Thank you Yihan for your 1-star Review. Let's put this straight and shed light to your biased narration. When you came in last week, you were told upfront that we were extremely busy with pre-booked orders and there were too many in front of you. We were also in the middle of unpacking plenty boxes of newly arrived flower cargo. But you milled around, so you were asked "how much you want to spend by which you replied $30-$40 for a graduation bouquet and by which you were told the standard bouquet is at $60; then you gave it a go. The bouquet was done in less than 15 minutes, approximately 5 minutes is a normal process. Then, you said you have to take your Uber ride by which I offered you to stay inside the shop to keep you safe from the scorching heat outside while waiting for your Uber ride. In your haste, you went out quickly as your ride was already outside. It was beyond our control how you handled the flowers after you left the shop but rest assured it was secured and properly banded. The 15 minutes you've mentioned must be including your Uber ride waiting time. We did not have the luxury of time to serve you but we did not want to let you down so accommodating you at the spur of the moment is a big thing during that very busy day, all orders that day were pre-booked way ahead, so you should understand that you just walked-in and in a hurry as well. Other customers who've organized pick up time for their orders were coming soon, we want to be on track and do our work efficiently in a very timely fashion. You were not supposed to jump the line to suit your favour, a big disregard and disrespect to other people's time

Charging you with GST is normal, you were told that your bouquet is worth $60 and not $54, so GST was applied, you vehemently opposed to that. It was an option for you not to take the flowers as we were in a position to further prolong the conversation as we can use that to the next customer in line, time is gold.

You've been in Darwin for about a year as an International Student, I do hope you knew that the economy is not doing well, and us as a very small family business, we are very much affected to keep the business afloat just like anyone else in the industry. I hope you support local business rather than negatively bashing us to suit your whims. We've never been unpleasant to anyone. You're very privileged not to come back to us, as we also have an option to ban you in our shop but we do not have that policy in place; we also do not have the red carpet to roll to anyone with attitude. We really appreciate meeting you. Thank you most kindly.

The delay and any inconvenience it may have caused are deeply regrettable. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances, including a medical emergency that is currently ongoing, impacted our ability to deliver part of your order as promptly as we intended. My husband was urgently admitted to Royal Darwin Hospital and will remain indefinitely. We ask for your understanding during this difficult time.

Additionally, we acknowledge that you found the placement on the fence to be inappropriate. With two large dogs barking inside, we were unable to proceed to the front door and could not get a response for the delivery. The chocolates were left in a location that was considered the most secure and appropriate while ensuring they were still visible. We did not mean to intend offence.

We understand that Mother's Day is an important occasion and regret that your celebration was affected by this issue. We hope that the flowers and chocolates were still enjoyed and appreciate your daughters’ efforts in making sure you received them.

Hi Mo! Thank you for your review. I believe that you did not place the order directly from us but through a florist relay service who advertised for their company. We never received your payment and we have no clue how much you paid. In the event that we cannot fulfil an order based on the company's requirement, substitution may apply with their approval. In your case, it should be in a gift box presentation (but boxes were out of stock) but upgraded to a big bouquet fashion which was approved by the company. It is so unfortunate and we are so sorry that you were disappointed ; nevertheless, the same style were made for 4 customers who were happy with the outcome.

As much as we want to please all our customer's requests on a certain requirement, it would be best to give us ample time to prepare as it is crucial to the availability of the materials needed. We do hope that the floral industry, as a whole, could adapt to an "environmentally friendly base" materials, sadly our multi-national local and overseas suppliers are still big on "materials that wouldn't breakdown like floral foams, plastic wraps, polystyrene containers/vessels/vases, artificial flowers made of synthetic materials....etc..90% were imported all over the world.
