Negative experience: Order number - 3537841413032170 I made an order through keeta for a cake from fnp at 7.30pm. Its 10.15pm right now. I didnt receive my cake yet. No one is even picking up my call from fnp store. The customer service is extremely poor. Need to raise a complaint against fnp. Keeta is also not able to help. I need my money back if you can’t deliver it on time. Just give my refund and keep the cake with you and enjoy eating it.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I ordered a birthday cake, and they called from Arfan saying it would take 35 minutes to bring it from another branch. I agreed and waited, but after more than 1 hour with no update, I called them again. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me to contact Noon and cancel the order because they don’t even have a driver. This is completely unacceptable. Why promise delivery in 35 minutes if you can’t even deliver at all? This ruined my birthday plans and shows a total lack of professionalism and responsibility. I do not recommend this restaurant at all, especially for important occasions.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with FNP Cakes. I placed my order at 4:00 PM and was clearly told by customer service that it would be delivered before 11:00 PM. However, by 11:30 PM, the order still had not been delivered. I tried calling customer service several times for an update, but no one answered, and my calls were ended four times. That is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. If you cannot process and deliver orders on time, you should not accept them at all. Customers depend on your promised delivery schedule, especially for important occasions. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this shop.

Negative experience: I placed an order today at 11:05am for the cheese and meat hamper and birthday balloons as it was a unique gift idea for a male recipient for same day delivery between 5pm - 7pm. At 11:05am I received an email confirmation from fnp confirming the order. At 16:50 I received another email from fnp stating the progress of my order and that it was on track for delivery. At 18:43 I had to call fnp customer support to understand delivery status of the order as it was still not delivered and was informed by the extremely supportive agent that the order is actually cancelled as they didn't have the item in stock. She also informed me that fnp attempted to call me after the order to inform that the item is not available (which was not true information given to her) I expressed my frustration to the agent (whom I know is not at fault for the outcome) at the fact that the app should not show items that are not available and also at how I did not understand how after their "attempt" to reach out to me, I received an email stating that the order is confirmed and on its way for delivery. I am disappointed by the outcome as I've been using this app for years but feel cheated recently after 2 such failed outcomes and unfortunately will not be be using the app anymore. I do believe that they are able to deliver flowers appropriately but with other items it seems to be false advertising. Again, this is my personal experience that I want to share and am not saying it will be everyone's. I do hope they update their app to show current stock so that a customer is not spending money on an item and later told that the monies will be refunded after 5-7 working days because it's not about the money but about the gift that a customer would like their loved one's to receive at a promised time by their app.

Negative experience: Apparently, ordering in advance at FNP is just a suggestion, not a commitment. I placed my order early expecting early delivery, silly me. Half the day is gone and nothing has arrived. This happens every single time unless you pay extra for “speed delivery.” Otherwise, you’re expected to wait till 11 PM like that’s normal or acceptable. Negative experience: This was a highly disappointing experience from start to finish. The mobile app was unstable and barely usable—I had to restart my phone twice. Payment failed multiple times, the app would not allow switching apps to approve the payment, and a coupon pop-up appeared with no way to apply the coupon. I then moved to the web version, where the items I originally selected were not available. I chose a bouquet from the 60-minute delivery section, yet it was delivered almost 3 hours later, which is misleading. Most importantly, the bouquet delivered was completely different from what was advertised. I ordered full-grown roses and hydrangeas but received baby roses, making the bouquet look cheap and nothing like the product shown. I was charged over AED 250 for a premium bouquet and received an inferior substitute without consent. Broken app, misleading delivery promise, and incorrect product. This was the first and last time i will be using this service, I have requested a full refund and would not recommend this service. This was supposed to be a special evening, the experience has been spoiled thank to FnP

Negative experience: Complaint About Extremely Poor Service – FNP I am very disappointed with the service I have repeatedly received from FNP. Although your company charges a premium price, the quality of service has been consistently unacceptable. I have ordered gifts for delivery multiple times, and each experience has been worse than the one before: 1️⃣ The delivery staff called the recipient without any greeting, and were rude — not even wishing “Happy Birthday.” 2️⃣ The cake I paid for was delivered in bad condition. 3️⃣ Delivery personnel were impolite to my friends who received the gifts. 4️⃣ The most recent order was delivered to the wrong location. I clearly mentioned that I did not know the exact address, yet FNP failed to confirm the details properly. The driver then called the recipient and told her he would not deliver to her because it was “the wrong area.” That was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. This level of service is unacceptable — especially from a company that advertises reliability and charges high amounts. It has caused stress instead of joy. I feel like the company only cares about money and not about the customer experience. I expect a proper response, an apology, and compensation for the repeated failures. I hope no other customers face what I went through.

Negative experience: I placed an order with FNP Flowers and Cake for a special occasion of my nephew at 11:20 a.m. and clearly mentioned that I needed the bouquet to be delivered before 2 p.m at my work place. They completely failed to deliver on time. Then I had to change my delivery address to my home, but it’s now 7 p.m. and the flowers still haven’t arrived! Negative experience: I ordered a pricey anniversary bouquet expecting something special, but the experience was really disappointing. The first delivery arrived with old, wilted roses. When I complained, I received a replacement — but it had fewer roses than the original order. When I raised this again, I only got an apology about the delivery time, which wasn’t the issue at all. It needed to be in two colors they only did one, they didn’t write what i asked them to write on the cake, then attempted to fix it by doing it in the bakery when I went to pick it up. Negative experience: I had a terrible experience ordering flowers for Mother’s Day from [Company Name]. I placed an order, my card was charged, but I never received a confirmation email. When I called customer service, they told me my order didn’t go through—even though I could see the charge on my card. They offered me a discount code for a second attempt, which didn’t actually apply any discount. Trusting their word, I placed another order, only to find out later that both orders had been processed. My mom ended up receiving two flower deliveries, and I was charged twice when I only intended to send one. When I reached out for help, the company was unhelpful and did nothing to fix the situation. This was supposed to be a thoughtful gift, but instead, it turned into a frustrating and expensive mess. I do not recommend ordering from this company unless you want to risk double charges and poor customer service.

Negative experience: The worst customer service & management ever! On Valentine’s Day, they messed up my order and on their website it said it’ll deliver same day but when I called them, they said it will deliver next day on 15th Feb! Honestly the worst customer service and worst worst worst management. I asked for compensation and there was absolutely nothing provided for the delay ( I had to cancel my plans and wait for the flowers to arrive & they never did). On top of that when I requested for the flowers to at least be delievered before 9am next day, “they cannot accommodate” how ridiculous. Imagine messing up so hard with orders on an important day and STILL not providing any support to customers. I’m so disappointed in their behavior. Especially the next day on 15th when I’m trying to call them constantly for an update, all three numbers( Sharjah & Dubai & the 600 number) are all UNAVAILABLE TO REACH. Anyways worst place ever!! I would never ever recommend it to anyone & instead I’ll spread the news on how terrible this place is to everyone. Save your money & go somewhere else for your sanity.

Negative experience: I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday on 29th Jan. I ordered from FnP only and only because It was showing that it'll be delivered the same day. I agreed to pay 79 dirhams as delivery fee as well which I believe is too high..but they called me up after I placed the order and told me that it can only be delivered the next day on 30th. Then why did you charge me 79 dirhams when you had to deliver it the next day? It was extremely disappointing as their app showed that it will be delivered the same day and that is why the delivery will be chargeable for 79 dirhams. It's a fraud!!. A big NO to FnP!!

Negative experience: I ordered a gift from "Ferns N Petals," including a perishable cake. The driver claimed delivery at 9:50 AM, but the recipient never received it. Initially, it was said to be handed to someone else, then they changed their words to being left at the door without a call—contradicting service policy. The recipient found nothing at 4 PM. This mishandling breaches UAE consumer laws and poses health risks. They offered an 18% discount which is unacceptable; I requested a full refund or I’ll escalate to DED, then they carelessly didn't do anything and just closed the case.
