They also provided a delicious cake as a snack as well as florist shears and soap as a goodie bag. The class was quite chill and they were very generous with the amount of flowers offered for arranging. It was a lovely experience and I would recommend it to anyone interested in floral arranging.

It's always tough to find authentic, local, and artisan flower shops in a market flooded with floral wire services which, in my experience, are unreliable and of poor quality. Every time I've sent one, the recipient has noted how beautiful they have been.

Expérience positive: I’m the recipient of these gorgeous flowers. My friend sent this to me which I so appreciated and she has told me in the past May flowers have unique beautiful arrangements. I really have to agree the arrangement was stunning and nothing like you would see in regular florist shops. My only issue I will say and it’s just a comment for quality control. The flowers came in a vase taped to hold the arrangement which was great. But the water in the vase was filled with leaves and my experience is the flowers rot faster which was the case. I couldn’t remove the tape or I would ruin the beautiful positioning of the flowers but sadly the flowers died within the week. I’m thinking this is an isolated issue as my friend has ordered here many times and indicated it lasts long - mine however didn’t. Such a shame. Wanted the arrangement to last till the weekend.

The whole experience was easy, and the gift I sent to my friends is so beautiful and well made. The shop put so much effort and care into their product, and it brought me so much joy. One thing I would say is if you’re trying to surprise somebody, don’t add alcohol because the delivery person needs to see the recipient’s ID — that means you have to tell your friend that something is being delivered to them lol But their communication was exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. It’s easy to get a hold of them they added a part to my note that I initially didn’t add when I placed the order. Some parts of the bouquet did look like it was dying, but this may be from the transit or the way it’s transported but overall my friend was happy with her birthday flowers! Expérience négative: The flowers were gorgeous when they arrived but died in less than 1 week which was really disappointing. I'm not the type to spend lots of money on flowers but I wanted to gift some to my sister on her graduation as a special gift. I was so disappointed to see the rose dying on the second day and the rest of the flowers essentially dead on day 5. I don't expect flowers to look as good in 1 week as they did on day 1 but they should still be somewhat nice to look at in 1 week and not a complete flop. Will not purchase again.

The arrangement was beautiful and he was so touched to receive such a lovely bouquet. 5/5 will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I was referred to May Flowers as I was looking for just bouquets and boutonnières for our big day and I didn’t need the full service design for decor. A lot of florists that I first reached out to would only do full service wedding decor and florals and I was hitting a wall until May Flowers was referred to me. I could order everything I needed a la carte and you simply send them your mood board, colour theme and that’s it! You can pick up or get your florals delivered to your vendor for an extra charge but let me tell you, the delivery was so smooth! Florals arrived on time and were gorgeous!!! The only thing I’d say is if you are one to have to know exactly what your bouquets will look like, and exactly what florals you want, this may not be the best option for you. I was pretty flexible with what florals I got, all I needed was to ensure the colours I wanted were in the bouquet. I love their less structured more whimsical style of bouquets and we were absolutely in love!! I will be purchasing florals from May Flowers again for birthdays and just ‘cause occasions! Highly recommend!!! Oh and they have a little cafe shop in the front if you want to grab some coffee while picking up your flowers!

The flowers are fresh and healthy. This is a small bouquet and it’s more stems/flowers than you’d typically get in other stores. I love it so much!

Expérience négative: I ordered al la carte flowers for a small ceramony. I ordered three neutral and refined boutonnieres and two neutral and refined corsages, as well as a floral styling bundle. Overall cost was 200 dollars, I did not think the cost is worth what you get. The corsages and boutonnieres will wilted when I got them and browned. The styling bundle flowers were slightly betetr but lacked the quanity needed even for a small bouqet. I ended up buying extra flowers just to fill the one bouqet. Overall I would not recommend.

There was no variety in bouquets or even fresh flowers out on their sales floor. There’s a lot of gift options with candles and vases but it seems they’re more of an order your arrangement type of store versus a flower shop. A staff member did offer to make us a bouquet but service was it was pretty mid. Overall not a very overwhelming experience.

Expérience négative: Was super excited to use them to celebrate my sisters birthday and was hoping to see if they could try and help us out to deliver them before 3pm (they have a range of 9-5pm delivery). Online everything is ok and since I did want to make sure we'd fit this time range I called to see if it was possible. First, an associate Jenny told me she'd have to see if the location was in a delivery range for them although it worked online, once she confirmed this, she told me it would be an additional 30$ to deliver it and would be charged this after the order is delivered. When I asked why (as online the delivery didn't change and showed for 12$) it was due to the fact I was hoping to have them delivered before 3pm although if I put the order through online it was still showing the 12$ delivery. It was disappointing as I see/heard so many good things about May Flower but to show for one thing online when placing an order and calling it was like two totally different prices? I understand nothing is guaranteed and we were only looking for a small arrangement but considering the delivery location is in Toronto and the ability to place the order was at the quickest we could, I just feel disappointed to find out two completely different things especially the 30$ difference. **Update: never had Jenny or anyone else follow up with me which is why I chose another local business. Very disappointed overall, especially with how things were explained and the lack of it being handled in a timely or friendly manner.

We were blown away by the presentation of each kit and the green were so fresh and smelled beautiful. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared. Expérience négative: Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a bouquet to be delivered for Mother’s Day, a week beforehand. I even called the store to confirm and make additional requests and the employee was aware that my order was for the Mother’s Day. On the day of, 30 minutes before the requested delivery time, the store had cancelled my order without any notice which completely ruined my event planned for my mom. I had tried calling because I needed an explanation, but no one picked up. Tried calling again several times even a day later but no one answered. Do not order flowers from this store for your special event. You will never get your flowers. This store seem to favoritize walk-in customers. Good luck with it.

Also my first time doing "Designer's Choice" as I can be picky. I trusted the team would deliver and they did! I have never had any florist business reach out after placing an online order. Usually just hope for the best and wait on the recipient to let me know if all is good. It's nice to get visibility on how the order ends up looking before it reaches the recipient, especially if it's designer's choice.
