Positive experience: Excellent service. I bought a very beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Negative experience: They don't deserve even one star. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They lack basic etiquette of dealing customers. I've ordered from them many times but since last few months the service is gone extremely poor. I've ordered in advance for flower bouquet and even reminded them about it on whatsapp. However, once I reached to collect the flowers it wasn't ready and I had to leave urgently to event without flowers. Truly disappointed.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. After taking the money they stopped replying. The delivery driver didn’t know the Business Bay location and asked me to come and collect the order myself even after charging 60 AED for delivery. It was supposed to be a birthday surprise but it arrived late and the birthday boy had already left. Very disappointing. I will never order from them again.

Negative experience: If I could, I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I visited on 15th February around 2 PM, and the service was absolutely unacceptable. The girl working there was extremely rude, showed a lot of attitude, and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. To make things worse, the arrangement was done poorly and looked rushed and careless. When you’re buying flowers, especially around special occasions, you expect at least basic politeness and professionalism and that was completely missing. I’m very disappointed and hope management seriously looks into their customer service Will not be visiting again

After an hour and a half of waiting, they called me saying, "Unfortunately, the product is unavailable." I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them because they will waste your time waiting for nothing. There are many better bakeries.

Negative experience: Very bad experience,i saw a video in insta for a mini bouquet ,wen i contacted through watsup they said the bouquet will be ready,i thought there is delivery for this mini bouquet n first of all its only 7 mints from were Im staying.wen i messaged on the delivered time they said for mini bouquet there is no delivery,they said they cant send the bouquet. I tried to talk it out by saying i will pay the delivery fee,if they have mentioned this earlier i could have done something to go n collect the bouquet.so i tried talking with then again then last they said 30dhs delivery charge n the bouquet which i was buying was less than the delivery amount if the delivery charge was 5 or maximum 10dhs it was fine…really ruined my day n i couldn’t surprise the person tooo…

Negative experience: I ordered 3 flower bouquets one week in advance from Sarleen. From the beginning, I felt something was off despite greeting them politely every time, their responses were always very cold and unprofessional. Basic client respect was missing. On the delivery day, things got much worse. The delivery arrived around 5 PM, and the delivery person placed the bouquets on the ground. When I checked them, one bouquet had only 4–5 flowers, another had almost no flowers at all. When I asked about it, he went back to the van and added dead flowers from inside, which was extremely upsetting. One bouquet was also missing the birthday card, and another bouquet’s bag was broken. I had to repeatedly ask for things that should have been included from the start. I waited hours for these flowers to give to three friends, and instead I was left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and close to tears. I later checked Google reviews and realized I was not the only one with a bad experience. I do not recommend this company. The quality, delivery handling, and customer service were all unacceptable, and they were not helpful at all when issues happened.

Negative experience: Before placing my online order, I called the store to confirm delivery at a specific time and was told it was possible. After ordering, I called again to provide the order number and follow up. Unfortunately, the employee was unprofessional and hung up the call twice. Very disappointing customer service.

When I asked to cancel the order, I was told to cancel it myself through the website instead of them taking responsibility. There was no respect for customers at all. I strongly advise others not to order from this here. They completely ruined a surprise I had planned for my friend.

Negative experience: Talking about the (flower + cake) offer for AED99 which is actually a mini cake but smaller then the palm of your hands, looks bigger in the Ad videos. DO NOT FALL FOR IT !!! upon complaining they manipulate you with the cake knowledge instead of aplogising and resolving your issue , I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ❌

Negative experience: On Thursday, I placed an order through Sarleen’s website for a bridal cake and flowers, scheduled for delivery on Friday. I received a confirmation and later a WhatsApp message from the delivery company (Ifast) asking for my location. I promptly shared my pin and complete address, which they confirmed. They also informed me that delivery would be between 2 PM and 9 PM. I requested if possible to have it delivered before 7 PM since the event was at 8 PM (a bridal shower). Unfortunately, 7 PM passed with no update. At 7:40 PM, I followed up and was told the delivery would happen the next day (Saturday). I was very disappointed as we didn’t have the cake for the event. I called Sarleen and asked to cancel the order since neither the cake nor flowers were delivered. To date, I haven’t received my refund or any response from them. Sadly, this experience wasn’t great, and I won’t be ordering from them again. Still, I wish you all the best with your business!

Negative experience: Neither the cake was delivered nor the refund! Very low sop from the staff whoever is handeling the situation! Will update the review if they will refund but whenever we call they said manager is not here and will get back shortly! All the account details and paid receipt you can see and do not rely on them for these special moments!

I ordered a cake and flowers to be delivered at a specific time for someone’s birthday — a very special surprise I had planned carefully. The order was canceled last minute and postponed to the next day with no real apology or attempt to fix the situation. What made it worse is that they read my messages and completely ignored them. You ruined what was supposed to be a meaningful day. Very unprofessional and unreliable service. Terrible experience! I strongly advise people not to go there.

I was also disappointed because I ordered a gift card along with it, but it was completely missed in the order. No one informed me about it, and when I asked, they just said, “Sorry, we forgot to put it.” This was supposed to be a surprise gift, so it was really disappointing and unprofessional. There was no sense of accountability or responsibility from the team. I am not satisfied with the service or the product quality. Sorry to say, but I wouldn’t recommend Charlene to anyone based on this experience.

I used to always order from them, but today I ordered a flower bouquet, and they said there’s a delivery fee. I told them I live right next to them and I always order from them with no fees. After 4 hours, I asked about my order — it was already delayed for an hour — and they asked me, “Which order?” Then they told me, “We’ll start preparing it now.” An hour later, I asked when they’d deliver it, and they said, “The delivery guy hasn’t come yet, but once he’s here, we’ll send it.” After 6 hours — and my house is right next to them — the order didn't arrive This is by far the worst experience ever. I’ll never order from them again. Unfortunately, they lost a loyal customer who always used to choose them first because of trust and reliability — which they no longer have

Negative experience: Very bad delivery time since I ordered yesterday the cake with flowers for my sister birthday but they ruined my present and also bad customer service that they keep telling me about delivery policy to AbuDhabi, It's 9pm now and I didn't receive my order yet. As I paid also refund policy is not supporting, I will never order from them again and I don't recommend them anymore they should be very clear about everything and as they are getting paid for the orders they should also get the customer service improved.

Negative experience: Been twice, and both were bad. I wanted to give a 2nd chance, but i was even more sure that i don't want to deal with this store. High prices for below average stuff. Although they get supplied from a well-known supplier that supplies to most. Cakes are not good at all. One woman working there is rude and not customer service oriented, very bad etiquette. All our neighbors say the woman working there is always grumpy - which is silly to employ for a flower shop, just sadly drives you away! She isn't even willing to assist at times, so lazy and unfriendly. To be fair, the Arab guys are always smiling and friendly. The only positive is the location -although not much parking around lol. Overall, there are far better alternatives nearby. Hope to see improvement, but now? I wouldn't recommend. Go elsewhere.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the cake I received from this bakery for my partner’s birthday. This occasion was meant to be a joyful and memorable celebration, but unfortunately, the quality of the cake completely ruined the experience for me and my guests. The cake was excessively colored to the point that it left strong stains on our teeth and fingers. This is not only unpleasant but also raises serious concerns about the health and safety of the ingredients used. The amount of artificial coloring added was far beyond acceptable levels and made the cake inedible. Several of my guests voiced their concerns, and many chose not to eat the cake at all. I had trusted your bakery to provide a high-quality product for an important event, and I feel completely let down. I expected much better from a professional establishment.
