Fantastic experience: I genuinely cannot recommend The Rain Florist highly enough. After a terrible experience with a large national service, I contacted the team at The Rain Florist to see if there might be any way they could help me out of a bind with extremely short notice. Not only did Bee organise everything for me at the 11th hour - quickly and efficiently (I was happy to pick up in store), but she even arranged for the birthday flowers to be delivered on the same day, outside of the usual required notice period. Thank you so so much for your extreme kindness and amazing customer service. And the flowers are absolutely stunning! If anyone is looking for a florist in Darwin, look no further. Absolutely first class.

Fantastic experience: By far the best florist in Darwin. Everytime I just give an amount I want to spend and tell them the occasion. I ask for whatever they recommend and they always pick the best flowers they have available and come up with a beautiful arrangement. This last one was for Mum and Dads 50th wedding anniversary and they went ‘golden’ for the theme and yellow was in season and available! Stunning! And 4 days later the flowers were still gorgeous. Negative experience: I paid 900$ for the perfect 2 year anniversary flowers I asked for pink and white wrapping and they gave me this I asked for 4 specific lilys to signify the word “love” because it’s our flower, I asked for a heart which they did but red roses outside with white and pink on the inside and they gave me this, absolutely disgusted biggest waste of money for it and not to mention something so simple I asked for nearly broke my relationship of 2 years because she thought I was breaking it off when IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PERFECT NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Fantastic experience: I reached out for a custom wreath a few days before ANZAC Day, they were super busy with wreath orders and they put in a massive amount of effort to get back to me and also make the wreath. Everyone was so nice and the wreath was gorgeous. I was nervous I was going to drop the wreath so one of the ladies walked it out to my car with me and taught me how to properly hold it. Fantastic experience: Can't say I was a fan of the bright colour selection that was chosen, I personally wasn't a fan and I would have been disappointed if they were for me, BUT they cheered my mum up, she thought they were beautiful and they were lovely and fresh, the lady that delivered them was lovely to my mum and that's all that matters to me! I will definitley order again but I don't think I would order florists choice again, They do However deserve their 5 star rating because they have the best quality arrangements in Darwin

Negative experience: Was disappointed when I picked up arrangement I had ordered. Wrong vase, quality of blooms not great and arrangement very flat. A poor representation of the arrangement I had seen when I ordered. Woman in shop (who did not make arrangement) tried to help but will not be rushing back.
