There was a mix up somewhere along the line, I believe at the hospital, and my friend never received them. The floral shop went above and beyond to work with me and get a replacement bouquet delivered within a timely fashion, even with it being on Valentines Day! Highly recommend this florist. Their customer service is top notch. Would definitely order again.

She was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect arrangement to send to my sister in the Rehab Center in Dayton! I had visited their website and found a beautiful fall Mum with silk flowers in it. the representative told me she didn't know for sure if my sister would get my chosen color of Burgundy or not, so I did choose yellow as a backup. She did also assure me the arrangement would be delivered probably late this afternoon. When I was on the phone this morning with my sister, the Mum's arrived to her! They are absolutely some of the most beautiful burgundy Mum's I have seen! (My brother-in-law sent me a picture of the flowers) My sister was so touched and emotional she could barely speak! Experiencia fantástica: Congratulations on your 120th anniversary! I went to the anniversary sale in the garden center today. Even without the sale, plant prices were less than other garden centers (I scouted two large and reputable garden centers last weekend, so I knew I was getting a better deal at Furst.). Your lower prices do not mean plants are not well cared for. All of the plants are healthy, and there is a good assortment of plants to please most flower gardeners, along with a nice selection of vegetable plants. I have to also comment on the superb workers in the garden center. I was asked by several workers if I needed help finding anything. Every worker seemed happy to be doing their job (Maybe the beautiful plants make the workers happy!). Thank you Furst Florist for having a well run garden center with great workers. Furst Florist provides good service and quality products -- something that use to be standard in most retail businesses but not so much anymore. Continued success to you in the years to come.

Their garden selections, right from their own onsite greenhouse, are second to none. The entire staff is very helpful and will make sure that you’re ordered is handled correctly. Windchimes and other giftware are always available. Shop this local, family owned florist before even considering ANY sort of 1-800 or ‘online florist’ for your needs locally, or out of town. The Hyacinth plants I got there for my sister’s recent Celebration of Life, were fragrant and beautiful -Many thanks to Tom Furst for the assist !

Experiencia negativa: SCAMMERS! I ordered more than 250 dollars worth of mother's day flowers on their website because i live out of the country. To make the order you have to pay online otherwise the order won't go through, makes sense. I was charged May 10th and the flowers arrived May 11. I was happy until I received a double charge(this time each bouquet separately) on May 19th. I immediately called to ask why I was charged again but they said they had no record of my first payment. I explained I paid both bouquets together but they insisted they never recieved the money. How can a company send over 250 dollars worth of flowers out without having any payment? Or why would they charge said flowers 10 days after being delivered?? I sent them the bank statements to prove i was double charged and they responded with an email saying they only have payment on May 10th?? After telling me on the phone that they only charged me on the 19th because there was "no previous payment". Now I have to go through the security in my bank to cancel one of the charges because they refuse to return the second charge. So if you are personally picking up the flowers, sure because they are beautiful but whatever you do, do NOT order the flowers online even if you live out of the country because you absolutely will be scammed and double charged. So sad considering I was very happy with their service and was planning to order from here every time in the future. Don't support your local scam artists.

I had a jumble of ideas and random pintrest photos and the wedding department was able to deliver such a better bouquet than I had dreamed of! I had the request of using sunflowers and pops of thistles as they were both meaningful but I was fearful that sometimes the sunflowers can appear overdone or tacky, that is not the case with these. I thought the use of the greenery and other flowers made everything look so classic but not boring! They were great with delivery to each location! I will continue to use them whenever needed

I gave them very some very sentimental items, including scraps of my wedding dress tulle and a charm with some of my dad's ashes in it. They took very good care of it and the corsage for my mother with his charm on it, turned out beautiful. Nothing was damaged at all. I had flowers sent via a 3rd party provider and my order happened to land with Furst Florist. Tom happened to be the delivery driver. He delivered my father's flowers (to the front desk per protocol) called to notify me they had been delivered (am). I believe he had another delivery later (PM) in the day to the same hospital and noticed that my father's flowers were still sitting at the reception desk. Tom having already spoken to me knew I wasn't there to retrieve them and decided to take the flowers waiting for my father to his room . Tom will never know what a trying week this has been for our family and what a bright light he was today for me.. If I ever need another florist in Dayton. Being states away, I told her I wanted to send flowers to my mom, who is in the hospital. She explained to me it would be no problem at all to do the delivery. I gave her the details of what I thought my mom would like and she suggested the "Bee Well" arrangement. I didn't even look it up online, I just went along with her choice because I knew talking with Susan, she would make it perfect.
