Negative experience: This is what I ordered and what I received, enough said? They completely ignored my call after the initial one, total scam and need to have their license removed

Negative experience: I ordered flowers from this shop online and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the experience. The bouquet that was delivered looked completely different from the one shown on the website. The arrangement and overall presentation did not match what I selected and paid for. On top of that, I included a personal message with my order, but it was not written or indicated on the card at all. That message was important, and it was upsetting to find out it wasn’t included. I understand that slight variations can happen, but this was a significant difference. I hope the shop improves its quality control and pays more attention to customer instructions in the future.

Negative experience: I placed and paid for an order with this flower shop today Feb 14. After payment, they stopped responding to my messages and phone calls.The flowers were never delivered, and I haven’t received any update or refund. This was extremely disappointing and stressful, especially because it was for a special occasion. I would not recommend ordering here unless the shop improves communication and actually delivers what customers pay for.

Negative experience: I’m honestly quite disappointed. I called to check the status of my order, and the staff member told me she couldn’t check because she was busy. I asked if she could please call me back when she had time, but unfortunately, I never received a callback. I understand being busy, but basic follow-up and customer service should still be a priority. The shop itself is good, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the customer service aspect.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the service here. I tried to pay for a 90 AED item with a 100 AED note, and the staff rudely told me they had no change. Negative experience: Paid in advance via WhatsApp for a birthday flower delivery, but the order was never delivered because the staff member who took it had left. The replacement that arrived later looked nothing like the website photos and was poorly designed. Extremely disappointing and unreliable.

Negative experience: Ordered an vase flower cost AED 700, write down all information of the receiver even the note message. Was expecting that it will be a good service and product provider but its not. They sent the driver and without giving the receiver details and no message note!! they just arrange the flower and send it without any information. how crazy is that? How will the recceiver know from whom the flowers are without any note or so? Even the driver doesnt know to whos person will it be deliver. Sorry but workers are no brain.

Negative experience: Have not even received my order yet! But leaving a review here as the order was for a special occasion which was ruined with deliberate effort my this shop. I do not recommend them!

Negative experience: Worst decision I ever made was ordering flowers from this shop for my wife’s birthday. They completely ruined my plans and failed to deliver the flowers on time. It was a huge disappointment. I would never recommend them to anyone. Please don’t be misled by the ratings, this is my real experience. Honestly, they don’t even deserve one star.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers online with same day delivery and they did NOT send them. I talked to them multiple times and they said that the flowers were sent and delivered. It was a lie because I sent someone to check and they were still at the shop. Also, they told me the note was going to be printed, it was NOT printed. It was handwritten with the worst handwriting possible. Nice flowers though.

Negative experience: Here’s a sharp but professional draft for your review: --- I ordered sunflowers from this shop for Teacher Appreciation Day, and unfortunately, they arrived wilted and looking very tired. It was really disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a thoughtful gesture. I ended up having to make a last-minute backup plan, which caused unnecessary stress. For the price and occasion, I expected fresh, vibrant flowers – not something that looked like it had already been sitting for days. Definitely not the experience I hoped for.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever, i ordered through Talabat the shop called me saying we are experiencing delay driver will be 40 minutes late which I understood and waited. They kept me waiting for over 3 hours and still no delivery. And they stopped responding on the phone not to me nor to Talabat agents who kept saying the shop is not answering there’s nth we can do but to cancel the order. I cancelled the order. Horrible shop don’t order from blooms.

Negative experience: What I Ordered vs. What I Received Delivery Delay – Extremely Disappointed I placed my order at 10:09 PM, and it didn’t arrive until 12:50 AM—over 2.5 hours later. The delivery delay was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bouquet I received was nothing like what I ordered. I was expecting a completely different arrangement and felt genuinely embarrassed when I saw what arrived. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. The experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish.

Negative experience: I wanted to share my experience with the flowers I ordered. Unfortunately, the white roses I ordered weren't as fresh as I had hoped. They arrived with some brown edges and looked a bit worn out, which was quite disappointing. I also reached out to them via WhatsApp, but it seems they only read my message and didn't respond. I think this might be my first and last time buying from them.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers from talabat. This was the most poorly wrapped flowers i have ever seen. Just taped aggressively around and handled poorly. One rose was even broken. The broken stem had black colour which means it was broken long back and given us the damaged item and not broken during delivery. For the price charged for just a few flowers with this poor quality, it is an actual scam.

What we received was completely unacceptable—dead, wilted flowers, badly arranged, and nowhere close to what was promised. When we tried to raise a legitimate complaint, not only the staff even the owner NAGINA was also shockingly arrogant, unapologetic, and showed a complete lack of professionalism or accountability. They flatly refused to issue a refund and instead had the audacity to threaten us for pointing out their failure. This kind of behavior is not only unethical but completely disgraceful for any business. *Do not waste your money or time here.They do not care about quality, customer service, or even basic decency. *Highly NOT recommended.*

Negative experience: Very bad experience. Yesterday I ordered and paid flowers to be delivered today and at 5pm still no news about the delivery. I try to contact them but no answer, I went to the shop and they told me as it’s Valentine’s Day they didn’t have anymore the flowers I choose and that there was no delivery for me. When I asked how it would be possible as I’ve already paid (I have them also the card signed) the lady very rudely told me she didn’t have time for me, she checked that I paid 150 aed and literally she trough me back the money. I never met such an arrogant and rude person like her. I didn’t call the police just because my worry was to find another flower shop as soon as possible.
