Fantastic experience: Sally you are incredible! How can we ever thank you enough? Our ideas for our mum’s flowers on her funeral day literally came to life in an abundance of colour and floral heaven. They were PERFECT, In every way. Quality, colour and arranged exactly how we imaged. Our mum was a gardner and Sally added touches to the flowers to honour mum’s love of flowers including some from her own garden. Sally was organised, creative and efficient. Everything we discussed was delivered well beyond our expectations. Our mother adored flowers and a floral backdrop was surrounding her on the funeral day…we can’t thank you enough for this. Thank you so much Sally and Ray’s Florist.

Our father loved flowers, and it was so important that we chose right for his farewell to this earth. From the first meeting Sally showed my sister and I empathy, kindness and understanding. Your knowledge and professionalism really assisted us whilst creating this order during a very difficult time. We showed you a photo and you took care of the rest seamlessly. You understood the brief for our vision and then made it a reality plus more. The colours and the attention to detail turned a sad day brighter. The way you worked with the sunflowers and the yellow pallet made us smile. You even managed to get a special plaque added to my mothers’ reef, a love song dedicated to her that we will now keep forever. The flowers were truly beautiful, and we got so many compliments throughout the day. From the breathtaking casket cover to all the reefs that matched the theme. The colours and your choice of flowers were perfect. The flowers are not only etched into our minds, we also have photos to keep the memory alive. We would most definitely use your services again and would strongly recommend your company to anyone who loves quality flowers and arrangements. 5 stars are not enough. You have to kinda know someone to know this place even though its been around for a while. I went there in drenching rain and was looked after by the delightful Kerry (the one hiding behind the flowers). She advised and easily met my request and the service was delightful. Even though it was a busy Saturday, the bouquet was delivered right on time without any extra charges, something that's really rare these days. The red roses were stunning, full, vibrant, and beautifully paired with fresh greens. They matched perfectly with the Tiffany pearl earrings I got her it was simply breathtaking. Everything was smooth and effortless, no drama at all. A big thank you to Kerri for helping me pull off this surprise, she made it so easy. My wife absolutely loved the flowers.
