Negative experience: I’ve been a regular customer at this branch for years, ordering all kinds of bouquets monthly, often through WhatsApp. I always appreciated the small discounts and friendly service from staff like Waqas, who valued loyal customers. But recently, the new salesperson has been very unhelpful—refusing even small discounts and responding rudely when I voiced my concerns. The bouquets now come with fewer accessories too, and the overall customer service has dropped. It’s not about a few dirhams—it’s about respecting returning customers and treating them with basic courtesy. Very disappointed with how things have changed. Will look for a change for my go to flowers

The lilies and roses that I selected for my bouquet were of the highest quality, The lilies were elegant and fragrant, while the roses were vibrant and stunning. Positive experience: I ordered flower box with chocolate as a gift for a friend i communicated via whatsapp and they were very helpful and assisted me make informed decisions however the reasons i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is - late delivery (came an hour later than scheduled) - price is a bit high (this box cost 350 aed)
