Fantastic experience: Received this bouquet from my brother in law in Ireland for international women’s day. Thank you ladies for preparing this beautiful bunch for me, I am in awe ❤️

Negative experience: I really regret having to write this review but I have no other option after the very dissappointing experince with them. Danielle and the events team completely ruined my wedding bouquet and lapel flowers for the groom's people. I spent two months sending emails back and forth with them about the specific bouquet I had in mind for the most special day of my life. I sent them quite a few inspiration photos of what I had in mind. Flowers are very important to me and I wanted my bouquet to reflect that. On my wedding day when we picked them up I immediately started crying. The bouquet looked NOTHING like the pictures I provided. Flowers were OLD, DRIED and the bouquet had Chrysanthemums!!! a funeral flower ( or a flower that looked a lot like it!!) . The Beautiful Bunch offered to make a new one after I called them but because of a very tight wedding schedule I wouldn't be able to see the bunch until I was about to walk down the aisle! IMAGINE THE STRESS! I spent hours stressing about something that I had been planning for months and their excuse wad that they were too busy and had bigger weddings on the day. As if my wedding wasn't important because it was smaller. In the end the new bouquet was better than the other one but nothing crazy, still didn't match my expectations and was missing flowers I originally requested like anthuriums. They didn't offer any apologies or follow up emails after all this very dissappointing experience.Instead I was the one emailing them after all of this. I wish I had the read the other reviews they have for weddings because now I see I was not the only one who had a bad experience with them.

Fantastic experience: I ordered the Incredible Vase Arrangement for my partner for our anniversary and we absolutely adore it. The team were lovely to speak to, delivery was so easy, and we received a stunning arrangement of flowers. I’ll be ordering from The Beautiful Bunch again, can’t wait. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Local supplier providing beautiful flowers, largely ordered and delivered through their website. The organisation trains and employs women usually from CALD backgrounds. The smaller bunches can sell out. Parking is sometimes a bit tricky if you pick up.

Fantastic experience: I have been a loyal customer of Beautiful Bunch for the last three years. After receiving one of their bouquets after losing my poppy, I was blown away by the heart and artistry of their arrangements, their ethos, as well as the fact that they operated out of the back of a church only two blocks away from me! They went on to create the flower arrangements for my Nanny’s funeral (who went two months after my poppy, of course), and centrepieces for my engagement party the following year. They have been a feature of so many highs and lows of recent years. In a short period of time, this organisation has made such an impact on my life - so I can only imagine the incredible impact they have made on this community, including the women they educate and train (providing employment opportunities and the chance to up-skill and explore new career pathways). I have been a loyal subscriber to their Girls from Gaza initiative, receiving monthly bunches of flowers made by their beautiful trainee florists. They sit in pride of place on my coffee or dining table, and I tell everyone who visits of the wonderful work they do. When I look at their arrangements, they remind me of all the fantastic work this beautiful organisation does - and I am grateful that I can play a very small part in supporting the brave and beautiful people of Palestine. I truly believe in supporting creative local businesses - without which our bright and vibrant city wouldn’t exist, and the world would be worse for it. Thank you Beautiful Bunch xxx

Fantastic experience: I bought a signature bunch of the day and they are just beautiful. I also made a mistake with the pick up day and the staff were lovely about it and let me pick up anyway. Great customer service. I will absolutely buy flowers from here again!

Fantastic experience: I have used The Beautiful Bunch for event flowers and I have never been disappointed. This time I ordered for a friend who had recently lost her beloved husband. She had received a lot of flowers and messages of support, she was so grateful as this lovely bunch cheered her up. Thank you for great service and delivery.

Negative experience: The WORST in the business! Do not trust this florist with your wedding flowers — absolutely not worth the stress or the money. What I received was an absolute joke and looked nothing like the photos or emails we discussed. Natalie, the owner, didn’t follow any of the inspiration photos or details we’d confirmed over phone and email. She claimed it was all “lost in translation,” which was honestly just a poor excuse for careless, unprofessional work. The bouquets were tiny, wilted, and poorly arranged — nothing like what I had asked for. The buttonholes literally fell apart within hours. I paid thousands of dollars for flowers that looked like they’d been sitting around for days and that were literally falling apart. When I raised my concerns, I was completely ignored. The quality, communication, and professionalism were all appalling. Easily one of the most disappointing parts of my wedding. Save yourself the stress, heartache, and money — DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!

Negative experience: i made a special request for yellow roses but only received one yellow rose. My flowers were ordinary and nothing like the photo on the website. I was disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We have over 50 plants in our agency 47 of which need to repotted and upgraded to larger pots. We worked with Bea and the team @The Beautiful Bunch Botanics who came and assessed all of the plants. They repotted all of the plants in 1 day and they are all thriving and no longer need constant watering as the healthy soil is holding the water well for 2 weeks. Highly recommend you engage them as they provide employment to refugee women, are fantastic to work with and were also reasonably priced I thought given the amount of effort and work that went into our job. Fantastic experience: I bought these flowers for one of our volunteers on her birthday and she loved them, the cherry on top was the fact that the delivery driver did something extra thoughtful. On the address section I wrote "Duchess of Eltham" and the gentleman who delivered them bowed to her and referred to her as 'your royal highness' which was very cute and hilarious!

Negative experience: Was extremely disappointed with the $100 worth of flowers I ordered. They arrived wilted, roses overblown, wattle lacked vibrancy and leaves were bruised on the oriental mandarin. The quantity was small for the price and not value for money. Called to let them know and received terrible customer service by the manager. Was told they were fresh and that's all they could do. Will not be recommending or using this florist again. Shame.

Negative experience: I ordered flowers on a recommendation and wanted these delivered to me, so I could present to someone. Now I do understand that website images are indicative only, but what was delivered was an absolutely inferior bunch of flowers and I believe your website is false advertising. There is no indication in the Cart that you only make deliveries after 12 noon. So my request in the Order Note for delivery prior to 12 noon didn’t seem out of the ordinary. After following up the driver at midday, he promised a 1.30pm delivery and it didn’t arrive until after 2pm! Your product has left me feeling extremely embarrassed and your service is disappointing. The whole experience has been underwhelming. I would not recommend this business.

The website is easy to use including being able to have a message with flowers, and very clear section for billing vs delivery address. I did have a disappointing delivery recently, but the lovely team explained it was a courier error and compensated me for the less than perfect delivery.
