Fantastic experience: I have sent this gorgeous potted lily plant to two people now, and they have loved it as much as I do, including calling me to thank me. I had one sent to me a couple of years ago, I loved it, it is still flourishing and flowering, and this is why I chose to send the same plant to others. The after sales service is excellent also, with regular updates on delivery. I highly recommend this company to others, particularly with sending a living plant that will last for years.

Negative experience: Overpriced flowers but my main gripe is from when I went to pick them up on my way to work. They have their dogs in the shop which normally I would love. But these dogs jumped all over me when my hands were filled with the flowers. The owners found it funny. Dirty paw marks all over my work pants is not how I wanted to start the day.

Negative experience: I placed my order on Saturday 15/02 for delivery on Monday. When I called on Sat, I spoke with a lady named Vivien who assured me that, because the delivery address was close to the Silverwater branch, my order would be delivered first around 10:30am. That timing was the entire reason I placed the order. On Monday, the flowers did not arrive on time. When I called, I was told the delivery driver had marked my order to be delivered last, on his return trip. This completely contradicted what I was clearly promised on Saturday. When I questioned it, I was suddenly told that the company “does not provide specific times,” only delivery windows again, nothing like the discussion I had with Vivien. Then at 11:40am, I received an email stating that my $19.95 delivery fee was outstanding, even though I had already paid it as part of my order. This made it obvious that my flowers were never prepared or dispatched, despite what I had been told. I called back and spoke to the Service Manager (unfortunately I did not catch her name). She told me to ignore the extra payment request and said I could track my delivery through a link I “should have received.” I explained that I received no link at all. After checking, she said it was a “system glitch” and that my number had not been saved, which is yet another confirmation that my order was not handled properly and likely not prepared on time. I was then offered a refund of the $19.95 delivery fee, which I declined. I was offered a $50 voucher, which I also declined. At this point, it was clear to me that once payment is taken, there is no reliability, no accountability, and no commitment from Flowers for Everyone. The service was extremely poor, communication was inconsistent, and the experience was unnecessarily stressful. To the managers, if this reaches you, as I was told the Service Manager was “the highest person I could speak to”, please understand: timing matters with flowers. Delays and false assurances can cause significant stress and upset, especially when the delivery is for an important moment and person. Something is clearly missing in your business and customer care. Refer to attached snapshots for evidence. I do not recommend using Flowers for Everyone service.

To clarify, our service provides delivery within a guaranteed window, which in your case was between 9:00am and 1:00pm. We do not guarantee specific delivery times, and we apologise if any earlier conversation created a different expectation.
When you contacted our Customer Service Manager, your order was already out for delivery and was successfully delivered approximately 10 minutes after your call, well within the guaranteed delivery window.
Following your enquiry, our team reviewed your order, and offered resolution options, including a refund of the delivery fee and a $50 goodwill voucher. We understand you chose to decline these options, however they were offered promptly as part of our commitment to resolving the situation.

This company has been a disaster ever since the new system upgrade, could never log into my account and now they don't even give members 10% discount. Won't be buying ever again, the business has lost its way! Now got to wait for my refund of money which is pending who knows how long till I get this back.

Fantastic experience: You might find quality flowers in many places, but professional customer service is truly rare. I made a small mistake that affected the delivery. After receiving my refund, I was quite upset. However, Mr. Ryan, the owner of the company, personally contacted me and made sure we were 100% satisfied. They sent us an amazing flower bouquet along with a box of sweets, which truly made our day. The flowers were not only beautiful but also had a natural, lovely fragrance — not just good looks. Negative experience: Ordered a bouquet of flowers and box of cookies for my mum in hospital. Cookies were 2 months passed use by date and flowers weren’t the freshest, with the roses in the bouquet were already full bloom with edges already starting to dry.

Negative experience: Absolute shocking service. Our flowers were left out the front of a block of apartments, they did not even ring the doorbell! When I rang their customer service they didn’t know what the issue was. Seriously? When you deliver something, especially flowers and especially to a block of units, ring the doorbell so the person they were for gets them. I should not have to ring the customer to say surprise I got some flowers for you and they’re at the entrance to your apartment block. What has happened to common sense!? Will not use this company again.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with this flower company! Their communication was incredibly prompt and helpful from start to finish, and the delivery was right on time. The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful — such high quality and even better than I expected. My mum loved them, which made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommend!
Negative experience: I had ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday, they had a fast delivery. But for the price of these flowers they were clearly beginning to die. They were just thrown on the porch in a box and left without knocking. I had called up to change my message on the flowers, waiting At least 15 minutes until they answered, the card message was then changed on the website. But, when they came the next day, the card had not changed even after being confirmed.
Positive experience: Flowers were nice but delivery was poor, asked them to call on intercoms when arrived but the flowers were just left downstairs in apartment block and lucky to find the walking past.

Fantastic experience: My goodness this is the best florist ever! Had an emergency with a massive short notice bridal bouquet needed. Not only was every arrangement in the place absolutely gorgeous, in about 15 mins they created two GORGEOUS classy perfect bridal bouquets with fresh and beautiful and quality flowers. They also had a bunch of lovely potted plants including cool terrarium style ones. Will be back!

Negative experience: They do publish positive reviews, but not all negative ones. I posted twice, but they didn't publish them. The positive ones were published immediately So I got the wrong plant. They finally replied to my email, but didn't even apologize. The driver also just left the plants downstairs on the stairs and just left a message. When I got there, he already left. Bad service Later... My review still doesn't appear on your page. And yes, they offered to let me know if the plant in question is available to order in the next couple of days. They only offered me one option and I already had it. So there weren't many options. You need to take action immediately and apologize. That didn't happen and the driver's actions were amazing. However, I have ordered many plants from you and I love them ❤️ really beautiful.

Negative experience: Made an order online for pickup to this store, they had no idea about my order until I showed my confirmation email. The young lady was apologetic but it doesn’t make up for the flowers being frozen and closed up hence making them look nothing like the photos on their website

Negative experience: I ordered here after searching a lot of internet because of my daughter's graduation ceremony. All the reviews were great, and I also trusted the reviews and ordered them, but I was so disappointed when I received the flowers. The flowers were not fresh and the flowers were tied in a disappointing arrangement than I thought. My daughter was disappointed to see the flowers. Negative experience: Ordered flowers early enough this morning to be delivered within the 9am-1pm same-day time frame as advertised online. Called after 1pm to inquire about my delivery. It had not yet left. I was advised that there is no way of tracking the driver once the product leaves the store. How do you advertise delivery before 1pm, not have the professional courteosy to contact your customer and advise that you are running late. It was supposed to be delivered specifically for that time slot and now it may be delivered and left outside because my partner may not be home. Poor customer service and false online advertising.

Positive experience: Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? I ordered sunflowers as a farewell present for my workplace. The flowers were ordred the day before and were scheduled to arrive at 1pm however they arrived at 4:40pm. The staff on the phone were very kind and helpful when I rung up to check on the delivery status. There were 5 sunflowers advertised however only 3 were on the bouquet which cost $70. The leaves, vase, card and ribbon were very nice, I just wish the flowers looked as advertised. Luckily, the recipient was over the moon. Perhaps, the sunflowers don't do well in this rainy Sydney weather... (Probably not in season).

Sunflowers are currently in season and we always aim to deliver arrangements as advertised, though our sunflowers do come quite closed. Whilst they open beautifully, if the closed sunflowers don't complement the arrangement prior to delivery, our talented florists may make some minor changes :)

Negative experience: POOR DELIVERY!!!! Found the flowers outside in-front of my outdoor chair, NOT THE DOOR BUT THE CHAIR!!! (As seen in photo) No one knocked or rang the bell when delivered. Just simply dumped at the front ON A WINDY AND WET DAY!!! (Wet grounds also shown in photo) Refuse to buy from here again. Business is blaming myself for the breakage. Not understanding the lack of care in the delivery. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Negative experience: Not bad but not great. I ordered a bouquet of Sunflowers to my partner's work for her. All of the Sunflowers were closed and not very nice looking. The paper from the bouquet was ripped. I received a call from the delivery person who was also quite rude on the phone and had abruptly hung up on me. At least they were delivered quite promptly

Fantastic experience: I made a last-minute decision to send a flower package to my friend for her birthday and quickly found this service through a Google search. I placed the order just before boarding my flight, and to my surprise, the package was delivered by the time I landed. Negative experience: I ordered the Forever in Love rose bouquet two weeks in advance, planning ahead so I’d be fully prepared for a graduation ceremony on the day. I chose the 9am–1pm delivery window, assuming the business could realistically deliver at any point within that timeframe—including the early end. On the day, I received a text at 9:18am saying the delivery was on the way, but tracking showed I was the last of five stops. My order arrived at 12:30pm—just before the window closed, but far too late for me to bring the flowers to the 12:00pm graduation I had specifically ordered them for. What’s really frustrating is that it seems like there was never a realistic chance of delivery happening closer to 9am for my area. If that’s the case, why offer that time window at all? It gave me a false sense of assurance when I was trying to be organised and thoughtful. I understand things can run behind or delays can happen, but this felt more like poor planning or misleading scheduling. In the end, the flowers sat outside my door for hours, and I showed up to the graduation empty-handed. Disappointing, especially after trying to do everything right on my end.

Fantastic experience: I have been ordering from FFE for a few years now and they have delivered quality flowers each time. Today unfortunately I received a bouquet that had a bad odur to it. I emailed the business with my feedback, they swiftly replied with an apology and offer of a new bouquet. The service was nice and caring considering the feedback provided will be continuing to buy flowers from FFE.

Fantastic experience: I have ordered flowers from many other florists in Sydney and hands down Flowers For Everyone is by far the best. Ordered flowers from FFE on multiple occasions now, and everything is always on point. From customer service via phone/ email, every request is taken care of and often times the ladies will provide good suggestions/ alternatives to suit the recipient. They even give you flower food with the bouquet. (Not many florist do this anymore due to cost cutting……) Thank you team, always delivering joy and quality flowers.

Negative experience: Hi there, I dislike making bad reviews on businesses but in this instance I feel I have to so as you can make improvements with your customer service in the future. I do appreciate the fact that the flowers were finally delivered & understand the delivery is a Sunday however this delivery was an important surprise for my daughter for her 21st. Despite numerous attempts to contact FFE via email and txt & ph calls I had no replies. I placed this order quite early and didn’t opt the earlier window of 7-1.30pm as I didn’t want her woken up early…however it became quite stressful when 2pm came around & it was still showing as ‘Preparing shipment’ on the Shop app even though I had advised FFE that my daughter was leaving around 11.00am. Fortunately she didn’t leave till 2pm and nearly tripped over her flowers! There was no advise from FFE’s end about the delivery nor was a notification being sent that it was delivered! Looking at the photo, the petals appear wilted which indicates they’d been outside for some time in this summer heat. There was no knock from the delivery person even though this was advised on the delivery instructions. My order is still on ‘Preparing Shipment’ and still no notification from FFE. For a bouquet that cost me over $100 this is very disappointing.

While we are pleased that the flowers were delivered within your selected time frame, we understand that the lack of communication & updates regarding your order status in the Shop App made this stressful & disappointing for you. We are currently experiencing a syncing issue with the Shop App - which we are hoping will be resolved very soon.

Positive experience: Flowers arrived beautifully and I really wanted to do a 5 star rating, until I realised half of the gift is arriving separately... so 3 stars is the most I could give. I'm just a bit confused as to why a gift pack comes in two deliveries... I still have not recieved it and I am hoping it arrives at a reasonable hour. Please change this in future. Most people expect to have their gifts sent as a whole. I fortunately am at home to receive the parcel, however most that use these services are not. Edit: I called and apparently this was a one off mistake. The customer service was very friendly. Adding 1 star.

Negative experience: Absolutely unreliable service! Two days ago, I ordered presents for my niece, as I am in a different country right now. They "attempted" to deliver (but didn't), and are now asking for additional payment for the second attempt. When I was arguing with them, they canceled my order (as they said). I made the second one, they haven't delivered it either! Now I'm down by almost 1000 AUD, but nothing has been delivered. Total scam! UPD October 24. How convenient is it that I cannot respond to this response? That is why I am writing it here. My niece was at home, as well as her roommates. Her number is operating; she did not have any incoming calls or messages! My funds, indeed, returned to my account, especially after I contacted my bank and asked to cancel the second pending transaction. However, the currency exchange fee (obviously) was not returned to me! (And for some reason, it was quite high) Another outrageous thing was that after I contacted you on Saturday, you assured me delivery would be on Sunday! Without notifying us, "your boss" told you not to fulfill the order for no reason (and I am not so sure that it is legal without specific reasons). As a result - no delivery happened, both weekends were spoiled, waiting for your delivery person to come!

Unfortunately when we arrived, it seemed your niece wasn't home at the time & we could not reach her on the contact number provided.
We were unable to leave your order by her door not only because it was a high value order, but because it was visible from the street & we did not deem this as safe to do so.
Regarding your second order, there was a discrepancy regarding your billing details during payment & as this was an identical order to your first order, our system flagged this as a possible duplicated order - this is why we emailed you to confirm.
As the second order was not necessary, we cancelled and refunded the funds for this order.
We can confirm that although your first delivery was unsuccessful, we have provided you a refund for all items including the flowers we were unable to re-use.
We do apologise that your experience was not what you had hoped.

Negative experience: Waited all day by the door and these were dumped on the front step. Customer service barely bothered responding other than a chat gpt fed response from an overseas agent. Big card was pinned and taped to the ribbon so badly that it took 20 minutes to get off and creased the ribbon. Won’t be using again.

Negative experience: Beautiful flowers and even better than the picture though unfortunately the message I wrote to the recipient wasn't printed and they were therefore unable to identify who they were from. I had signed my name.off at the end though I'm being told I didn't by the company. They also advised me they were having printing issues when I contacted them but they should be advising customers this before checkout when typing the card message or calling customers so to avoid confusion and frustration. You pay for a message and the flowers though just be mindful you will only get the flowers.

Negative experience: The whole order was a mess up. Delivered to the wrong place. Customer service dealing with my sister whos kid was turning one year old was so poor. Saying that my sis picked it up when she hadnt then saying that my niece has picked instead, who is literally one. Were you even listening? Such a sad experience. Please don't use them if you're in a rush. They'll deliver to the wrong place, blame the courier person then dont take ownership of anything. Refunding the delivery charges isnt going to help for the poor service you provided to the recipient.
Negative experience: Update: Wish to reduce to a 0 star. The response here and the response over email doesn't even tie up. I am not using the service again for sure. Also by corporate preferred vendor I meant that we use FFE for sending to colleagues. Original: Worst customer experience in a while. Ruined a perfect surprise, wrong delivery and when I reached out checking for the delivery, the response was "we delivered and left at door : That's what it said, can show you pictures or you would not even be a recipient and it was a scam as it was never meant for you." On telling I was expecting something as it's the first bday of my kid, she said the kid must have picked up or usually people are "honest" about deliveries. Turns out they delivered to 4 buildings across and I figured by looking at pictures and went to pickup on my own : Ruined flowers, and no apologies or compensation. And yes it's our corporate preferred vendor as well, but guess what, will make sure to get it removed.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic service. Flowers get delivered promptly. with a minimum of fuss. Even when I have no idea what I want to get for my wife (whether it be her birthday, Valentines Day, or just a special gift), I just tell the person I speak to what my budget is, and they provide something special each and every time. Unlike other florists, Flowers For Everyone actually supply quality flowers, at a very affordable price, that actually last. The last bunch of flowers I purchased, for Valentines Day, lasted at least 8 or 9 days before showing any signs of wilting...most other florists, their flowers tend to start wilting after 4 or 5 days. Another thing that Flowers For Everyone did for me, was tell me how to care for the flowers once I put them in a vase, to enhance their longevity. I have never had a problem with their deliveries either. Regardless of whether I get them delivered to my work, my residence, my wife's work, or another location, I have found that if you give them accurate directions on where to deliver, you will never have a problem. You can't get much better than Flowers For Everyone.

Fantastic experience: I ordered online. I was emailed straight away. And kept the nformed. I was sent a message when it was delivered. I hadn’t heard from the receiver. So I called flowers for everyone and they informed me that they left them in a safe place and that nformed the receiver. I then messaged the receiver and she informed me that she had so much happening. But they were very great full and that they were beautiful. I haven’t seen the finished product but I was told that they were beautiful.

Positive experience: Beautiful flowers, quick processing and same day delivery. The flowers were fresh and my friend absolutely loved them. Delivery is pricy at about $20 and I wish they had an option for twin babies. Just a side note: It would have been amazing if there was a bouquet of flowers with 2 stuffed bears or two stuffed rabbits in pink or blue.

Fantastic experience: I realised just before 2 pm I wanted to send same-day flowers. I honestly thought I’d left it too late, or at best would pay a premium. Flowers for Everyone were still able to arrange two same-day deliveries and at an incredibly reasonable price. Perhaps most importantly the recipients with both very happy and the flowers were stunning. Will use again. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! I got the address wrong and they sorted it for me and poor delivery person spent extra time to get my order to the correct address. The lady on the phone from FFE, was amazing, she was so patient and assured me it would be taken care of. Not to mention the recipient, she absolutely loved the flowers and candle, made her birthday extra special. She was soooo impressed by her bouquet. Fantastic experience: I ordered some flowers, for my friend who was taken to hospital suddenly. The ordering process was so simple and hassle free plus I was kept informed as to the progress of my order from the initial ordering to delivery. They were delivered the next day, as I had instructed. You even get to choose from the pictures supplied on their website as to exactly what you will be getting. I cannot recommend these people highly enough. In a world where a lot of companies seem not to care, along come these guys with REALLY GOOD SERVICE! I would recommend this company to everybody.

Negative experience: Ordered rose and chocolates for Valentine’s Day to be sent to a school, followed all the instructions and paid extra to ensure it gets delivered between the school times. Order made 1 business day before. I contacted them 3 times to ensure it gets delivered between school hours. I knew something was wrong because 2.53pm the driver is still miles away from the location. Then they advise me an eta to the school is 4:30pm. I’m quite disgusted and disappointed they took my funds and didn’t deliver. It ended up going to her house at 6pm!! They offered the refund and I haven’t heard anything back. Last time I use this company, terribly organised. I don’t get why you didn’t deliver from the local business which I assumed would have been quicker than dispatching from your warehouse that was the reason because the local business was only 5 mins from her school.
