Negative experience: Unreliable on Valentine. Ordered and paid 2 days before the day. It’s 5:00pm on Valentine and they still haven’t delivered. Their customer service response when I called “yes, we don’t promise delivery on specific time”. Fine. Don’t take orders for Valentine if you can’t figure out the appropriate and meaningful time to deliver on a time critical event like Valentine! And that response!! To be in the moment business of flower delivery and not be sensitive.. you’ve not only ruined the moment you’ve caused rifts.

Negative experience: A more than a thousand dirhams order not delivered. Absolutely no communications from them, they just let the customer waits till exhaustion. A wedding anniversary ruined by their complete lack of professionalism. You have plenty of other places to get flowers, don't make the same mistake than me, they don't worth a penny.

Positive experience: The worst flower shop. On the website there’s write delivery from 9 am to 6 pm. Now it’s 9 pm, nothing arrived yet. I call a lot of times on they’re support phone, they put down the call all the time, except one time where they told me only: “what’s the order” and put me in the waiting line for 5 minutes and put down the call again, without explain me nothing. Now they blocked me on my phone. Congratulations, you spoiled my Valentine day. Update: I received flowers on 15th with an additional flower bucket with apologises

Balloons stay alive up to 1 month and I am really happy with their quality. We had an issue only once during 5 or 6 years but I appreciate how they deal with it and fixed everything. So would defenetly recommend to use them.

Negative experience: Cannot track your order, give you a delivery time or offer good customer service. Imagine if you will, your flowers for your loved one arriving at 11pm on the special day. The day is almost over FFS and any sentiment is out the window. Colossal failure.

Negative experience: I had the unfortunate experience of ordering flowers from 800Flower for my dad's precious birthday, expecting them to be delivered within the advertised time slot of 2-8 pm. However, not only did the flowers fail to arrive on time, but I was also informed at the last minute that delivery would be delayed until 9:30 pm. When I requested a refund due to this significant inconvenience, 800Flower flatly refused, offering a next-day re-delivery instead. This is utterly unacceptable and far from the service one would expect. To add insult to injury, their customer service was appalling. It took persistent effort on my part for them to even consider contacting the driver. Moreover, they had the audacity to blame me for not choosing a "rapid service" option—a choice that was never presented at checkout. They then suggested that I should have somehow known to contact them via WhatsApp to ensure my order was prioritized within the already generous 6-hour delivery window they provided, which is both absurd and impractical. This entire ordeal has been nothing short of a scam, showcasing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and service reliability. I was left without the flowers for my dad's birthday, coupled with frustration and disappointment due to 800Flower's unprofessionalism and their refusal to acknowledge their fault or provide any form of compensation. I strongly advise against using 800Flower for any floral needs. Their inability to deliver as promised and their subsequent handling of the situation are indicative of a business that does not value its customers or the importance of their occasions. STAY AWAY!!!

Nowadays, they cancelled all loyalty/recognition programs for old time customers and significantly hiked up the prices. Quite a few flowers on display at the store weren't fresh, and the florist couldn't figure out difference between white and pink with pushing me pink flowers despite an all-white bouquet requirement. Disappointing
