Fantastic experience: Beautiful flowers and a personalise service! Lovely touch and delivered on time . I needed to send flowers earlier by an hour, to make sure they reach in time! Negative experience: Ordered roses for valentines day pickup. Flowers were not ready on time. Bouquet was hastily made and lacked the detail of the pre-made bouquets available for sale. I guess because I already paid theres no incentive to make it nice? Card that with specified message was not included. The "special pick up gift" was also forgotten. Disappointing as they show they have the skills to make something beautiful, but willfully neglected my order either because I already paid in advance or due to my race or color of skin they treat me worse. Cannot recommend.

Negative experience: We were looking for a house plant safe for dogs. Many we knew about also that most liliies are toxic to dogs. My daughter decided upon a lucky bamboo and was assured that it safe. Google states highly toxic to dogs

I wanted to send my friend some flowers from Korea and navigating their website was really easy and ordered the Native Garden regular! Amazing price for the size of the bouquet as well :) Their letter service was one of a kind as well because the handwritten letters added so much warmth to the surprise! The driver also sent me the picture when it arrived :)))) Overall great experience! Only thing is that their insta dm is initially ai generated response so it's hard to get the exact info you want. But the owner responds if they read the convo and you need further assistance.

I went during peak graduation season having forgotten to order beforehand and they made me the perfect bouquet that I picked up 40 minutes later. The florist was amazing I told him that I liked one that he had previously made and he was very thorough in asking what I liked about it and picking out the flowers with me.

Negative experience: We chose this florist based on good reviews, but it was a HUGE mistake. We pre-ordered a bouquet requesting shorter gums, pink wrapping, and pink roses. Instead, we received long gums, blue wrapping, and roses that were nearly white with brown tints. When we asked for a change—especially since we needed fresh flowers for the next day—we were met with impatience, anger and rudeness from the owner and staff. They eventually fixed the bouquet, (very reluctantly) but the service was extremely poor. AND they snipped the top of the gums to make it shorter out of frustration when I explicitly asked for it to be cut from the bottom, as any competent florist would know to do. Would’ve been happy to spend a little extra for a florist who actually offers basic care and respect especially for a special-occasion purchase. Would NOT recommend. Clarification: for context, I was in the store for under an hour to collect my pre-ordered bouquet. The wrapping was changed to switch from blue to pink. My review reflects my honest personal experience. Also below is a photo of the gums cut from the top, which according to this florist is standard floristry? Anyone with eyes can see it’s clearly not.
