Fantastic experience: What can I say. My fiancé comes every celebration and more a year. I can’t be more excited when I see him coming home with something hidden behind his back. Not only are the flowers beautiful, they last a long time and the service is amazing. Thanks so much for taking care of my man when it comes to quality flowers. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: Flowers so overpriced for about 15 basic red roses literally 130$ like are you serious. The lady’s excuse was that “they are long stem” but you can get the same roses from Cole’s for 10$ do not go here unless you want to get scammed. Also the roses weren’t fresh either

Negative experience: This was the worst florist and woman I have ever dealt with and I wish I had read the reviews before going. I called this florist as it was late and I desperately needed a teddy for my grandchild to give to his mother in the morning. The lady that answered said yes we have many teddies. WELL when I got there Yes there were many but only three different types of which there were multiples. I asked to see one that was on the third shelf she said it's $80 ... I said well if I like it that's ok ... she reluctantly grabbed it. It was horrible so I chose one of the other teddies. I grabbed a card and I asked if she would wrap the teddy in clear cellophane. She said oh that will cost you $150. I said no thank you paid and walked out. NEVER to return again. I hope others read this and never step foot into this place SHE is RUDE and I only bought the teddy out of desperation. I had to give a star only because it didn't allow you to post unless you rate but it does not deserve any!!!!

Negative experience: Just went on a whim; have never really experienced such bad service. The lady was extremely rude and dismissive and unhelpful. Also the selection wasn’t great neither was the bouquets.

Fantastic experience: Zeneli Flowers is honestly elite. You can tell they have been doing this properly for decades, everything is fresh, clean, and actually put together with care, not just thrown in a wrap. Kathy is the best part. Super warm, sharp, and somehow understands exactly what you mean even when you barely explain it. No upsell, just real help and the end result is always better than what you had in mind. If you want a florist that never misses, this is the one.

Negative experience: This is clearly not a genuine florist. The service is appalling - the woman working there screams at people who try to enter, as if they’re “walking through” rather than approaching a business. I live in the area and have repeatedly heard her yelling at passers-by. It’s embarrassing for a business and incredibly awkward for those of us who live nearby. They also stock very few flowers, so if this is meant to be a legitimate florist, they’re doing a pretty poor job of it.

Fantastic experience: Grest owner. Beautiful flowers. Open 24 hrs and also has coffee shop.

Negative experience: Shocking experience to say the least Customer Service was extremely dismissive unfriendly uncooperative. Selection of flowers On the floor was not Fresh and The service Service non-assistant refused to sell the Fresh flowers in the cool room. Would rather buy flowers from a supermarket than this store

Negative experience: I had a very unpleasant experience at Zeneli Flowers. From the moment we walked in, the staff member lady was rude and spoke to us in a condescending manner, making several unnecessary and unkind remarks. We were simply asking for help and her opinion while choosing flowers, and we did not expect to be treated so poorly. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Additionally, the pricing was disappointing. I’ve seen much better value at other florists, and there were extra charges even for something as minor as one additional ribbon. I would not return, as I wouldn’t want to be treated this way again.

Negative experience: I never write reviews, seriously never. I think I’ve written one review whilst having my google account. I had to write one for this store, I came in here to buy flowers for my partner, the person working there had to be one of the rudest and most standoffish people I’ve ever met in my life. She was extremely blunt, a complete lack of care, and when I asked if she could put the flowers in a water bag she outright said “no”. Then when I asked how long they could last without she just blew off my question… I’m confused, if you don’t want to work there.. why work there? Seriously, go anywhere else if you have any other options, I left there scratching my head as to if I’d hurt this person in a past life

Negative experience: Went to this store to grab flowers for my wife, the staff present was incredibly rude and made us feel uncomfortable to the point we took our business else where. I do not recommend this store.

Negative experience: Very rude Lasy I asked for rosses and she yelled and hanged up on me , do not waste tour time with this rude lady putrid deskusting lady, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS RUDE LADY disgusting WILL BE CONTACTING MANGER AND SHOW THEM A REPLY.

Negative experience: the most overpriced florist

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with the manager/owner I am a florist and I went to the store to ask if they are hiring, but she treated me in a very rude and unprofessional way. I can’t get over how disrespectful and aggressive she was

Negative experience: Flowers were close to death and highly expensive

Positive experience: The person who served me was very helpful, and provided detailed instructions on caring for the flowers. Although there were some attractive ready made bouquets, overall the range was fairly limited, stock-standard. The prices were not cheap. A small to medium bunch of lilies cost $59. The atmosphere was not particularly inviting. For after hours flowers, it is not a bad choice.

Fantastic experience: Lovely lady who worked here made me a custom bouquet and edited and arranged the flowers beautifully. Went to the extra touches I haven't seen at even the fanciest of florists. She really cared about the flowers being perfect and it was touching.

Negative experience: Couldn’t rate this place any lower. The cheapest bouquet they had was $90 and then we got SCREAMED at by the staff for stopping the car briefly in front of the store. The staff member was beyond nasty. DO NOT GO HERE

Fantastic experience: I live nearby and have always had great experiences here, particularly with Janet. She helped make a wonderful arrangement to help propose to my partner about a year ago and has been super kind since, even helping me review some of their CCTV when I had an issue down the street. Whenever I buy flowers the team picks off any older petals and I would say I get a minimum of two weeks out of them before any other petals start wilting after putting them in water within an hour or two

Fantastic experience: These guys are actually awesome-without fail! They listen to you-and whatever you choose is prepared professionally and with a smile; and delivered promptly, too!!

Negative experience: Do not go to this place, I just went in there with my dog to try and buy some flowers and a crazy lady tried to drive us out with a hose. I don't know if poor customer service is enough to describe my experience.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the woman, who I assume was the owner (unfortunately looks like many others have had a similar experience). As I walked past on the footpath out the front of the building, the owner ran out, screamed at me, tried to spray my dog with a hose, and even followed us down the street. Aggressive, unhinged, and completely unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: Wow, had an amazing experience with florist Janet (not sure of the spelling). She was so nice, knowledgeable and sympathetic as we were buying flowers for a funeral. She delivered a beautiful bouquet of orchids, roses, and a mixture of other flowers. Truly beautiful. Don’t listen to the other reviews - we had a really lovely experience. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Oh man! That Asian lady seems so disinterested in her job, and she's rude, too. Definitely not the person someone would talk to her. Most of the flowers' lives were gone already and bit overpriced, but I had no other option.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, rude, unfriendly, went in to ask about flowers on a Thursday evening 5/12/24 and was spoken to incredibly rudely by the lady on shift at 9.30pm - in between her yelling on her phone to someone whilst I gently enquired about something then had my head bitten off - if I was the boss I would fire this staff member ASAP- I needed flowers and her personality and behaviour meant I took my business immediately to “Preston Drive in flowers” which is open until 11pm and is located at 131 Bell Street, Preston. Far better prices, excellent customer seevice and deserving of the money paid.

Negative experience: The woman inside is sooo rude, honestly do not know why she is working if she has no desire to offer assistance. My husband and his friend were going to purchase a few bunches of flowers yet after her rude service walked out as they would not give a dollar to such a business. Such a shame!

Negative experience: I buy coffee at this place, but won't come back, not giving my business to a dog and people haters. My partner and my dog were walking on the footpath and then being yelled at by a rude lady 'GO AWAY, THIS PLACE IS FOR PEOPLE HAVING FOOD, KEEP YOUR DOG AWAY' They didn't stay to eat food, was in the evening and was just walking past on Lygon street side. Take a chill pill, you don't own the footpath.

Negative experience: Same as the other reviewers has stated here, yelled at me and my puppy from simply passing the footpath. I will definitely passed there again just to piss her off.

Negative experience: Visited first time here. I dont know anything about flowers. I came in today after reading positive reviews, expected that the lady would help me in getting good flowers. But she was very rude. Did not assist me at all. Worst service. I had to ask fellow buyer what would be good. When i asked flower lady when will they bloom she replied saying" turn your heater up to 45degrees and it will bloom immediately. i dont deserve that kind of attitude for no reason. Disheartening. People can be so rude and cant even put up a smile on their face. I am never going here. Will tell friends not to go here. Pity the business owner.

Fantastic experience: The fact that it’s open 24 hours, is ridiculous. People who want flowers at unusual time, should be grateful. Lady was very helpful and looked after us very well. To run a small business is not easy, and running it for 24 hour with just one person is remarkable.

I hadn't gotten her anything and Cathy made me a beautiful bouquet and she loved it most clutch place. Also if it looks closed in the night get out of your car and walk in or call there will always be someone there!

Fantastic experience: Lovely local flower shop with friendly staff 24/7. Also can have an early morning drive through coffee from 6am for early birds.

Negative experience: horrible lady - screamed abuse at me and my two dogs - absolutely extraordinary foul langiage. Also - their flowers are dreadful - never last more than a day or two. Do not shop here (and their coffee is rubbish)

Negative experience: Have now been yelled and sworn at by the woman that runs the florist twice. The first time I was standing on the footpath reading a text and she came yelled at me to move away and the second time my dog and I walked passed and she came running out to say that it is a disgusting animal and she didn’t want to to defecate near her property. My dog and I were simply walking along the footpath and he had not pooed or peed anywhere near. Her language was incredibly vulgar and abusive both times. I have also seen her yell at other people at different times or come rushing out of the shop to glare at people and stare them down. It’s all very strange and I would probably just recommend avoiding this place.

Negative experience: Terrible service and a rip off. she yelled at me every time I asked how much a bunch of flowers were, how about showing the price of the flowers so I don’t have to ask. Very overpriced $15 for one stem of red rose and she didn’t have any plastic viles to add to the stem for longevity. Plus I had to ask her to wrap it in paper. Then she told me never to come back which I wouldn’t disgusting service.

Negative experience: My wife and I were both rudely spoken to, on seperate occasions. The owner literally chased us, yelling, after passing by the coffee drive-thru business sharing the same site as the flower shop, '...get your dog off my property...', '....this is private property...', '...take your dog home...'. Our puppy was on the lead, walking calmly both times and did nothing wrong. We were nowhere near the flower shop, merely walking on the footpath the first time and through the coffee drive-thru the second time. I responded by saying there is no need to be so aggressive and yelling at both of us. She just kept yelling. Unbelievable - so rude. Thankfully, I have only shopped there once and thought at the time, the flowers were overpriced. We will never shop there again. I would not recommend.
