I rang up first thing on Saturday morning to arrange a same day delivery and asked if some of the flowers could be changed as I didn’t want chrysanthemums or dahlias, and Carli was so accommodating and happy to help. She sent a photo through of the final arrangement and I had received the delivery by 10:30am. I could not be happier with the flowers, they were very fresh and looked stunning!

Positive experience: I ordered a bouquet for my daughter's birthday. I got a photo of the bouquet around lunchtime with a chance to suggest any changes and was told it was ready to deliver. It didn't get delivered until around 5pm, so if I do it again, I'll take the offered option of requesting a delivery time. It was offered, but since it was ready for delivery at lunchtime I assumed it would be delivered mid-afternoon. That was my only issue with an otherwise excellent service. It's a lovely thing to express your love/regard/care/appreciation through flowers when you can't deliver them yourself, so yes, I really think this is a wonderful service.

Positive experience: Update (resolved): The business contacted me after I posted this review and sent a replacement orchid free of charge, which arrived in healthy condition. I appreciate them taking the time to follow up and resolve the issue. — Original review — I ordered an orchid on Wednesday morning, December 10, 2025. Within a few hours, I received a text message with a photo showing that my order had been prepared and was ready to be shipped. This level of communication was very promising and not something you often see. The plant was delivered before noon to my wife’s shop. Unfortunately, the following day (Thursday), we found that two flowers had already fallen off. By Sunday morning, the plant looked very unhealthy: one of the two stems had turned yellowish and appeared close to dying. When we touched the leaves, they simply fell off, as if they were no longer attached. I sent a text message with a video and two photos explaining the situation but received no reply. Two days later, on Tuesday, I followed up asking for feedback, and I’m still waiting for a response. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill due to the condition of the plant and the absence of any after-sales support.
