And they actually created the arrangement I selected - no last minute substitutions. They communicated with me quickly about my order and let me know when it was delivered. The arrangement was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. I can’t recommend them enough.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed…I ordered a (Deluxe $89 arrangement) definitely not what was received. Not worth $40… I’d post a pic if I could. Yes, a replacement arrangement was offered. However, her birthday was yesterday. I was offered a credit for some of the arrangement, and I accepted, but I also feel that you should do your job correctly to begin with. Again, I wish I could post a picture to show you how horrible this arrangement looked. I was not consulted with the quantity. I read the description. I understood what I was ordering. There were no 20 stems of flowers in there. Sarah, who answered the phone did not go over anything with me. She had to put me on hold to go ask questions. I placed my order at approx. 9 AM. This did not disrupt your day in anyway. I ordered the Daisies...I don't see 20 stems in there!!!! Maybe my "arrangement" went to the wrong customer! Thank you for the partial refund - I hope to be receiving it soon.
