Expérience positive: Giving a 3 star due to Delivery fee. Ordered on line a delivery in Whitehills in London On. and when I was sent my invoice the delivery fee was $45.00 which is crazy amount to drive down Fanshawe to deliver. Update, called this morning and this will be corrected. If you buy from here just make sure you check your delivery fees.

Expérience négative: I initially inquired about the price and was informed that a package of 4 roses with delivery would cost $65. I then asked about the price for 7 roses, which was quoted at $89 plus tax. I accepted the offer and provided the necessary address and contact information. However, I later received a call from the driver stating that the address and phone number were incorrect. I reconfirmed the details, and the delivery was eventually made. Unfortunately, I never received the picture of the flowers I ordered via email. When my girlfriend finally received the flowers, she sent me a picture, and I noticed that they had only sent 4 roses instead of the 7 I ordered.

Expérience fantastique: Was able to make a last minute online order from outside of London to get flowers delivered to a loved one. They called to confirm and reassure me it was received and delivered same day - on a Sunday! They were gorgeous too. Thank you!

Expérience fantastique: I ordered a Xmas arrangement to be sent to my mother since we live at a distance from her. The arrangement was exactly as I had ordered. It was exquisite with the red roses and large orchids mixed in with the pine sprigs. Every day when I call my mother she comments on her winter arrangement. She can smell the pine aroma which she loves. Last night she said to me.. “ it’s the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received “ Thank you Amanda for making my mother’s Xmas extra special! Flower’s Story is one of the best florist that I have encountered. Thank you Amanda Merry Christmas and the best in 2026 for your business!

Expérience négative: Disappointed with the delivery and quality of the Christmas arrangements. We gave 2 stars in consideration that it's a busy time. The arrangements were thin, floppy not formed just thrown together, bow was barely visable. One was ordered 10 days in advanced with a lot of notice yet still poorly done so they do not plan or create based on early requests thats ok its their process just would have thought that one would be in better shape than the one ordered a day before. The one arrived late to one place after 7pm (early order one) and they forgot the gift associated to it. They were told about the disability consideration for the receiptant so super late is not great. Called the store to address they said they would refund the missing item no mention about the delivery charge for poor delivery service and when told the arrangements were not as posted in their online it was "it's a matter of opinion". We do not want a refund for the arrangements but wanted them to care that the quality was not great they did not appear to be concerned. Will try to load pictures of what was received as it does not look as shown on their site. Any how we appreciate it's busy season but planning for earlier orders would be good. Maybe other times are better just could be the busy time of year. Sad for what was provided as we wished it would have been a gift as we ordered. Posting to ensure others at least may consider when selecting florists. It tough time of year so maybe it a matter of timing.

Expérience fantastique: Ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday and they were beautiful and very similar to the arrangement I ordered online. I will definitely order from here again, as she really loved them and I felt satisfied with the arrangement she got for the price I paid.

Expérience fantastique: I just randomly picked a flower shop, I was looking for something special for my mother as it was the anniversary of my sister death. What i found was perfect. Website did say it might be slightly different depending on year and whats available. I was so happy with what she got ! Angel statue on the site said "When cardinals appear angels are near" But what she got was "When butterflies appear angel are near" Which is way better bc its always what we say. The planter was beautiful!! Thank you

The flowers were beautiful for the day of and they lasted for about two weeks before dying (these were cut flowers mind you). Their flowers make every day feel a bit more special and the amount of care and work that goes into making each bouquet far outweighs the price of them! I hope to use them again for my upcoming baby shower!

Expérience fantastique: I ordered three corsages for my daughter’s prom, including for her friends, just the day before. I asked for it on such short notice, but they did very well. The corsages were beautiful and made exactly like I asked. They matched perfectly with the red, blue, and pink dresses, and the colors were so pretty. The kids were very happy with them. The people were kind and friendly, and even when I wanted to change something, they smiled and helped me. I’m very happy! I’d recommend ordering a few days ahead since they might be busy. :)

Expérience fantastique: I went in here with three empty pots looking to get some succulents. The lady there was extremely helpful and kind and helped me mix and match the plants I wanted. She also replanted them for me and added little stones in each of the pots as decoration. They have so many beautiful flowers and plants and I can’t recommend this business enough!!

Expérience négative: I am over 3000 kilometres away.. my mom passed away, and I was unable to attend the celebration of life :( I ordered a premium flower arrangement and a keepsake heart shaped pot with succulents for my sibling which was delivered with someone else’s name on the card?!?! Also I was surprised at how the flowers did not look like a bouquet costing over $100.00 :( Very disappointing.. clearly it’s difficult to find a trustworthy florist. Be Aware! This is what $210.00 looks like from this establishment. UPDATE AFTER CONTACTING THE FLORIST: I called right away and the voicemail was not set up?? Called back first thing the next morning and I explained the situation and I was assured that the owner of the store would definitely follow up with me with a phone call—which never happened..instead I was emailed by the same lady who I originally spoke with, where she informed me that the owner made the bouquet herself and it was definitely a premium arrangement, and that both the owner and delivery driver said someone at the funeral home must’ve put the random card on the potted succulents.. I’m far too upset to challenge these people, but if my review can save someone else from this type of embarrassment, lesson learned. I will never place an order costing this amount of money for something so important without a real live person to do my shopping.

And then..she was moved to a different room overnight and the store delivery person tracked her down and called me to let me know! My friend loved the flowers! They took the bride's suggestions and offered their own as well. All the floral, from the bouquets and center pieces looked soooo beautiful!!!! Everything was above our expectations. The greenery and center pieces on the tables made the wedding reception outstanding. As the wedding was smaller than usual, each household was able to take home a centre piece. People were thrilled. I asked that they go back and ring the doorbell or go to the back as she might be in the garden, I didnt want them melting outside and I had no idea when they were going to return. I talked to my aunt the day after, instead of just going back they called her and she said of course just reimburse her. So I call today to see where my money is.....they said they went back and delivered the chocolates and left them with her husband and son. My aunt has no kids and her husband passed away in 2011.......I told them this and they STILL said oh we will check again with the driver! My response....just reimburse me at this point which is what she said they will do. I wonder how long that will take! They get 2 stars because at least the flowers were nice.

They created 3 bouquets, 2 bouraniers and 2 pots with very short notice and they were absolutely stunning. I had ordered 2 flowers arrangements for my mother's funeral, 4 days in advance. When I arrived at the funeral I noticed an arrangement (serenity $111) was missing. The funeral director called them and they slapped together some garbage that was not even remotely close to what I ordered and delivered it as soon as they could. It made it, but I thought they might've called me to apologize, or offer something on my next order. Nope. I'm very disappointed because they have nice designs you can't find elsewhere, but that was very poor service.

While I waited for the final packaging, the owner explained the type of flower, where it comes from and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I wanted my friend and his family to receive something very special because losing a mother is devastating. I know because I lost my mother two years ago. Anyways I found Flower's Story. Website was easy to navigate and the photos on the website are accurate. The flowers looked just as stunning as on the website. Florist gave me a call to check with me as one type of flower that is part of the arrangement was not available and asked if they could substitute another. I agreed. Also the delivery person texted me a photo of the flowers. I ordered the Soaring Doves arrangement. It was worth every penny. My buddy said he and absolutely everyone was floored by the arrangement. It became like the centerpiece of the funeral and also went along in the hearse to the burial site. He and his family were so grateful. Flower's Story hit a grand slam with this one.

Expérience négative: NO STARS! Put in an order online and card got declined, but instead of calling to confirm the order had declined; got no notification. Called in the morning and spoke to an "Emily"; called to confirm the order in the afternoon and they said they called, but I didnt receive a call. I called back in the afternoon and "Emily" outright denied taking the call in the morning and said they called to confirm that order had cancelled. Poor customer experience; I would shop elsewhere.

We called in to get some flowers for my grandfather's burial and the owner was laughing the entire time she was on the phone with my mom. When I went to pick up the flowers, I stood waiting at the front door for 3 minutes while the girl behind the counter (who didn't have her mask on) stared at me and laughed at me the whole time. I don't get what's so funny? Totally insensitive, put an awkward damper on the day of his burial.

She was no nice I called back to order an arrangement. I told her my situation and what I wanted. Which was something Beautiful something not too big. That’s all she had to work with. She helped me pick out something perfect and I so wanted to give her a huge hug and say Thank You. This is my first buying from Flowers Story but it won’t be my last. Thank You so very much Amanda. You understood what I needed and I felt like I was dealing with family. I can only give 5 stars. I wanted to give 10

Expérience fantastique: This is a fantastic beautiful flower! The staff was very friendly and nice. The delivery was strictly on time and the flowers my friend received were completely lovely. There was a light purple rose and a tulip with a little magenta mixed between the flowers. It looked very clear and I admire the beautiful sense. My friend had a great time, and I will be ordering flowers here next time.

Expérience fantastique: Beautiful flowers! Every single rose was perfection. My boyfriend sent me flowers to my workplace for my birthday and I was so surprised! I want to apologize to the delivery woman, she was stuck at the front entrance as security would not allow her in (due to COVID). She called me 4 times but because of the building's poor cell reception, I could barely make out what she was saying. Thank you for being persistent and not giving up!
