Fantastic experience: I wanted appropriate 'Sympathy' flowers to be sent to a friend and I ordered the Pastel Seasonal Bunch (large) to be delivered. The flowers were delivered that afternoon and were absolutely perfect. I was delighted with both the service and flowers from Birkdale Flower Farm. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: I live in UK and my daughter lives in Queensland, this is the second time I have used this florist and they have again been great! Flowers were beautiful, delivery was great, my daughter was so happy when they arrived for her birthday. Fantastic florist highly recommended

Negative experience: Went in with my Daughter nearly a week ago, the shop was empty apart a staff member who was filling the card rack near the front door. She never even looked up or greeted us and when we were leaving after not finding what we wanted we said our goodbyes and wasnt even acknowledged once again. If this is how your staff treat customers maybe they need to be taught some simply manners.

For assistance, customers are always welcome to visit the counter. Our shop operates on a self-service model with counter support, a system we’ve successfully maintained for over 40 years.
I’d also like to clarify that the person you encountered was not a staff member, but a card representative managing her consignment stock. I apologise for any confusion this may have caused. In fairness, she has often kindly assisted customers by alerting our team when needed.
