffed animals, wind chimes, plaques. I highly recommend this store!! I give them all and especially Victoria 10 shining I certainly won't be dealing with any other florist!!!!!!! Back here today 3/22/21.... Shopping for our daughters birthday !! You can't ask for better service, quality merchandise! Love this store ❤

Flowerama went above and beyond to deliver the plant and delivery driver even called to tell me it was delivered because our family wasn’t home at the time of delivery! Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Allison, Amber and the team at Flowerama on Morse Road in Dublin. Late yesterday I realized that I wanted to get my son a birthday gift delivered to him TODAY. I called Flowerama, spoke with Allison. Allison helped me figure out what would be ideal for my son. Allison arranged to Amber to deliver my arrangement this morning at an ideal time. Amber delivered my gift just when I needed it and texted me that it was there and waiting my son!! Less than 18 hours later, my son received his birthday gift and I did a GOOD MOM JOB !!! Experiencia fantástica: I arranged to send my lovely daughter-in-law a beautiful arrangement for her birthday. Unfortunately, my son was unexpectedly admitted to hospital the day before. On the day of her birthday I received a phone call from the manager of the Columbus store (heartfelt apologies for not remembering her name) expressing concern for my daughter-in-law, as when the flowers were delivered the driver noticed her extreme distress and thought family should be notified. I have never experienced such kindness and caring from a business before and thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently ordered a plant from here for a coworker who lost a pet. The ordering process was super easy, and I realized after ordering that I wanted to change the message sent with the plant. I called the shop to see if that was possible, and they were so nice and helpful. The person who answered confirmed that the order hadn't been sent out yet (meaning it wasn't too late to change the message) and repeated my message back three times to ensure it was right. The plant was delivered later that day and was so beautiful. Highly recommend this place for their awesome service!

Experiencia fantástica: This shop is very highly rated and did not disappoint! Vastly exceeded expectations! Great experience, no hidden charges, friendly and caring staff who go above and beyond! Last night I ordered a basket of flowers and a dozen cookies for my best friend's birthday, for next day delivery (Saturday) at no extra charge. The shop called me as soon as they received the order this morning to let me know that the basket I had ordered and their other outdoor plants were "scraggly" because of the recent cold weather and would I like something nicer? Marley put together a lovely succulent basket and it was delivered in under three hours with text message confirmation. My friend absolutely loves it! The E-card was included, next day delivery included in the regular delivery charge, no extra fees at checkout like most florists. 10 stars! Highly recommend! Thanks, Marley at Flowerama store 116!

Experiencia fantástica: Let me start off by saying my WEDDING FLOWERS we’re absolutely beautiful. Jenny did an amazing job designing them. Between her imagination and detail they were stunning. I can’t say enough about the Columbus location. I will definitely have Jenny design any big event I have going forward. Her staff is always so pleasant as well. If you ever need wedding flowers done definitely reach out to Jenny at the Columbus Flowerama. You will be blown away with the outcome. The interaction was one of the easiest parts to my wedding. Between the communication and being extremely professional during designing my flowers and the final run down. It was so easy, and stress free. Jenny went over and beyond to make sure my whole wedding experience was one of the best experiences. Thank you Jenny and the Columbus store!!! I wouldn’t pick any other location or person if I had to do this all over again. I’d pick Jenny!! The pictures show just how amazing her work really is!!

EDIT: Updated to 4 stars Shortly after leaving this review, and before the work day was over, I received a call from one of the higher ups named Cara (or Kara, Carra, not sure how to spell it). Cara was much more adept at decompression and problem solving which are essential skills in the customer service industry. I am first off pleased with the rapid response to resolve the issue and the compromises that were presented. While I would’ve preferred a gift receipt of the transaction to protect both parties, Cara came up with a solution that worked for everyone involved. They (also not sure of pronouns) were much more compassionate towards my circumstance. And they were able to reassure me that if there was a problem regardless of how far from now we presented it that we would be able to get it solved. Which was the main source of my issue. Cara’s work definitely saved the day and kept a patron. So on principle, I only found it right my review reflect the same. Thank you so much ! —————————————————————— Flowers were beautiful. But customer service sub par. My boyfriend is currently deployed out of the country for the United States Airforce. As a way to show love before he went on a mission (where he’d be unable to contact me for an undisclosed amount of time) he placed an order for flowers and cookies. They were due to arrive Thursday, however the order was not able to be completed. 1) because they didn’t deliver to my address 2) because the company they used didn’t have the cookies. Both of which are fine, things happen. When I called Thursday evening they said that they would send it out the next day. Due to being unable to deliver to my address they outsourced to a different company, again understandable. When the flowers arrived today, there were no cookies. While I was honored for the kind gesture, I wanted to make sure that the charges on his account reflected the delivery of flowers only. So I called customer support. After a rocky conversation trying to understand what happened. If I understand correctly, the other company didn’t have the sweets. In addition to that, because they had to outsource to another company that was able to deliver to my address the price amount between the two companies differed and the cookies were dropped. And again, while discontent, I can understand that. My issue arises here. When I asked to see documentation to support their claim, they were unable to release it to me “due to company policy”. At this point I’m skeptical, and am starting to doubt wether he was charged accurately. Plus once I searched their website afterwards, I saw no such policy. But again I understand policy is policy. So I suggested if it would be better for me to drive there and discuss my circumstances in person. At this point I’m transferred to another person. This person states that the only way for me to verify if the charges were correct would be to contact my boyfriend and have him check his email. Unfortunately, as I explained to them, he is currently deployed in a completely different time zone and will be going on a mission where there won’t be contact for potentially months (which is why he sent the flowers). This presents a problem because should there need to be follow up or refunds, it’ll be outside the appropriate time frame for such. When I communicated this there was an absolute disdain and lack of compassion. As a last ditch effort, I asked if they would be able to read the receipt out loud over the phone. I was told that was not possible due to “company policy”, and again found no such evidence of this on their website. When I told them I was dissatisfied and wanted to leave a review they challenged me to do so and hung up. No apology, no have a good day. So I will most definitely be traveling in the morning to discuss in person not only what can be done, but the poor customer service.

Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed with my order! I was so happy for the refund they gave me money back for all the stuff that my wife didn’t get. Also I was told that I would a refund for they extra balloons and Cheryl's Cookies. So now you see why I would be upset when I received a credit for one cookie and one balloon. I will not recommend them. They acted like it will not a big deal to them for the mess up! When someone orders cookies for 14.99 and extra balloons for 14.99 and doesn’t get them and they lie to you about the refund, That’s bad business and I will never do business again with them. Ps my bill was over $106.00 and returned $8.28 that was for idem s not received. So glad I don’t have to pay for things they didn’t send!!!

Chris, we appreciate your feedback. All of our orders are double checked before sending out to ensure the correct product, however, there is always a possibility of a mishap. When you reached out to inquire, we apologized and offered an additional half dozen cookies free of charge and a balloon to be sent back out that same day, which was declined. Our first priority with any mistakes is to ensure the original product ordered is delivered or, if preferred, a refund for the product not received. Since it was elected not to do a re delivery, we did send back the refund totaling $8.28 ($5.99/balloon & $1.80/cookie) for the items not received.
We do know how important these occasions are and would never intentionally leave out an item in your special order and apologize for our error. We appreciate your business and wish you the best.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is wonderful. There is a variety of plant related products and services from flower arrangements to live plants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. I enjoy coming in and getting a new succulent or bouquet to keep the house looking nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I went on the day before mother's day, and unfortunately it was slim pickings compared to the usual selection. But I did find a beautiful bouquet and spruced it up by getting individual stems as well as baby's breath to put around the bouquet. I did not want to get a bouquet from Kroger because even though they make look good in the store, they're just not quality flowers that will last beyond a few days - where Flowerama flowers will easily last 7-10+! Staff was so friendly and attentive to each guest, despite the store being extremely busy. There was even a CPD officer there and he was helping clean up - that's teamwork! Highly recommend any Flowerama location for all your floral needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Flowerama is my go to, whenever I need to send a gift, well wishes, sympathy basket, get well giving shawl, Birthday bouquet, etc. I lived in the area 23 years and still have many friends and family members there. I rely on them both for in person purchases, and long distance from my new home out of state. They consistently provide great service, a really quality product and their people are friendly, helpful, and even supportive. During my most recent purchase of an orchid for the death of a dear friend, my grief overcame me during my phone call and Katie could not have been more compassionate and caring. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. Not to mention the beautiful white waterfall orchid she chose for same day delivery. It arrived quickly and beautifully! Experiencia positiva: I paid $90 dollars for a vase with 6 roses and 6 sunflowers. The service was good but the product in the end wasn't put together very well and I wasn't that impressed.. BUT.. customer service called back and gave me a discount. So even though I was disappointed with the product on this day I still like their customer service.

Experiencia positiva: I live out of state and ordered flowers for a friend in the Columbus area to be delivered on Valentines Day. In the notes section, I politely requested that the flowers be delivered at 5 pm or later if possible, as my friend would not be home to receive them any earlier. A few days later, I received a voicemail from the store stating that they could not guarantee they would be delivered at that time, but they would be delivered sometime on Valentines Day, during usual delivery hours between 9 am and 6 pm. On Valentines Day, delivery driver attempted to deliver them just before noon, but as my friend wasn’t home, he took them back to the store to be redelivered later in the day. I spoke to that driver on the phone that afternoon and he reassured me they would be redelivered between 4 and 5 pm that day. My friend didn’t receive them at that time and said that when she called the store after being notified of the attempted delivery, was told that they would attempt to deliver before 8 pm that day and if unable to make it they would deliver them the next day. However, when I called the store after learning she hadn’t gotten the flowers by 6 pm, the lady who answered the phone told me they were already scheduled for delivery for the next day. I asked if it would be possible to deliver them after 4 pm that next day and she said they didn’t deliver past 3 pm. There is nothing on their website that states they do not deliver past 3 pm and in fact this directly contradicts the original voicemail I received from the store. My friend had no choice but to go to the store to pick up her order as they would not deliver when we needed them to. The flowers are beautiful but I am disappointed that I had to pay a $15 delivery fee and an extra $5 for delivery on a holiday when they were not actually delivered and not received on said holiday. If I had known they would not deliver past 3 pm, I would have chosen a different florist.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were getting mixed messages on the day of the delivery about when we could get the flowers redelivered. As a general rule, we currently do not offer ‘after times’ for delivery . We will look into offering ‘after’ times and perhaps we could partner with a ‘dash’ service in the future. On Tuesday, when the arrangement was picked up, the delivery charged was removed from your order and you were not charged for delivery. You should see a new total with this reduced amount on your credit card statement. We are glad to hear the flowers were beautiful and appreciate your business and feedback.
