Ordered in the website and hoping they can accommodate my request of pick up with 1.5hour. Not only did they did they got the flowers ready within an hour. Fantastic experience: I am lost for words with trying to describe how much Rachelle brought my vision to life for my wedding. From the moment we spoke, Rachelle was able to guide and advise me with all the ideas I had flowing in my head. Rachelle was there every step of the day even the day before when I called to let her know that the ceremony was going to be held indoors as opposed to outdoors due to weather. She was able put together extra candles (101 to be exact) and put together an indoor ceremony setup that was beyond my dreams. The reception was also setup in exactly the way I had envisioned it. All our guests had compliments for all our florals and setup. I am beyond grateful of the service and support that Rachelle provided during the entire process from start to end and anyone would be lucky to have her as their florist for any event. I’ve had flowers delivered from the posie place before so I knew what she was going to create for our wedding would be amazing but what she did was beyond our expectations!! We were obsessed with everything from the arbour, the bouquets to the corsages for our parents everything was just perfect. And in particular she made my sisters day who is special needs and unable to hold a bouquet but, Rachelle was able to make something that would attach perfectly to her wheelchair. It made my sister feel included with all the other bridesmaids ❤️ Not only did Rachelle make everything look incredible but she made our day run so seamlessly, We can’t thank her enough! We would definitely recommend the Posie place to anyone whether it be for a wedding, birthday or any special occasion! Even though our wedding is over we will 100% use the Posie place in the future xxx

I explained the colours I liked but conceded flowers weren't really my thing so had no idea what to ask for. Through a few questions, they were able to create the most perfect backdrop for our wedding. It was absolutely stunning and we could be happier. The service was outstanding. Fantastic experience: Beyond perfection <3 Rachelle is everything you need and more! We were lost for words at how incredible our florals looked on the day and our wedding would not have been the same without Rachelle. Where to begin! Right from our initial enquiry, Rachelle took us step by step through the process, including detailed quotes, and gorgeous mood boards, which really helped our thoughts ‘come to life.’ We had to revise our budget a few times, and Rachelle was very accommodating and worked with us to let us know where we could save money and still achieve our desired look. Nothing was too much to ask. On the day… our photographer requested our florals be setup early at our venue to ensure they would be ready for our first look photos. Rachelle was happy to accommodate this, as well as delivering our florals to two separate getting ready venues, she setup our tables (even though we used some of our own décor), AND she stayed on to re-purpose our ceremony florals into the reception for us too. Rachelle was a dream from the very first phone consult and it has been so delightful to work with her.
