Negative experience: Very unprofessional experience. None of the staff seemed willing to properly handle clients or take orders, which was extremely disappointing. The attendants are the face of the store, and their behavior reflects directly on the owner’s standards. I strongly believe management should consider hiring better-trained employees who value customer service and professionalism.
Hi Sir,
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is not the standard of service we aim to deliver, and we take your feedback seriously.
We would really appreciate it if you could share a few more details about what exactly happened, so we can review the situation properly with our team and take the right corrective steps.
We also kindly ask for your understanding if this occurred on 14th February. That day is one of the busiest periods of the year for us, and while our team works hard to assist every customer equally and fairly, wait times and service pressure can be higher than usual. We always try to handle all orders in the same organized manner, but special or heavy customizations may not always be possible immediately during peak rush hours.
Thank you again for your feedback — & if possible to write an email will be helpful for future (carmelflowersdxb@gmail.com) it helps us improve.
We hope to have the opportunity to serve you
With Thanks

Fantastic experience: Carmel flowers are very fresh and have an amazing fragrance. The arrangements are unique especially for the mid tier bouquets which are very affordable too. Ordered 5 different arrangements in the same order and the fragrance is filling the whole villa. Thank you Carmel for your good work.
