Negative experience: The delivery driver did not follow the instructions that were clearly given. The order was meant to be left at the door, but instead the driver rang the bell and handed it to a family member. Negative experience: I had placed an order for a Valentine’s Day delivery on February 14, 2026 with FNP.ae "FNP". FNP accepted my order and also confirmed that the ordered will be delivered between 6 AM - 3 PM on February 14, 2026 (they also charged a delivery fee). FNP failed to deliver the order on February 14, 2026 and were not available to answer any calls or provide any customer support. Their phone lines were all busy. On February 15, 2026, I myself, physically went to AlQouz location to pick up the gift and deliver it myself. This is a disturbing experience to say the least. A Valentine Day gift was promised to be delivered and not delivered and I had to go to physically myself the next day to pick it up and delivery myself. When I reach out to FNP to understand what, if any, measures, they took to manage the surge in demand during such occasions, I have found their leadership and management does not seem to take any ownership or responsibility and they hide behind their customer support staff. At minimum, they should manage their online portal and stop taking requests if they cannot fulfill it, such as Noon, Talabat and other delivery stores that mark their inventories as "busy" if demand surges that they are not able to fulfill. Pathetic Experience to say the least. Stay away and shop around for better options with Noon, Talabat, Keeta, etc.. that can deliver the same.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store. When placing the order, I specifically requested early morning delivery. I was told they would “try their best” and was assured the delivery would be made by 3:00 PM at the latest which I accepted as it's a busy day. At 10:30 AM, I was informed that the order was out for delivery. However, when I called again at 3:30 PM, I was told the order was still being prepared, followed by yet another assurance that it had been marked as priority. After that, they stopped answering calls and did not reply to messages at all. Before payment, customer service insisted that I stay on the call and pay via a payment link, even though I clearly said I would check out online myself. That pressure, combined with false assurances, was completely unprofessional. If they already knew they couldn’t handle the volume of orders, they should have been honest or stopped accepting new ones. Instead, the delivery was made after midnight, once Valentine’s Day was already over—defeating the entire purpose of the order. There was no support from customer care, and the flower quality was dismal for the price paid (400). I paid extra for express delivery, yet the service was nowhere near satisfactory. This experience perfectly fits the saying: sometimes you win, sometimes you learn. Unfortunately, this was a costly lesson. This store is dishonest, poorly managed, and unreliable. Seeing similar reviews, businesses like this should be reported to consumer court. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a meaningful day. I admit my mistake was not checking reviews and ordering in a rush—but never again. I strongly encourage others to avoid this place altogether.

Negative experience: Very poor service, used them in the past and was great to add a bit of a surprise on special occasions. Bought a flower package for valentines day to surprise my wife and paid their extra express delivery fee to ensure it arrives on time. It never arrived and 2 hours after the delivery time no one has updated and you try to reach out to them on their application, whatsapp and phone but no answer. When you do get hold of them they say sorry and they will try and arrange it as it suppose to have been done since the start and you will get a call back. Never got a call back 5 hours later still nothing and again been told will have an update after 10min still haven't gotten my update. Poor management service.

Negative experience: Very disappointing service. I cannot recommend this company FNP. My order was scheduled for delivery by 3:00 PM. I paid an additional fee for the Fast Delivery option to ensure timely arrival. By 6:00 PM, the order had still not been delivered. I was only able to reach customer support through an alternative phone number. The representative initially informed me that the order had already been delivered on time. When I requested photo confirmation as proof of delivery, I was kept on hold for approximately 40 minutes. After that, I was told that there had been a mistake — they had been referring to a different order, not mine. I was then informed that my flower order would instead be delivered by 11:00 PM, which is significantly later than the originally agreed and paid delivery time. In my experience, this reflects poor internal coordination, inaccurate information provided by support, and failure to meet the paid delivery commitment. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

Negative experience: They should give an option to give them negative ratings. The customer care/ representative who answers call cut's off the call on your face. They charge money for express delivery and delivery according to their own time. They just make people feel embarrassed and insulted while they make money in name of express service. Negative experience: I received flowers from my friend, but they were clearly not fresh. The petals were already falling off when they were delivered, and by the next day almost all of them had fallen. Negative experience: I have placed a Christmas hamper order for AED 799 (Order No. 4035979) with a clear promise of same-day deliver to my client, but nothing was delivered and no one bothered to inform me. Negative experience: I am extremely dissatisfied with the service related to my cake order placed through the app Noon. After placing the order, I tried to contact your team regarding my order, the lady gave phone numbers because she said that you do not handle Noon orders directly. However, none of the numbers answered my calls, and there was absolutely no response on WhatsApp either. The complete lack of support was unacceptable. Despite this, the cake was eventually delivered — but with the wrong name written on it, which completely ruined the birthday we are supposed to celebrate! To make matters far worse, my card has been charged twice for this single disappointing order. This double deduction was done without my authorization! which is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Noon has deducted my money twice, and this is a serious issue involving improper billing. Now I had to block my card, cause who knows if they will deduct again and again WITHOUT MY PERMISSION right???!!!!! Negative experience: They took more then 6 hours to deliver the order. This is how they show picture at their app and what they actually deliver. They write birthday message with off white colour on a golden plate which is not even readable. The balloon was deflated which driver took back by saying he will come back with a new one in 10 minutes but he never came back. Negative experience: Disastrous Service – Two Failed Orders in One Week We are beyond disappointed with FNP Dubai. We gave them two chances during the holidays, and they failed miserably both times with zero accountability. Order 1 (Dec 24, 2025): We ordered a Christmas cake with a message Ho Ho Holiday Calories!, but it arrived with a "Ho Ho Birthday Calories" message. When I complained, they offered a "15% discount" for my next order, which actually only calculated to 14% when applied. Order 2 (Dec 31, 2025): We ordered a cake for our New Year’s Eve dinner to be delivered in the morning (8AM - 12PM). By midday, the app claimed it was "delivered," even though we received nothing. After contacting support, they blamed a "bad driver" and promised delivery by 5 PM. We waited at home all day. By 9 PM—after our dinner was already finished—there was still no cake. We sent multiple complaints via phone, email and WhatsApp. They kept insisting the cake was delivered. We were at home all day and didn't receive it. They have offered no solution, no refund for the undelivered cake, and haven't even apologized. Avoid this business at all costs. FNP Dubai distribution is a mess, and they cannot solve the problems they create. Truly unacceptable for a service in Dubai.

Negative experience: If you’d like your flowers never delivered, please go ahead and order from them. I placed an order on 30th evening, and paid 80AED extra for midnight delivery. Their driver claimed that nobody answered the door, when I have a CCTV camera and security at the front door. He simply did not bother showing up. Furthermore, once the delivery was rescheduled for the next day, the driver says that the delivery could not be conducted due to wrong address. I had provided very clear details on the delivery page and to the driver who contacted me, with a Google location pin. Very disappointing, and I was left without flowers on my grandmom’s birthday whilst everyone else had them delivered through other companies. Stay away. Edit: After contacting be customer service, I had been told that they cannot issue a refund, and only a credit can be applied to my account.

Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal customer because your balloons and designs are usually great, but my last coupe of experiences have been extremely disappointing. Negative experience: I ordered a cake, balloon, and flowers for my wedding anniversary. I messaged the company twice using two different WhatsApp numbers to make sure my request was clear. To be extra certain, I also called their Umm Ramool branch and spoke directly with one of their staff members. I specifically requested that the delivery person not ring the doorbell upon arrival. Instead, they were supposed to call me, because we had a surprise planned together with my wife’s employers. The staff assured me that my request was noted and written down. Despite all these efforts sending messages twice and calling their branch the request was still ignored. The delivery person rang the doorbell anyway. Because of this, our entire surprise was ruined, as my wife herself receiving the gift personaly from the delivery guy. Overall, the service was very disappointing and unprofessional.

By 10:00 pm, the order was still not delivered and no one had followed up. This is not “express delivery” or “same day delivery” — it’s false advertising and poor customer service. Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the service. I paid an additional AED 118 to receive my order within the selected time frame of 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM, yet the delivery arrived 30 minutes late and incomplete. When we informed the delivery person about the missing item, we were told it was forgotten and would be delivered as soon as possible. It is now 8:30 PM, and the missing item has still not been delivered. Multiple calls to customer care resulted only in false promises with no resolution. Charging extra for priority delivery and then failing to meet the commitment shows a complete lack of accountability. Very poor experience. I would not recommend this service.

Negative experience: I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but after this incident I am extremely disappointed. I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star, and I will no longer recommend this business to anyone. I ordered a bouquet after personally visiting their Al Barsha store. I selected the bouquet myself, wrote a greeting card by hand, and placed a personal letter inside the card envelope. I personally stapled the card and envelope to the bouquet to ensure it would not be misplaced and clearly instructed them to deliver it exactly as it was. I also paid extra for same-day delivery. That letter meant far more to me than the bouquet itself. Despite all of this, the bouquet was delivered without the envelope. I was shocked at how something so important could be “misplaced.” When I requested proof of delivery, they sent me a photo of a different bouquet — not the exact one I had selected, just a similar type. When I raised a complaint, their so-called customer service claimed that the greeting card was empty. This is completely unacceptable and untrue. I personally wrote the card, placed the letter inside, sealed it, and attached it to the bouquet myself. There is no way it was empty. They ruined an important moment for me and then tried to cover it up with false and careless excuses instead of taking responsibility. Never again.

Negative experience: Once my favorite and most trusted place to make my loved ones' days special, now turned into a place which ruins most of the occasions. Orders arent arriving on time despite making a payment for a certain delivery slot- customer service (which became barely reachable or not reachable at all) offers compensation of 10 aed for non delivery while occasion and surprise is already ruined. Negative experience: This team messed up the surprise order which was planned, provided old flowers, delivered the stuff before the time paid for and refuse to call back to resolve the issue. They charge the price for the delivery and do not follow the same. The person delivered the stuff reported falsely that he made the delivery within the time requested. No integrity at all. Negative experience: Worst service and full of liars. I was supposed to have my delivery at 2-7 PM today. I called the driver at 6:58 PM. The driver refused to tell me how far away he was until I insisted, and then he said he was 20 minutes away, which meant it was not possible for me to receive the delivery at all. After I hung up the call, the status of my delivery was changed to "delivered." Such a LIE! How is that possible when the driver was still 20 minutes away? And that's not the only thing they did. In my delivery details, they changed the DELIVERY TIME (I requested in advance from their site) from 2-7 PM to 8-9 PM. Are they trying to cover up their mistake? I will attach here the proof of them doing such disgusting things. They really messed up what is supposed to be a surprise. I canceled my order and am requesting a refund due to their BAD SERVICE and the LIES they initiated.

Negative experience: I’d rather pay extra and order from someone else than risk someone’s special day with them. Majority of their most recent reviews have been bad, I should have taken that as a sign and not ordered from them. I am based in the USA and had ordered from them for my sister, who lives in Dubai, and unfortunately, it has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They completely ruined what was meant to be a special birthday celebration. I placed my order well in advance and even confirmed the details multiple times before delivery. Both Shenaz and Leonor assured me that everything was correct. However, the wrong balloons were sent, and not a single flower in the bouquet had bloomed. When I reached out to customer support immediately after delivery, they promised to send replacement balloons “ASAP,” but they arrived after the party was already over. Since then, I’ve been trying to get a proper resolution, but responses take hours, if they even reply at all. It’s been a full day with no satisfactory outcome. At one point, I was speaking with someone named Leo (possibly the same representative as before), who replied after long delays and then stopped responding altogether. Later, another agent took over, and I had to explain everything again from the beginning. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will never order from them again, their customer service is by far the worst I’ve encountered.

Negative experience: If you’re planning to surprise someone with flowers, cake, or balloons, I’d strongly advise against ordering from FNP. Yesterday, my friend had an awful experience— he wanted to make his girlfriend’s day special, but FNP completely ruined it. The order never got delivered, despite several calls to customer care. The delivery person was extremely rude and dismissive, even saying the items could just be left outside the door, as if the surprise didn’t matter at all. He acted as though the delivery was a favor to be done at his convenience rather than a service the customer paid for. I’ve personally ordered from FNP several times in the past without issues, but after seeing how my friend was treated and how little concern the team showed when we followed up, I can’t recommend them anymore. Negative experience: Worst service ever, I ordered two gifts to be delivered to the same recipient between 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, but only one item was delivered. The other item was not delivered at all, and there was absolutely no communication or update regarding the delay. After making multiple follow-up calls, I was informed that there was a technical error in their app and that my order was incorrectly mapped to Abu Dhabi, even though I entered the delivery address correctly. the driver reached the location at 1:00 AM, which is completely unacceptable. Moreover, one of their customer service representatives kept me on hold for over 10 minutes and then refused to share his name before abruptly disconnecting the call. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. This experience has been highly disappointing from start to finish, and I will not be placing any future orders with their terrible service.

Negative experience: Have used them a few times nothing exceptional but the recent should be a big warning. Flowers were being delivered to our home and the wrong apartment number was put on the delivery. FNP repeated many times that the goods were delivered and that the goods were at the other apartment. Finally we were able to prove that the courier did NOT deliver the parcel and he left with them. When confronted with this FNP changed their story and said oh yes, they were returned to the warehouse. I think it’s clear this is not a company to use. We specifically selected the fixed-time delivery option and even called ahead to request that the cake be delivered by 6:00 PM, as the party was scheduled to start at 6:30 PM.
