Negative experience: Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. The way they deal with customers is poor and disrespectful, with no attention or appreciation at all. The tone of communication was irritating, as if you are forced to deal with them. The prices are extremely high and completely unjustified compared to the quality and service provided. They are not worth it at all, and there are many other places that are much better in terms of service and pricing. I do not recommend dealing with this place at all. This was my last visit.

The staff are full of the friendliest and kindest people I have ever met, especially Albert and Noel they really understand what I want and always go above and beyond with my requests. I thank them immensely for their wonderful work. This wasn’t my first purchase with Lilac flowers and definitely won’t be the last, I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: I received my bouquet but totally not satisfied. Most of the flowers are dead and they sell it! I consider this as cheating customers. You should not put such flowers and sell it in order to avoid losing them. Some are broken and tapped.
