Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service. I ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day and selected a delivery window between 12pm and 4pm — a simple commitment you completely failed to honour. It is now 12:30am the following day and the flowers still haven’t arrived. To make matters worse, the customer service response was the worst I have ever had: “I can’t tell you the exact time, but rest assured they will deliver as soon as possible.” Completely dismissive, unhelpful, and shows zero care for customers or the occasion. You managed to ruin a special occasion through pure incompetence and total disregard for your customers. No communication, no real update, no apology — just empty responses. What was meant to be a thoughtful gesture turned into embarrassment and frustration. If you can’t deliver on the most important day of the year for your business, you shouldn’t be taking orders at all. Avoid at all costs

Negative experience: Dissapointed with Flowers.ae. The customer service and flower quality fell far below what I expected, especially given the expensive pricing. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. After asking to buy a bouquet I was dismissed and unwelcome. After being told all the red roses were sold out, I was offered some old flowers. Luckily, there are many flower shops in the area which offered more fresh flowers at a lower cost.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a flower bouquet from Flowers.ae through their website. They shared a video of the flowers arrangement and greeting message for my confirmation. They delivered the flowers right on time and they were really fresh and looked even better than the website photos. Finally they emailed me to confirm the delivery. I am delighted with their seamless experience, excellent service and will definitely shop with them again.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service, and customer service! Tried contacting them to address my concerns and they are not replying! I asked them to send an arrangement with a gift placed within the flowers. Can’t believe the flowers were given to the receiver with no wrapping at all even though the dune arrangement i ordered should clearly have a wrapping. They sent the gift in a bag when i clearly asked them to place it between the flowers. On top of that they placed a completely empty message card even though i shared what i wanted to be printed on the card. It was so embarrassing having the gift be received this way on a special occasion! Not professional at all! Additionally, they didn't want to change the price of the arrangement when i asked them to remove certain flowers. Even though i requested it to be smaller they said the price is fixed even if we remove the flowers you don't want which does not make sense all! It was my first and last time there.

Negative experience: The flowers were beautiful, and the product quality was excellent. However, there was a technical issue: despite entering the intended delivery address, the website automatically pulled an outdated address from Apple Pay, overriding what I had written. As a result, the flowers were delivered to the wrong place. Unfortunately, the delivery team did not offer to correct the address after delivery. I had to personally pick them up and deliver them myself. I hope the company addresses how it handles Apple Pay data to avoid future errors. The customer service team did try to assist but couldn’t resolve the situation. Overall, they need better control over address validation.

Negative experience: I had very bad experience. Ordered largest size of bouquet. Sunflowers. Received 10 pieces of flowers. While on the website it was shown as extra large . They didn’t Mahe shy effort, in arrangement as well. Haphazard job ,

Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and their customer satisfaction process is truly impressive compared to other platforms. After confirming my order, I received regular updates — including a message, a video of my prepared order, and a preview of the message card for approval. I was also notified when the flowers were about to be delivered and again once they arrived. This is truly next-level customer service. Although the standard delivery window is between 9am–5pm, I requested an earlier delivery, and they kindly accommodated it at 1pm. What made the experience even better was chatting with real people, not a chatbot — which felt much more personal and reassuring. Thank you, Flowers.ae, and kudos to the entire team for such an outstanding experience!

Negative experience: Unprofessional service as a sender and a receiver of floward. They work around what is convenient to them not to the customer or the receiver they have to embarrassed me multiple times to people that i wish to send to. They were very difficult to deal with timing when I was receiving flowers. I have never faced these kind of things with any other flower shop expect floward.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I had clear contact with the shop and we agreed on a specific delivery time, which I even paid extra for. I also explicitly noted not to contact the recipient to keep it a surprise, yet they went ahead and messaged the recipient anyway, completely ruining it. If you can’t follow such simple instructions after confirming them directly, what’s the point of offering special delivery options or taking notes? Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Negative experience: I ordered a flower box for my brother’s birthday and specifically asked them not to embarrass me in front of his colleagues. Unfortunately, even after I complained and they claimed to fix it, they sent a tiny box — barely two palms wide — with just three balloons. I really didn’t appreciate this dishonesty. It’s the second time this has happened, and I’ll never trust or order from them again.
