Fantastic experience: Dropped in at Mai’s today and found the staff super helpful and went above and beyond. Asking if i wanted water for the flowers, explaining the flower feed sachet, asking if i would like some ribbon around them. Very nice service to receive. Wife also loved the sunflowers so thank you very much

Negative experience: Very very disappointed, we ordered flowers for a special birthday delivery time was between 2 and 4 they arrived at 7 no one was home, so they turned up the next day at about 2 o’clock the same bunch of flowers for the price charged never again nothing like the picture we seen, we also paid extra to up grade to the deluxe bunch, be careful with this florist!!

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure of communicating with Rocky for an urgent and very special delivery of flowers for my Aunt's 90th Birthday. As I am on the east coast of Australia I took a leap of faith and contacted Mai Flower Supplies in Perth. Words cannot express my gratitude for the most insanely beautiful, vibrant and perfectly arranged bouquet of flowers Rocky and the team put together for my Aunt. It was simply stunning. The delivery was perfectly timed as well (thanks delivery driver). I would highly recommend Mai Flower Supplies for anyone looking for a stunning flower arrangement coupled with fabulous customer service. I look forward to sending another bunch via Mai Flower Supplies when my Aunt turns 91.

Negative experience: I have to think hard if this review was worth the hassle, but I can't get it out of my head. A few days ago, I asked around for blue flowers, and this shop kindly replied to me. Photo attached. The message said that the flower was $25 for Thursday pickup. So yesterday I bought 1pc of blue rose from this shop. but the guy at the counter asked for $35. I thought it's ok even though I was told it was only $25. I've then asked if he can mix it w a little of Angels breath which I was willing to pay for. And he said 'NO' because it's just 1 flower. I am also a paying customer and was embarrassed in front of other customers. The flower as pictured attached was not even properly trimmed. Some petals were folded and wilted. I hope you fix your mindset and attitude. I will never give you my business again.

Positive experience: Knew this flower shop from my husband he kept saying the lady in the shop was really nice and sweet. She offered an extra sunflower for my birthday when my husband got a bouquet for me last time. So I wanted to purchase flowers from here. Was going to give one star, I gave 3 stars because of the lady helped me to solve this problem at the end. Phoned the number 5 times no one picks up the phone or even call back, finally a guy picks up the phone, I told him I need 7 different kinds of WHITE flowers the next day and I am really rush tomorrow, please show me the flowers photos and price so I could choose it now and you can get it ready before I come. He said sure. Waited 2 hours no messages no news from him. Sent him a text, he said only can let me know the price $40-$60 but not the photos of the flowers???!!! Why don’t send me any texts then? Never mind, at the end I said please ready and assemble $50 white flowers bouquet for me as long as looks nice and it’s white I’m okay. Today when I got there, the guy wasn’t there it’s the lady who helped me, she told me the guy said I have to choose the flower by myself first?!! So long story short, nothing WAS READY! Then why he replied “SURE” on the message??!! I was in a such a hurry to go to my friend’s funeral I even explained to him and he said ok it’s fine no worries, will get it ready for me. Now he wanted me to start from “ZERO”?! How’s this customer service going Luckily the lady who served me offered me a white bouquet ready to go and dropped the price from $70 to $50 so I could arrive at my friend’s place on time at the end! All in all, what I wanted to say is: “ if you don’t want to do it, don’t say YES to the people!!” You are killing the good reputation of this shop that the lady’s been building up for years!!

Fantastic experience: Always a contemporary bunch available. Flowers aren't cheap though. But the issue is keeping flowers and all the bunches I've bought over the years have lasted on the vase. They import from loads of countries and source the best florals based on the look and their qualities. So a lot of deep knowledge in the owners, who are lovely. This bunch cost $68 and is absolutely stunning in the vase at a family member's home

Fantastic experience: I love this place!!! Honestly so nice and they actually sell single flowers for times when you don’t want a whole bouquet - for me I like smaller and more simple! I’m never disappointed and the flowers always are fresh and last 2-3 weeks for myself! I could make them last longer if I took more care with them but honestly will never buy flowers anywhere else!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Florists are few and far between these days. Good ones even rarer. This one not only was able to make a bunch as I needed but on the spot. The price was Very reasonable, more so considering what you pay for flowers at a supermarket. Exceptionally friendly, talented staff. Recommended level 5+ smile level? My ribs still ache.

Negative experience: Went here to buy some flowers for Valentines Day and the prices were $155 for a normal bunch and $210 for something slightly bigger. Really disappointed to see this shop taking advantage in such a big way! I went down the road and bought a bunch of similar flowers for $30.

Fantastic experience: I needed a floral gift in a hurry and WOW, what a choice of lovely bouquets and boxed arrangements, all very reasonably priced. I found what I was after within a couple of minutes (a bright, boxed arrangement of gerberas, roses and lilies) and promptly back on the road! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Good quality. Be careful of price, as they jack it up depending on the day. Bought 3 identical bunches this week, 2 were $50, the last one was $65. 10 years of loyalty doesn’t matter I guess. *edit* That’s not correct. Initially you tried to say that were different when they weren’t, and then offered me a $2 card/balloon. At no point did you try to fix the price. Very disappointing considering the quality of that store in the past. I actually forgot I needed a second bunch of flowers and decided to go to Costco instead which just seems wrong

Fantastic experience: Mai Flower Supplies did our wedding flowers and they were stunning. All of our guests commented on how amazing the floral arrangements looked, from the arbour to the signing table, to the reception, and the bouquets and the boutonnieres. We had a mix of natives and roses. We kept most of the arrangements and two weeks later the natives still look really good. Amazing job and massive thank you to the team at Mai Flower Supplies!

Negative experience: I have bought many blooms from this business as I believe in supporting local business. I love the flowers and service from here, and have promoted it to many friends. However, I walked in to buy some flowers this morning only to find there appears to have been a big price hike ... Valentines Day seems to be having a not so welcome impact. Very disappointing & I walked out empty handed

Negative experience: Wonderful fresh flowers. But, wow, the staff at Mai Flower Supplies have absolutely no idea about how to wrap flowers to make them ready to give as a gift. A serious fail. (Even the staff at Aldi are more helpful and do a better job.) A really disappointing experience with totally inept staff. A missed opportunity for this retailer. Purchased 10:15am on Monday 24th May.
