Flowers by Elise

Fantastic experience: I was asked by my sibling to pick up some flowers from MEL that they had ordered online. The ordering process was straightforward and she received a notification when the flowers were ready for collection which only took few minutes. The pickup was quick and easy. The owner came over to assist me, I showed the order confirmation order and the flowers were handed over without any issues. Overall, it was a simple and hassle-free experience and great location.

Negative experience: My daughter ordered flowers. They were not delivered. I contacted Elise and calmly asked what happened. She instantly got defensive. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address. No notice where the flowers were delivered to was left, so I had no idea and whoever got the flowers kept them. I asked for a full refund. Initially Elise agreed, when I said if she didn't I would have to leave a review. She answered that I should go ahead with the review and she would not refund my daughter. The entire conversation was unpleasant and difficult to navigate as Elise was quick to accuse rather than to provide positive customer service.

Fantastic experience: Above and beyond helpful. 2 magnificent arrangements were delivered with beautiful quality flowers and top notch service from start to finish. If you are ordering from interstate like me, just have a look at range and give them a call.

We needed a bridal posy at very short notice, and with only minimal information about my daughter's dress and wedding theme, they created something absolutely stunning. It was perfect, beautifully complemented the dress, and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend for their talent, creativity, and wonderful service!

Fantastic experience: Elise was very professional from the first call, ensuring that I got all the information I needed to place an order. Being in Melbourne I had contacted so many florists including major international florists that seem to have a connection with florists in Darwin or closeby but wouldn’t deliver to the location required. Despite the challenge of finding a local florist, Elise had gone beyond and was able to process the order immediately and even printed a personal photo that we wanted to include for the person receiving the flowers. We wanted a native bunch that would be suitable for such a shocking and heartbreaking loss. We really appreciate all the efforts Elise put in to get our order completed even adding in some extra flowers. Highly recommended to use her services! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I was stressing as I needed anniversary flowers sent to my boyfriend in Darwin and many places did not deliver to this area. I was pleasantly surprised as they offered same day delivery even though I called after 2pm here, and they also took my delivery preferences into consideration. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, I ordered flowers on line through Elise's website for a friend in Darwin as I live in QLD. Elise Message and called me later that day to advise that due to COVID she had to close the shop for 2 weeks and would be unable to complete my order for the day as requested, Elise offered to refund me straight away. Because Elsie took the time to message and follow up with a phone call, I have kept the order standing for when she is able to re-open the shop on Monday. We need to support small business during this pandemic, and be empathetic to owners. Its not there fault that they have to close, its not there fault that their lively hood suffers. Exceptional customer service and I would recommend anyone looking for a beautiful floral arrangement for any occasion go to Flowers by Elise.
