Fantastic experience: Beautiful selection of cut flowers, live arrangements, along with helpful and friendly staff. A couple years ago my little dog Daisy died, and I had a little celebration for her. I went into this flower shop and asked for all the daisy's she had in the store. The owner gave me a good deal on all the Daisy's and it has always stuck in my head since. Every time I need flowers for something I go here, even if I have to drive across the city. Just picked some up for Valentine's day! Thanks again for the amazing service and attention to detail. Support local! Fantastic experience: Needed some thank you flowers I called and she helped me right away. I had my baby in the car and she was so considerate she came out to me to deliver the flowers. I have not seen this type of customer service in a very long time. I bought some beautiful roses that were wrapped up nicely for the price you wouldn’t expect that overall very happy and will definitely be going back!

I called from Calgary for a last minute flower arrangement to be designed and delivered within 4 hrs. After explaining my situation and it just so happened I was speaking with Shannon, the owner, she listened to my requests was very patient and provided exactly what I wanted pertaining to the arrangement. The arrangement was delivered within 3 hrs. WOW, and not high big box store prices. Shannon went up and above any service I received in such a long time. It’s refreshing to know there’s still quality service out there with a personalized touch. And trust you me, I’m hard to please. Moving forward Flowers by Design is my one stop flower shop which I’ve added to my contacts. Being born, raised and at an age of 55 I send out flowers for many different reasons sometimes several times a year. I WILL NOT use any other flower shop other than Flowers by Design. I was warmly greeted by the owner, perused their many lovely items, and ended up purchasing several gorgeous glass Christmas ornaments that were generously discounted for the end of season. The owner was so kind, wrapping my items carefully while we chatted. I always find something special to buy when I visit, whether an artfully designed bouquet, a cool plant, or a unique piece of decor for my home. Their collection is beautiful, and the customer service is outstanding. Another gem in Walkerville.

Google prohibits second reviews) "Shannon hits another home run": I called Shannon yesterday afternoon to order a floral arrangement for a friend whose father had passed away that morning. In response to Shannon's question about whether I wanted a "sympathy arrangement", I said "something between sympathy and bright and colourful". As always Shannon came through with a stunning arrangement! The friend, whose father had passed away, was so impressed with the arrangement she asked whether she could share it with her mother who is in a nursing home. Her mother is an older, stoic, German lady who "never cries"; however, when she saw Shannon's arrangement, she burst into tears because it was "so beautiful!" Thanks, again, Shannon! 2. 2020 Review Shannon at Flowers By Design has been helping me with flower arrangements for my wife for many years. I give her a vague description: "something unusual and colourful", sometimes with very little notice, and she always comes through with stunning arrangements which never fail to impress my wife. When my mother passed away last month, Flowers By Design was the obvious choice for flowers for the funeral. I contacted Shannon and she met with us the same day. My sister had some very specific requests about the floral arrangements for the funeral and Shannon was able to work with us and accommodate all of our needs. Her knowledge and advice were invaluable and the arrangements she produced were amazing; even one of the funeral directors commented on how unique and beautiful the arrangements were. There are amazing people who walk among us, and, every once in a while, you’re lucky enough to deal with one! That would be Shannon, the owner of Flowers by Design in Windsor, Ontario. This past long weekend, I had ordered flowers from a company called Bloomex. The flowers were for a 100th birthday celebration and to be delivered to an address in Lasalle, which Bloomex had previously delivered to for me. On the day of the delivery, in the afternoon, Bloomex informed me they could not make the delivery. Frantically, I searched for a company in the area and found Flowers by Design. I reached out and was so blessed to find Shannon. On a Saturday evening of a long weekend, Shannon, after hearing my situation, went in on the Sunday morning and made the most beautiful arrangement ever and delivered them herself to the address!
