The florist vibed me well - clueless and not a good decision maker. He made it such an easy and stress free transaction, i was in and out in minutes. Fantastic Charlie runs a wonderful team—Joy, our florist guide, was so knowledgeable and kind, and her assistants Tracy and Gracie (I hope I got the spelling right!) were equally lovely. The bouquet tutorial was excellent, with clear, friendly guidance that made the whole process feel joyful and achievable. The trivia was a fun touch, the flowers were absolutely stunning, and the whole team made us feel welcome and supported. You couldn’t ask for more—thank you all for such a memorable and heartwarming day!

They were delivered to a friend at Baulkham Hills Rehabilitation Hospital and that friend sent me a photo. The “bunch” was just GORGEOUS! Fantastic experience: I am extremely impressed with the service of floral expressions and with the quality of their product. When I made my pick up order, I accidentally entered the wrong date. I called the store and someone picked up almost immediately. When I told them what I had done, they that it’s no problem and it was solved within a matter of 10 seconds. When I went into the store they were 10 minutes from closing and I said I was here to pick up a bouquet. A friendly lady said “we have been waiting for you“ and handed me the bouquet. It was the correct one, no need to prove my purchase, she trusted me. The bouquet itself exceeded my expectations heavily. This is the prettiest bouquet I have seen and I have bought and received a lot of bouquets in my time. Phenomenal service and flowers, I will go out of my way to get flowers from these people again.

Negative experience: Do not recommend ordering from this florist on a busy day like Valentine’s Day. I ordered flowers for my partner for Valentine’s Day. I paid an additional $30 for delivery. Flowers had not arrived at 1pm so I called the florist and I was advised they would be delivered within the hour. At 5pm my partner received a call asking when she is leaving her work to receive the flowers. This ruined the surprise of the flowers. I called the driver and he said he can only get to my partners workplace at 7pm, which would not make any sense given it was a Friday night. Driver ended up leaving the flowers on the floor outside of our apartment until my partner came home from work. Complete waste of time and money on ordering flowers and paying for delivery. What was more disappointing, is that I left a voicemail for the florist explaining the situation and they never called me back.

I usually get half a dozen rose, and every time I do, they are beautifully presented and ready to give to that special someone. Highly recommend. I still come here after I moved away!
