Fantastic experience: new ownership seems young and fun - this reflects in the unique aesthetic of the shop. I ordered the “fruity tingle” bouquet. Also has fun and cheeky selection of cards to add on and other products like the mr.consistent cocktail mixers. Such perfect gifts. This place is about as cool as a florist can get lol.

I asked for a flower crown for my sister in laws hens party and Jess absolutely nailed the brief and the way it was packaged was beyond perfect! I love the creative flare she always gives to her bouquets, it’s really like no other florist I’ve been to. I’ve found their website so easy and great to use when but there really is nothing more special than going into the store and getting the warmest of welcomes from the Pink Carnation team, especially from their fur baby Honey!

Jess understood exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding and organised the most gorgeous flower arrangements. Negative experience: I purchased a reef for my dear uncles funeral, It looked nothing like a reef . When I asked what colours we agreed on pastel colours , what I got was a all white wedding looks centre piece , full of cut offs ..$130 +$10 delivery to Ballarat road and had no condolence card !!! Called asked what happen , no refund nor no reef made , nothing to make it better ! Wish I could put up a pic for u all to see what they call a reef ! Never again !!!!
