Negative experience: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this flower shop. I went in looking for a nice floral box and simply asked for a reasonable price, but the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, he literally told me, "Go find another shop; these are my prices," and practically chased me out of the store. The staff member was impatient, aggressive, and impossible to talk to. To make matters worse, the pricing is completely outrageous. Not only were the flowers overpriced, but he insisted on charging extra for every tiny detail—including the floral foam (oasis), the wrapping paper, and even the basic greenery fillers—on top of a high per-stem price for the roses. I’ve never encountered such "take it or leave it" attitude in a service-oriented business. If you’re looking for a pleasant experience or fair value for your money, stay away from this place. There are plenty of other shops that actually value their customers.

Negative experience: The guy doesn’t know how to talk his way is so bad we where telling him we need one two three he is saying if you don’t want you you can go anywhere else this is not professional at all the way he talks is massive

Negative experience: Very bad, I almost cried watching the price I paid and the end product. I hope people working there get to go to a workshops and learn more about how to do the flowers wrapping.

Fantastic experience: The place is cozy and unique, with such a lovely vibe. Sithu was so friendly and cute—she wrapped my gift so nicely and fast! Highly recommend if you want beautiful, quick wrapping with a personal touch.

Negative experience: I was really disappointed with my recent experience at baby rose boutique. While their prices are quite high, the customer service was lacking. I felt like they cared more about collecting money than about providing a positive experience. I even ended up leaving the shop without my flower bouquet because they forgot to give it to me. I won't be returning.
