Negative experience: 01st Nov at around 11.30am, went to pick up from the shop. I received this flowers in a Paper bag, in 3 bottles display today from my three daughters overseas for my birthday — such a beautiful and touching surprise that melted my heart. Sadly, I was very disappointed with the flowers I collected. Many blooms were already wilted, petals were falling off, and the colors had faded badly, as if the flowers were at the end of their life. Looking at the arrangement, it honestly seemed like it was put together at home rather than by a professional florist. This is especially disappointing for an overseas order — customers place trust in the florist to deliver something fresh and well-presented, since we can’t see it in person. I’ve attached photos and videos to show the actual condition of the bouquet upon collection. It’s heartbreaking that such a special gesture from my daughters was handled this way. I truly hope the shop reviews this seriously and improves quality control for future orders.
