Negative experience: Bloomex fails to advise the same day service is not available until you submit order and payment. I then have to continually ask for a refund from an order that would take 3 days to deliver, with store credit and other nonsense offered, only delaying my refund further. Flowers I ordered were for a birthday present in which I then had to spend another $130 elsewhere (reputable local supplier) whilst bloomex withhold my money. I would suggest calling your local florist and using them instead online, this way you have faith it will arrive and the quality is far better. This is just a service provider interested in your money and doesn’t even advertise the actual limitations in fulfilling them until your funds are transferred.

Negative experience: Bought the ‘classic’ Pastel Buttercup bouquet in a mason jar. Paid $110. So disappointed. Fortunately they were delivered to me, which was my mistake. It was lucky as I would have been extremely embarrassed if they had been seen by my sister, in QLD, for her 80th birthday.

Negative experience: This company doesn't deserve any stars horrible service, can't even speak to them, no manager to speak to, ordered for a Saturday delivery, received a phone call 4 days prior to say we don't deliver on weekends so I said fine just delivery day before, and they delivered to company address and company closed at 5pm and they attempted to deliver at 6:45 pm to now they have my money. And no flowers.

Negative experience: What an absolute joke of a company. I order the 12 long stem supersized larger roses and paid extra and Bloomex Australia in Melbourne Victoria sent out on Valentines Day about 8 very small roses heads with no green leaves or foliage. There larger 4 roses were bruised too. When asked for a refund they said everything was packaged as ordered and that appropriate care need to be given for the flowers. I said you haven't delivered as pre the advertised website photo and Bloomex said w can give you a $40 store credit..Again missing the point that they are the worst florist company in Australia and that we will never be spending money on thos poor excise of a florist ever again! Very very extremely disappointed customer. What a shame and customer service do not care one bit!

Negative experience: Very very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my sisters 60th birthday through From You Flowers Australia which was handled by Bloomex. I added her address to the online form however the address was changed through the payment system to mine and so I received the flowers. (I don’t live near her). I also received a message before I received the flowers that some of the flowers I ordered were not available so there would be a complimentary gourmet gift included. This was not included. I phoned and spoke to someone who was not prepared to help me. I asked several times to speak to someone higher up and was refused. I will never use this service again.

This 3 star company hides behind the name “From you flowers” online with no google listing (not surprising with the service they offer). Booked a delivery on Friday, followed up on Saturday; they said they wouldn’t be able to deliver till Tuesday. Wish I found all these negative reviews before ordering.

Negative experience: After a disappointing delivery some time ago, I decided to give Bloomex another chance. WHAT A MISTAKE that was I ordered a week in advance and upsized to provide the recipient with a supersized product and a large box of chocolates. The day before delivery was due I was contacted to say the blooms I ordered were not available but they would provide something similar. I agreed On the day of delivery they contacted me again to say that the similar blooms were also not available and they provide something thing else. They assured me that the product would be premium and reflect the value of my original order. The flowers were finally delivered late on the day I asked for. The flowers provided were way below premium and only 10 blooms compared to the 50+ in my original order. These flowers were not only disappointingly few but also cheap alternatives (carnations instead of roses). In addition, the chocolates I ordered did not even arrive. I will NEVER use this company again and recommend the same to everyone who is considering them.

Negative experience: 0 STAR RATING!! DO NOT USE!!! This company is disgraceful!! I ordered a $69 bouquet of flowers for a colleague (total price including delivery $95) What was delivered was DISGRACEFUL and EMBARRASSING! I could have picked better flowers from my garden. But when I contacted the company for assistance (as it was the company I work for who ordered them) they were horrible and told me they do not refund as company policy!! They could only offer a store credit to the value of the deliver or resend a flower free of charge. I’m sorry WHAT!!! Negative experience: I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. We ordered the “Bestseller Combo III” arrangement expecting what was clearly shown on the website — a red and white bouquet with lilies and roses presented in a vase with chocolates. What was delivered looked completely different in colour, flower type, and overall presentation and appeared to be a much lower value substitute. When we contacted customer service and provided photos comparing the advertised product with what was received, the company refused to issue a refund and only offered a small store credit. The response relied on their “substitution policy,” despite the arrangement not reasonably resembling the advertised product. The issue was only resolved after lodging a dispute with our bank, which reviewed the evidence and refunded the payment. Based on this experience, I would caution future customers to be aware that what you receive may differ significantly from what is advertised, and resolving issues directly with the company may be difficult.

Negative experience: DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX!! ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY !! If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband paid $130 for a bouquet of long stem red roses, with baby’s breath and green foliage, from BLOOMEX for Valentine’s Day. The bouquet received did not match the description or picture advertised on the website. The bouquet received did not have any baby’s breath and the roses were short stemmed. Some of the stems were even broken and some flowers were bruised. When we emailed to request a refund, they completely denied the fact that the bouquet we received did not match what they advertised . We looked back at the website for a picture of the flowers originally ordered and they have taken the picture down. Honestly the flowers at Coles and Woolies for $30 looked and was presented 10000 times better than the flowers we received. Below is a photo of what was advertised vs what we received. Pictures don't do justice to how bad they were.

Negative experience: Absolutely beyond disappointed. I ordered on 11 February and paid for guaranteed delivery on 14 February (Valentine’s Day) because I’m away from my partner and wanted to make sure it arrived on that specific day. It didn’t. Tracking pushed it to the 17th, then “today,” yet nothing has arrived. My partner waited home all day for a delivery that never came. Valentine’s Day is one day once it’s gone, it’s gone. That was the entire point of the order. It also wasn’t cheaper i may add! When you call customer service, no one speaks English, and when I asked for a refund, the call was hung up on me. That is completely unacceptable. I paid for a date-specific service that was not delivered. I will be demanding a full refund. Would never trust this company again with anything. I didn’t read reviews.

Negative experience: Yet another “what I paid for vs what I got”. Even added the extra $30 for a supersize bouquet, which as you can see was more leaves (not native flowers). This company is monstrous, and seems to forgot that people send flowers often when there’s something big to celebrate, or something big to grieve. Mine was the latter. Negative experience: I ordered flowers with next business day delivery for a specific event. The order was delayed multiple times and only delivered after the event had already passed. Despite explaining that the flowers were no longer required, the company proceeded with delivery anyway. The arrangement delivered was also not what I originally ordered. Customer service repeatedly offered partial refunds or store credit instead of resolving the issue appropriately. Overall very disappointing experience - delays, incorrect product, and poor resolution process. I would recommend carefully considering other options if timing and accuracy are important.

If I didn't stick to my end of the arrangement and pay I wouldn't get the product, how do they get to keep the money even when they didn't deliver when they agreed to. Negative experience: As agreed with most of these reviews, this business is utterly garbage. Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a college who's wife was undergoing a serious operation, and was hit with the typical these cannot be delivered today, which was then but it'll be tomorrow with an upgrade, and then the next day the same thing. This went on for a full week. By day seven, we demanded a refund, in which they even made this difficult, trying every trick under the sun to keep our money, and supply other items that we're unwanted. Wouldn't recommend even buying a pen from this mob, honestly stay as far away as you possibly can. Wish we had read the reviews first.

Negative experience: This is the worst florist I have ever encountered. They even tell me "The flower seems fresh and lovely, and nothing wrong with the packaging." I didn't even get my sunflower which is nine the picture on their website?? And they even send it to the wrong place I have to go and pick it up myself. Negative experience: We ordered flowers and fruit for a sick friend We chose from the photos on the website. They were delivered but these were the issues. The flowers were already wilting and had no water and no mason jar that was supposed to be included.. The fruit was ok. 4 apples though and nothing like the photo. The flowers were thrown out after 3 days as they were dead. 7 emails to Bloomex to let them know the situation and they will not give me a refund or half refund. Disappointed and embarrased to send my sick friend a poorly packed and half dead product. It seems the company has treated many others the same way. DON'T use this company.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE. This place is a scam. I ordered flowers, and on the website, it said delivery was free, all the time. Got to the checkout and suddenly I was being charged $20 for delivery. I was in a hurry to get the order in, so I just processed it anyway. Shortly later I got an email saying my delivery couldn't be made that day, even though the website said same-delivery was available. Without even asking me, they reschedule my delivery for the following day, and promised an upgrade. When I rang them to cancel, they tried to TALK OVER ME until the woman was yelling at me on the phone telling me she could do the upgrade and deliver the next day. Eventually, I got her to put in the cancellation request, but they said only a supervisor could issue a refund, and conveniently there were no direct lines to speak to a supervisor. Shortly later, I got an email saying they'd received my cancellation request, but ONCE AGAIN saying they'd keep my order for the next day with an upgrade. This florist is an absolute scam and should be reported to the ACCC.

Negative experience: I had a deluxe fruit box delivery gifted to me by a family member, and was too embarrassed to send them a photo of the meagre and overripe fruit which the $104-odd box contained. There were 6x apples, 3x oranges, 2x bananas, 2x pears, and 1x peach - looked like the dregs of a workplace's fruit bowl. Bloomex offered my family member a re-do, which again had overripe fruit. Total items second-time around were 5x wrinkly pears, 4x apples (mostly bruised), 3x nectarines, 1x peach and 1x bruised Granny Smith apple. Hardly $104-worth in both boxes twice-over, and not exactly in-season as they advertise per the mangoes, pineapple, and grapes on their website's deluxe box, which are all currently in season if you happen to visit your local supermarket. Please shop elsewhere.

Negative experience: I’m currently waiting for flowers to be delivered from Keillor to Healesville in Victoria. They have a shop front in Keillor. They have taken nearly two days to deliver them and if you know Victoria, it should have taken a day. They are not sure they can provide me with a refund. I will give them until tomorrow at 12pm to deliver them and I will be calling them back again and emailing them. I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I ordered flowers because I would have ordered flowers from a different company. How do they remain in operation when they have so many complaints against them to the ACCC.

I ordered flowers for a friend who had lost a family member. I spent a lot of money on them and assumed they would be absolutely delightful. When I seen them a few days later, I was embarrassed and appalled. They were nothing like the picture on their website and the bunch of flowers was basically a bunch of cheap flowers with a few roses. I could have bought a nicer bunch from Woolworths. Negative experience: Wish I had of read reviews on these guys before ordering. Very disappointing . It is always a little more difficult ordering from interstate and online but there is misrepresentation of fruit baskets and description . Online help was very misleading also : offered up grade of an extra banana but that would suggest there would have had to have been at least one . Meant to be 10 pieces of fruit and what was delivered was 7 apples 1 kiwi fruit and 2 oranges . I specifically wanted banana included as discussed in the ordering process. I understand availability of some fruits could present a problem but I think 7 apples was overkill. I would not ever utilise this company again . Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Completely disappointed with the wole experience. Ordered for same day delivery on the 20th of December, I was able to select time and date for delivery, paid and received confirmation of order and a note to say it will takd 4 days delivery. I emailed Bloomex to cancel my order for a refund due to ordering somewhere else for same day delivery. Bloomex refuse the refund even though their refund policy states refund if cancelled 24hours prior to delivery? They have offered the delivery fee back and then a voucher to spen with them, I never plan to use Bloomex again and will definitely letting others know of the terrible service and how customer service is a game of pingpong! Read all reviews.....I wish I did before using this company.

Negative experience: One star (and that feels generous) This was hands down one of the most disappointing flower orders I’ve ever placed. The flowers didn’t arrive on the requested delivery date. When I followed it up, I was assured the bouquet would be upgraded in size to compensate for the delay. Great — or so I thought. What arrived instead was 17 roses instead of the 50 ordered, plus an “upgrade” that turned out to be a packet of Oreos. Nothing says “sorry we ruined your special occasion” like supermarket biscuits. Customer service acknowledged how underwhelming this was and promised to resend the bouquet as originally ordered, again reassuring me there would be an upgrade. Round two somehow managed to be worse. The replacement bouquet was even smaller, nowhere near what was ordered or promised. I paid for a large rose arrangement and received something that looked like a last-minute servo purchase. Late delivery, broken promises, shrinking bouquets, and biscuits as compensation — this experience had it all, just not the flowers I actually paid for. Completely let down and would not recommend.

Negative experience: I ordered a same day delivery from my sister's birthday and it arrived five days late after taking my money. They cancelled the order hours after placing it. They would not resolve my issues and did not communicate to me properly at all. If you want your delivery recieved on time and without issues, I would not use this service. Absolute headache with hours and hours spent trying to sort out the delivery.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. I intended on sending flowers to my friend for her birthday. The delivery address and date I wanted were available. The day comes and I get an email stating that it can't be done, but they will ship it the next day, with an upgrade and delivery fee refunded. The next day comes and no delivery. I get an aramex email stating the delivery with be 7 days later than my original request date. Then 3 days before that expected date I get an email it has been delivered. No flowers in sight!! Not at the house, not at the post office. All along I have been emailing bloomex to get to the bottom of this and now a full refund which is falling on deaf ears. I keep getting emails back stating that I can have a resend with an upgrade, or delivery fee waived (haven't even got the refund from the first offer), and a store credit. I want none of the above. All I want is a full refund for a total waste of time and a ruined birthday gift for my unwell and newly postpartum friend. They can't even do the decency of acknowledging my request and I fear that I'm going to have a loss of money and no flowers to even show for it. WORST FLOWER COMPANY. DO NOT USE. Update: flowers finally got delivered on16/12 when they were supposed to arrive on 9/12. They sent me a delivered notification on12/12 stating that the flowers were delivered but they were nowhere to be found. Obviously because this was false information. I've attached the photos of how this was delivered an entire week late. Appalling.

Negative experience: Bloomex took our order to deliver sympathy flowers for condolences of a death of a family friend. The order was supposed to be delivered the day after the order was made. Bloomex contacted us on the day of delivery and said the flowers were with the courier. We receive a tracking message from the courier that the flowers would not be delivered for another three weeks. We called Bloomex and they said there was nothing they could do but did express the flowers would not arrive in the same condition as they would be in transit for three weeks. They refused to refund our money. We disputed this. Bloomex blocked our calls and stopped all commoncations. A week later, after we had gone to a reputable florist and bought replacement flowers, we received an email claiming that the flowers had been delivered. We reached out to the friend and they confirmed NO flowers had been delivered. This was such an appalling attempt at business management that we were convinced Bloomex must be a scam operation. However, they are apparently a “legitimate business”. I have since looked them up and they are quite well-known. They have featured on A Current Affair and had legal action taken against them for running their business in this manner. My suggestion to Bloomex is shutdown your legitimate operation and manage a scam operation…you are much better at that. If I could give you negative stars I would but I cannot so I have to give you one. Disgusted.

Negative experience: Disgraceful service! Birthday flowers arrived 4 days late with browning drooping petals and stems with a smell that would outlast religion. Flowers in this condition would only be appropriate if you intensely disliked someone and this was not the case in this instance. Bloomex blame StarTrack for the delay and will only offer a pitiful store credit and re delivery of the product which is pathetic given the birthday has now been and gone. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this service. The website clearly advertised same-day delivery, which was the main reason I placed my order. Despite paying for upgrades specifically for same-day service, the order did not arrive on time. This gift was intended for a sensitive occasion, and the delay completely defeated its purpose. On top of that, the items delivered were not as advertised. • The message wasn’t printed on the card itself—it was printed in tiny text and stapled to the card. • The chocolates were much smaller than shown online. • The flowers arrived small, wilted, and nothing like the product photos. • Even the mason jar was noticeably smaller than what was advertised. Overall, this felt like false advertising, and the quality did not match what was promised. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this service.

Negative experience: If I could rate 0 stars I would. Spent $90 on a bouquet to surprise a close friend who lost her beloved pet. Ordered on Tuesday with advertised "next day delivery." On Wednesday I get an email saying there is a delay but they have upgraded my order and it will arrive on Thursday. By Friday nothing has arrived. I ring Friday afternoon and they say "it will come tonight before 9pm." I tell them I'm concerned about the quality because tracking says the flowers have been sitting at a sorting facility for more than 2 days. They assure me they will be fresh. Saturday morning they have still not arrived so I call again. They assure me it will be delivered that day. Saturday evening there is still no delivery so I call up asking for a refund. They advise they can't refund an order that is "in transit" and say they will send a fresh bouquet but it will now arrive Tuesday. I kept asking for a refund but they refused. I emailed customer service on Friday and got no response. This has been an absolute nightmare. What was supposed to be a nice gesture for a grieving friend has been a disaster and total waste of money. I feel like I've been completely scammed.

Negative experience: Very disappointed - it was my anniversary so I ordered the flowers 3 weeks prior. The day of delivery I was told that they had an issue with the delivery driver and they organised a local florist to provide the flowers on the day. I received 5 short stem roses that looked over a week old, not the dozen long stem roses ordered. Shocking service for such a special day, which they put a dampener on. Look elsewhere.

Negative experience: Appalling service, recommend to avoid this company at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews. I googled to find a florist in my sisters regional town for same day delivery (for her birthday) and bloomex was one of the top search results (non sponsored). I ordered same day delivery including her address and payment / order was accepted. 6 hours later I get an email notification that the order status has changed and instead of being delivered today/Friday it would be delivered next Tuesday with a complimentary upgrade & waived delivery fee. I really just wanted the flowers delivered same day - totally false advertising. I waited on hold for 35 minutes on their 1800 number just to be told that this happens from time to time and that the complimentary upgrade might be a cookie (!!) but it depends what was in the warehouse and that if I had a complaint I had to reply to the status update email. What a joke. This company was fined $1 million by the ACCC for misleading pricing in 2024 and looks like they are still undertaking misleading practises.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers online for a friend's birthday on 31 October from Aussie Blooms and paid in full to be delivered on 4 November. The status turned to "delivered" on the day, but nothing was delivered. I received an email on 5 November from Bloomex Australia that it was not delivered due to a "glitch" in their system. I asked to contact the recipient and deliver it ASAP. They emailed back they do not have the ordered bouquet and they can send red roses. I confirmed. As to 7 November, 1:45 PM, Adelaide, I have received no message about delivery, instead, my order has been removed from their system.

Negative experience: Really really bad service. Do not use. Ordered flowers a few months ago. Once order was placed for same day service. After placing order I received an email saying there would be a delay of 4 days. I spent over an hour trying to cancel the order and no one would answer the phone or reply to the online chat. Then the company offered me a voucher for my next order, which I wasnt super happy about but it was ok. I went to use it a few weeks ago, and it wasnt on my account. So I contacted support, they apologised and said it would be on within 24hrs. It wasnt. I emailed support 4 times and no answer. Spent 30min on the phone yesterday and they offered a small 20% money refund as I said I no longer had an intention of ordering flowers with the voucher. Checked my account and the refunded $8 instead of the actual 20% of about $15 (which was confirmed via email). Spent another 30min on the phone and someone said they would give a full refund. Then just received an email saying I wont be getting a refund. Insane amount of time wasted.

I ordered a basket of flowers for close family members birthday which cost $230+ but they didn't have it in stock so they emailed saying they were upgrading due to the inconvenience. Unfortunately what was received was the equi agent of a bouquet they sell for $100 so a total rip off!!! The note for the bouquets were also terrible and completely mixed up!!! Today is September 11, and I still haven’t received any flowers. Bloomex claims the bouquet was delivered, but they cannot provide any proof — no signature, no photo, nothing. They even suggested I check with my neighbours, which is unreasonable. The bouquet is missing, and my friend has not received a refund. This is unacceptable service. Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - my order from the 9th of July is still on its way after paying for next day delivery for a friend who had a family bereavement. The order is still being delivered. Not sure why it says the delivery is at the airport when the company is in Victoria and the delivery was for a location in Victoria. I spent time on the phone with a lady who could not even get the customer order correct and just said it was still on its way. I have sent multiple emails beginning as an enquiry to a complaint with no reply or answer. I don't understand as I had ordered flowers previously with this company with no issues. Negative experience: First and last time I use them, I would avoid at all cost. Couldn't deliver on the selected day so rather than ask if I wished to proceed they emailed me stating there was a complimentary upgrade, which put us at the highest available flowers selected for that bunch, $166 was the original price the upgrade made it above $200+ for these flowers; really? That's $200 of flowers with some already browning and looking on the verge of dead. Next time I'll purchase 3 bunches at Coles for cheaper and quite possibly fresher.

Negative experience: What I ordered: a full, elegant bouquet beautifully arranged in a mason jar (first photo). What I received a sad bunch of cheap flowers awkwardly thrown into a plain vase (second photo). The difference is laughable — if it weren’t so upsetting. This was meant to honor someone who had passed away. It wasn’t just any gift, it was supposed to be a thoughtful tribute, and what arrived was an absolute insult. I contacted customer service immediately. Their response? They refused a refund because they claimed what I received “resembled” the advertised product. Are you kidding me? It looks NOTHING like it. I clearly explained that the arrangement was for a passing and even went over the sympathy card wording with the staff member. I paid extra for same day delivery to ensure the flowers arrived on the day of the funeral. The day of the funeral came and I heard nothing. I had to follow up myself, only to be told via phone that they had sent an email saying the flowers would arrive a day after the funeral.. completely missing the point of the order. Their excuse was that they didn’t have the all white arrangement I requested, but they never contacted me to discuss alternatives. To make matters worse, the recipient ended up receiving a colourful bouquet (not appropriate for a funeral) and a bag of ginger snap cookies. I was mortified. This was meant to be a respectful, heartfelt gesture during a painful time for the family and instead, it was completely mishandled and deeply embarrassing. Their constant apologies didn’t change the fact that they failed to deliver what and when I asked for when it mattered most. If you care about the person you’re sending flowers to, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.

Negative experience: My friend got me flowers sent that ended up being 3 days late, they were brown and wilted, they came in a box with cookies and a smashed vase, i cut my finger opening the box as i didnt know what was in the box. My friend felt so bad that she ended up paying for another bunch of flowers to be sent from another florist (so she paid for 2 separate bunches) bloomex refused to refund but instead offered a store credit which wont be used as why would you ever want to order a box of smashed glass? Negative experience: Pathetic customer service and lack of care. Waited a week for a next day delivery that never came. Spent almost $300 for flowers and hampers for my mums birthday and after a week of no return emails, help online messaging and phone calls still not delivered. Each day I called chasing delivery status and promised calls back and nothing. Flowers were the only part of my order mum received 4 days after delivery scheduled and they weren't even delivered. She had to pick up from post office. I spent $95 on flowers that looked great in pictures, but when mum sent a picture of what she received I was Extremely disappointed. I could have purchased better flowers and bigger for $25 from Woolworths. Each day I was promised a call from a supervisor and nothing. When I finally had enough of chasing and no response or delivery apparently a supervisor was too busy to call throughout the week and still too busy to talk. I was told I was getting a refund and was shocked there was no effort made to track progress of delivery or attempt in fixing situation. Absolutely pathetic customer service and action. Misleading advertising assuring delivery of what you pay for. $300 was not a big amount for them, but it was to me. I have to wait for a refund now to make sure I can get something for my mother's birthday. Purchases are made for occasions happy and sympathetic. If they can take your money, they should fulfil the order.

So the courier had the flowers for 48 hours. Finally delivered vase was all smashed, no water for the flowers and the flowers had been crushed. Service from this company is horrible. Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. Practically a scam. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my sick, elderly nan for her birthday. The day of delivery, in the afternoon I was told they won’t be delivered. Was promised that the flowers would be delivered the next business day and that the flowers would be “upgraded”. 3 days later the flowers were ‘delivered’ … after enquiring the flowers were in fact not delivered and were sent to the post office for collection? The delivery address is not hard to find, nor was I or the recipient contacted to raise delivery concerns. I now had paid for flowers that missed the occasion and were delivered 3 days later to sit at a post office. I called to complain, to which I was addressed by a male that just huffed and puffed and told me I’d be contacted back within the hour. The call back never occurred. 5 attempts to call and an email later and still nothing. The phone now magically hangs up after being on hold. To add salt to the wound… we managed to get a lovely member of the local community to collect the flowers from the post office and deliver to my nan. What arrived was appalling… a half empty vase that looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered, let alone ‘upgraded’. Photo of what was ordered vs what was received for reference. My 10 year old nephew could have picked some random flowers out of the garden, chucked them in a vase and it probably would have looked 10 time better. Appalling service, distraught at the result, don’t waste your money.

The customer service was atrocious, rude and unhelpful. They tried to blame me for the error and told me I hadn’t paid for same day delivery (when I had).I kept being told I would receive a callback from a supervisor but never did. I spent hours and hours trying to get hold of someone who knew what was going on. No one was apologetic. It was extremely frustrating and a huge waste of my time at an already difficult time.

Negative experience: Worst experience twice, never ever again will I order from them. Firstly, I ordered a Mother’s Day gift of a floral arrangement, gift basket and card with custom writing to be sent to my mother in New Zealand. When I ordered, Mother’s Day was an available date for delivery and that’s what I selected. I got an email 5 days before Mother’s Day saying pretty much “sorry, lots of people want Mother’s Day orders, too bad you’ll be getting them delivered 5 days early”. I hastily rang my mother who actually thought I was playing a sick joke on her: the card was blank, and the floral arrangement wasn’t in the box, only a thing of oasis. Then ensued a huge battle to get my money back (as I ordered elsewhere at great expense that close to Mother’s Day). It took almost a month, and the customer service was so so poor. You’d even ring the Australian number within hours and you’d get the CANADA line. I had people argue with me over the phone even though I’d sent in photos to show what the issue was. It was atrocious, but finally I got money back only for the floral arrangement (not the card or the delivery fee which was disappointing) and a $35 store credit. Note - they would have happily given me store credit right back at the beginning, but wanting my money back was next to impossible. In an effort to recoup my costs, I ordered a gift basket as a treat for myself. The quality of the included items was SHOCKING. The packets inside were HALF the size of the boxes, which were cheaply made and very tacky. The chocolates had gone all funny. Honestly, the only thing that was any good was the actual basket. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had such a terrible experience, but this has definitely reminded to go with tried and true companies than take a risk on something new, especially if they’ve bough up all the marketing. I truly believe they set up in Australia and New Zealand just to skim people of their money and will disappear very soon. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. RUN.

Negative experience: Delays in delivery, only to be dropped off at a local post office without even any attempt to deliver to the address provided. They do not follow their own delivery policy and customer service is horrendous, expect to go round and round in circles from phone, to online chat then email with little offer for resolution. Negative experience: Avoid at All Costs!!! I made the mistake of ordering flowers from Bloomex and it was a huge disappointment. The bouquet I received looked absolutely nothing like the photo on their website. The quality was poor, and it didn't even come close to what I was expecting. To add insult to injury, I specifically requested a personalised card message, which was completely ignored. Given the lack of attention to detail and blatant misrepresentation on their website, I would strongly advise against purchasing bouquets from this company. Save your money and look elsewhere for a florist who can deliver on their promises!!!

Negative experience: Do not use… false advertising they do not deliver next day, they only deliver Tuesday to Fridays, flowers were a few days old and not worth $120. Ordered mother’s days flowers for the Sunday delivery and received them on Tuesday. After complaining they advised they only deliver mid week and the flowers basically get made up on Friday then ‘out for delivery’ since Saturday. Once mum received them was disappointed as they looked like a $50 bunch definitely not $120 worth and wilted. They did offer to resend a new bunch of flowers but the same thing happened, they posted them on Saturday and they arrived Tuesday, they were a slightly bigger bunch. Even though they tried to resend them would never use this company again please be warned
