Fantastic experience: The best florist in Brisbane, no question about it. I'm notoriously fickle about flowers, especially since I'm interstate and usually ordering as gifts. Poco Posy's flowers are brilliant, lasting well over the 10-14 day mark, and their presentation is impeccable. The app tracking is a big relief for delivering gifts, and their range of upgrades make for personalized gifts perfectly suited for birthdays or funerals. Not only would I recommend Poco Posy, but I can guarantee I'll be using them again in the near future.

Fantastic experience: I can't fault the experience with these guys at all! Website is super easy to navigate, they have an extensive range, and their prices are very affordable. My order was $62 (including delivery) for a 4 stem bouquet, a brownie, and heart chocolates - you really can't beat that price! I had to change the message with my order and sent them an email and it was changed with no issues. The tracking is very detailed, and includes a proof of delivery photo and even the name of who the flowers were given to (mine were delivered to a hospital so they were given to reception). Will definitely be using this company for any flower deliveries I need in the future!

I loved the live delivery tracking and receiving photos of the hand off! such a thoughtful touch and really reassuring. My friend was thrilled when they arrived. Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered flowers for a special occasion, only to receive a call from the delivery driver saying he was already with my recipient but couldn’t find the flowers in his car that were meant for them. He told me he’d been trying to reach the flower company with no response. I then tried calling the company myself also to no avail. The fact that neither of us could get through to anyone is really concerning and shows poor coordination and organisation. At this point since the situation wasn’t able to be resolved, my recipient had to go and buy their own flowers. It’s incredibly frustrating that the company is completely uncontactable at a moment when an urgent resolution is needed. It turned a simple mix-up into an unnecessarily stressful situation. I would not recommend ordering from this business.

Positive experience: I ordered my flowers for my mother’s birthday and thought she would receive them on the day. Then I received a phone call saying that they couldn’t get the flowers to her until the next day, I told them they had to be delivered on her birthday and they said they would deliver them between 8.30pm-9pm, I said okay thanks. Then I received another call saying that the delivery driver had plans after 7pm, so I had to settle for the next day. She received them and was so happy with the flowers but I think she would have preferred them on her birthday! Rant over!

Positive experience: I bought what I was thought were two bouquets of peonies at their recent market day on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and the bright pink ones have completely lost their colour. They also don't have a fragrance, unlike the real peonies who haven't lost their colour. I'm quite disappointed with the clear dyeing of fresh flowers.

Fantastic experience: I had a subscription for flowers with a different company, but they ended this service and I'm so glad they did, as I've now started a subscription with Poco Posy! Now I'm getting a larger bouquet for a slightly cheaper price than I was with the previous company. The bouquet they put together was really beautiful. It very clearly states on their website that their photos are a general style guide only because they use fresh, locally sourced flowers. The variety of the flower bunches and sizes you can select from is incredible and suit all preferences and budgets. The gifting options available can suit many occasions (the brownie is my fav!). The wrapping is always perfect and carefully put together. I’ve told so many people about Poco Posy and they haven’t looked back either. Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend highly enough - both the service and quality of flowers. Ordered flowers for a friend in hospital, and shortly after ordering I became aware my friend was being transferred to another hospital. I was easily able to call, and change the address and it arrived at the new location within an hour! The size and quality of the bouquet was also stunning.

Negative experience: Expectations definitely not met - there is a real issue with what is advertised is not delivered. Tried to raise my disappointment with the company directly - was advised they’d refund the “vase” portion of my order since a vase was never received, instead flowers were delivered with a jar (not even arranged in the jar). It’s been a month and no refund. Boo! Do better. EDIT/UPDATE: I have received a partial refund for the "vase" however had to chase up the admin team. You can tell a lot about a business by how they deal with complaints - will not use this business again.

Whether it's a small show of appreciation with a poco size, or something super impressive with a larger size, the arrangements are always utterly gorgeous. Their service is impeccable and both myself personally and the 12-location / 30+ employee business I run have never had an issue with the quality of items or delivery. Delivery is always smooth, with SMS notifications and tracking for the entire journey. Poco posy is always my go-to when ordering flowers, and has been for years.
