Negative experience: Very unprofessional experience. None of the staff seemed willing to properly handle clients or take orders, which was extremely disappointing. The attendants are the face of the store, and their behavior reflects directly on the owner’s standards. I strongly believe management should consider hiring better-trained employees who value customer service and professionalism.

Negative experience: The worst shop who doesn’t care customers. They made me wait for 45 minutes however I turned up since they are giving priority only for online bookings. Better put a board in front of your shop saying this is not for walk in customers.

Negative experience: Firstly, if you are unable to deal with Valentine’s Day orders accordingly please don’t take the orders to begin with. Second, the fact that your delivery driver sends an image of the product to the receiver and asking her for the location beats the whole idea of a gift being a surprise. Now my Valentines Day gift was ruined and the whole day itself with it. The order is 5 hours late AND COUNTING! Unbelievable.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, i ordered the flowers via Deliveroo (first mistake), then was told they were delivered and the recipient had had a call. Deliveroo then refused to assist because they were an external delivery driver. I spoke to the flowershop direct who sent me a photo of the wrong door.... and said they were delivered. They had said that the delivery guy had called the recipient but she had received no call. They also said that i must have put the wrong address in even though it was the correct address and i said they had put the flowers in front of the wrong door!

Negative experience: Ordered a bouquet of flowers for Valentines Day and they did not get delivered. I continuously attempted to call and send WhatsApp messages chasing for updates throughout the whole day. All my calls were ignored and not a single WhatsApp message was responded to (even though they were clearly being read!) I am in absolute shock that businesses like yourself exist! It goes without saying your appalling services will never be used again and I will make sure others stay clear too!
