1 month ago Negative experience: Went in with my Daughter nearly a week ago, the shop was empty apart a staff member who was filling the card rack near the front door. She never even looked up or greeted us and when we were leaving after not finding what we wanted we said our goodbyes and wasnt even acknowledged once again. If this is how your staff treat customers maybe they need to be taught some simply manners.

March and April can be particularly challenging months for us, as the late summer heat impacts our crop and results in consistently low stock levels and limits on our variety. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience.
For assistance, customers are always welcome to visit the counter. Our shop operates on a self-service model with counter support, a system we’ve successfully maintained for over 40 years.
I’d also like to clarify that the person you encountered was not a staff member, but a card representative managing her consignment stock. I apologise for any confusion this may have caused. In fairness, she has often kindly assisted customers by alerting our team when needed.

We always purchased our fresh flowers from the Flower Farm and so after our move when we needed to send flowers to a family member I thought I would try their internet service. I was amazed at the quality and quantity of the flowers sent along with the updates and speedy delivery. I will certainly use them for any further deliveries.

It means the roses had not been pre frozen like from other shops and definitely good quality. I always use flower food , but these roses stayed twice longer than from others shops.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: I want to acknowledge the amazing service I received from the delivery guy who delivers the flowers for the flower farm. I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from this business yesterday. I was out when the delivery guy came to deliver the flowers and there wasn't a shady spot for him to leave them at the front door area. So he called me on my mobile phone to let me know he had delivered the flowers, but was concerned he had to leave them in the sun and asked how long it would be before I got home. I called my neighbour and she kindly took the flowers to her place until I got home. I believe that this delivery guy went above and beyond in what he did and he showed me how much he cares about not only delivering beautiful flowers, but also leaving them in a safe and shaded place. 3 years ago Fantastic experience: The lady who helped me order flowers over the phone did a great job describing what they had. I was a little nervous ordering with out seeing. The flowers were perfectly described. They were perfectly wrapped for protection with plenty of water. The delivery driver was very nice. I could not have asked for a better arrangement. I will be definitely be using there service again without hesitation. I highly recommend them for your flowers. My wife loved them for our anniversary.

3 years ago Negative experience: very rude service and racist. My family just came around and wanted to pick some flowers for my mother.(My whole family were in the shop include my mother and kids). A staff totally ignored us and called another shop staff “close the door”immediately. Very bad attitude. Maybe they are not welcome any big family.
Good morning, unfortunately some wrong assumptions and conclusions have been made with your visit today.
We are flower farm, we do grow all our flowers, and sell in the store only. This was very nicely explained to the gentleman with you and he was really nice and understanding.
The door closure was not of any bad intent.
The girl who closed the door was not a staff member, she was our private visitor whom was asked to close the door as she is not allowed in the shop and the Air Conditioning was on in the shop and escaping.
We have a big family and we were out the back or through the doors just having our family time, its not open to the public. Its like out home and our kids can feel free and safe in this section as their own home, as any one can appreciate farmlife is 365 days and unfortunately the kids get stuck here too.
Playing the race card is not cool, it doesn't matter what nationality or race you are. The one staff member tried to see who she could help quickly in what was a rush hour. she served the person at the counter and then attended to the male party in your group.
Unfortunately what i am seeing is that language in what you may be trying to communicate may be difficult. We are not a tourist or open farm to pick, it is not the nature of our business. There is nothing rude in not allowing one onto the fields to pick as we are not open for this type of business.
For others reading please research for farms if you are going to want to do tours (Usually will be non commercial farms, that are not worried about crop protection, production and bio security). Generally they will have quick crops like sunflowers where not much damage can be done ongoing harvest).

3 years ago Fantastic experience: On the arrival of my new granddaughter, I ordered an arrangement to be sent to the Redlands hospital for my daughter-in-law. I ordered for a Baby Girl, and left the rest up to The Flower Farm, through my on-line ordering. This is all new to me but the online process was simply and easy to navigate. I had ordered just in time for that day's delivery. I was hoping for a nice vibrant pink punch... and wow, I was not disappointed! My daughter-in-law loved her flowers! They were full of fresh and vibrant blooms, including gerbras which is her favourite flower (I did not know or ask for these). Even today, my son said the flowers are filling their home with amazing scents and still looking good. So thankful for a fuss free delivery that more than met my expectations! Thank you once again. :)

Love your help in information your given to others whom may be ordering and not always sure if a company will be able to deliver to what is promised! I placed the order late on a Saturday and called the store to ask whether delivery was an option for the Sunday - I was surprised to hear that you were really happy to coordinate the delivery even with limited staff working on the Sunday. The service was just as great as the flowers. The people receiving them also loved them. Thank you so much :)

My husband just asked if we can look at nursery and fresh flowers but he rudely denied and kept asking what we are looking for. I dont know why these people lack human decency. Just learn to live. No need to be rude.

NO ONE was rude to you, I have watched video JANVI JOSHI, in fact your husband was with his body language and laughing at answers. I can provide to you with a copy of video to come watch in store.
Of course, he was denied access to the nursery when it’s not open to the public. It’s simple.
Your husband was challenging our staff in an odd way as he was focused on talking about the driveway.
It won’t hurt to say hello to the man serving you and actually listen, ashok explained we don’t allow visitors or that you can’t drive through the farm. The drive way was for customers to access shop, we have customers access from rear road (it’s not to access for tour, just entry and exit, it won’t allow you access to the rest of the farm. The shop keeper answered your question and then your husband repeated the same question basically already answered.
STORE CONVERSATION:
Store : good aye
Joshi: (no hello)
You can go inside with the vehicle?
Store: no, (pause)
What are you actually looking for?
Joshi : this place (laughs rudely)…
Store: what are you looking for actually?
(At this point ash has inkling that you are wanting to access our private farm ( which is not advertised in anyway to public for access)
Joshi: farm !
Store: no we just don’t do that, we sell flowers only.
Joshi: ohh ok, because I saw that (pointing driveway) that vehicle can go around.
Store: no that’s just the back entry to get out and they just come around to buy flowers ( side entry from side road)
Joshi: ok, can we just drive and have look at the farm ..or..?

Joshi: so what is that for (pointing to same driveway already discussed) what is that entry for??!!!

Am I asking the business the right questions?
Have I assumed things to be available the way I perceive? Ie grower/ farm assumption farm tour.

3 years ago Negative experience: Very very Rude when I entered shop and said how are you. Avoid this place by all means. I asked to look at flowers at the back but he kept asking what am I looking for. I am in flower farm so obviously looking for flowers. I never met that person but he was rude which was un necessary .

We are a flower farm, yes - but under what assumptions are you allowed to frolic through. Did you stop to think that they grow flowers commercially and sell to public in a shop. We have never experienced this situation to this extent in our 40 plus years of growing here. Normally one asks and politely told no and we move on.

Really appreciate your review, you don’t know how much it meant today when we got a 1 star from a public just because we wouldn’t give a tour. Shouldn’t get us down, but it’s a very personal business when you grow and spent your whole life for it.

3 years ago Positive experience: Nuce but limited flowers in bouquets and from $25 up $50 more expensive arangments in florist oasis in cardboard box like planter going up to $90 . Was told prices fluctuate depending on what is available. Also small gifts candles , chocolate, body lotions balloons and teddies etc.

Just to quickly clarify we have a bunch trolley with the daily picks starting from $15, then range change beyond.
Our trolley bunches are usually the varieties of flowers in flush or large quantities in season, or most popular choices. With our table with the seasonal variety choice.
Gorgeous $50 bunches are bouquet style with mix of all the different types of flowers, quite large bunches for their price. Best seller for size and value.
As the flowers are picked regularly we will have fluctuating variety choice in store and for instance seasonal flowers with low production sell out quickly. Leaving a consistent regular range, but but may not have so much variety in flower choice especially in cheaper range. Keeping the. Cheaper range with variety is probably more challenging for us with such high demand at the moment.

3 years ago Fantastic experience: Lovely place that when you walk into, the delicate scents of each flower wafts into your nasal passages providing the upmost sensation of bliss. This is a once in a lifetime aroma to experience. The owner, Sharon, was so generous when she heard about my interests regarding variegation in plant genes that she ended up giving me a variegated Gerbera! Such a beautiful flower that was in perfect condition. I ended up drying it and displaying in a glass frame to forever enjoy the grandeur of this wonderful gift. Overall, I commend this establishment and highly recommend it.
