Fantastic experience: Excellent Service! I had called in a pinch as another floral arrangement fell through for a 25th wedding anniversary set that I needed delivered that same day. I had called at 1pm (praying they would be able to accommodate my request to have an arrangement sent that day before 4pm) and I was met with reassurance, kindness, and recommendations on the best arrangement to get. The lady I talked to was pleasant, friendly, and a breeze to work with. I will certainly be using this florist again and I highly recommend everyone to do the same.

Negative experience: Great flowers and super affordable, but the worker was super awkward when speaking and seemed super disinterested in helping at all and looked at me and my dad with confusion EVERY time we asked her something. Hopefully the service will be better next time! :(

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 star I would. Recently purchased a Harmony Bouquet (PREMIUM) for my mother's birthday. Was able to visit this weekend and looking forward to seeing a beautiful bouquet for my mother to enjoy. To me, it was the most pathetic little bouquet I have ever seen for what the PREMIUM bouquet that I selected. Nothing close to what was advertised in the picture on their site. I could have went to Metro or Zehrs and filled my mother's table with flowers for what I paid. Never will I go to Janette Florist again or recommend it to anyone. I feel like I was robbed for what was delivered.

Fantastic experience: I recently ordered the 'Bundled Up Bouquet' holiday table arrangement online for a friend. She got it delivered today when they said it would be. She sent a photo of it, and it looks just like the photo on their website. They added the note I had written, and made sure it was pet friendly as requested. I would definitely recommend and will keep in mind if I need to send flowers again in the Windsor area.

Positive experience: Nice flowers but alot less expensive at Costco or Metro.

Negative experience: No se parece en nada a lo que pedí por su web y a sus políticas de venta. Dicen que los ramos son lo más parecido a las imágenes que publican y no es así. Pedí un ramo de aromas otoñales categoría “De Lujo” para un detalle de cumple años y nada que ver, parecía más a categoría Estándar. Me han timado. No pongo 0 estrellas porque no se puede.

Negative experience: In terms of their work, I’d easily give them 4 stars and even 5. However, the reason I’m giving them 1 is due to their customer service -or lack their of. The first time I went in person to order the flowers (2 weeks in advance) they were dry to say the least. Odd I thought- I even contemplated to walk out but thought maybe they’re having a rough day. Fast forward to the day of pick up - the flowers were beautiful but their attitudes towards me was even worse. I’m truly perplexed. I usually order from them over the phone and I’ve had no problems. Now putting 2 and 2 together I have an idea - they’re a little too vanilla. Their loss. In the last 2 years I’ve ordered no less than 1k from them. I’d prefer to spend my money elsewhere- If anyone can recommend a new florist in town hit me up

Fantastic experience: We recently had Janette’s Florist provide flowers, arrangements, the whole thing for our daughter’s wedding. They came in at a competitive price and the florist who we worked with us was amazing and so knowledgeable. She communicated each detail and worked with us to create exactly the ambience we were hoping to achieve. Her name was Forrest. This place has the most creative, willing to work within your budget artists. I can’t recommend them strongly enough.

Negative experience: Was disappointed with the bouquet. I ordered the deluxe bouquet and wrote a message in their add a note section. I know the photos online aren't always exact but there was a huge gap in exception and they didn't add the message. They were nice people though.

Negative experience: Flowers were beautiful but they didn’t remember either of the two specific instructions I asked of them. I only booked with them because they said they would be able to accommodate what I needed specifically. When I picked it up it wasn’t how i asked and they said oh sorry we missed these when putting it together and we were short on time as we were crossing the border for an event. When you spend a couple hundred on 1 bouquet, I think you should be able to handle a simple request that you promised you “absolutely” can.

Fantastic experience: We called and asked for an arrangement without giving much info. Asked for florist choice and said the recipient likes humming birds. You guys made the most amazing arrangement. My office manager was thrilled, some tears were shed. Needless to say with zero direction you surpassed our expectations. Even had purple flowers - her favorite colour. She absolutely loved her arrangement and so did we!! Thank you so much for making her day!

The flowers usually last a long time too! I only order flowers from here for this reason, the quality and care that goes into these bouquets are noticeable and the staff truly go above and beyond!

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Janette Florist Inc. The flowers were nothing like we agreed on, the staff was rude, and they overcharged us. They completely took advantage of us on our wedding day. Avoid this place at all costs!

Our Aunt sent another pic of her flowers as they opened up and look much better so we wish to apologize for our hasty negative review of Janette Florist and wish to say that they deserve a 5 star review for rectifying this mistake.

Fantastic experience: Picked up a last-minute arrangement for a celebration of life. There were a number to choose from even on a Sunday. The price was perfect for what I was looking for. I will definitely go back if I need something, and they are in my neighborhood.

Recently, I moved out of the Windsor area but needed to send an arrangement in Windsor for a special occasion. I turned to Janette and had a last minute change with what I had chosen. They accommodated my request and went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked out as I had requested. I really appreciate their efforts. p.s. I still have a succulent boat that I received in 2017 from a friend through Janette Florist and it's still going strong!

Negative experience: I spoke to Forrest on 2 separate occasions over the phone to explain to her that we were from out of town and wanted to book a weekend for a flower consultation for our wedding. We had booked a date and after driving 2 hours, we come to find out that she isn't in and that no one can conduct this consultation with us. We left our information which they should have already had as they were going to get in touch with us. It's been 3 weeks and no one has ever called us. Safe to say that they will not be getting our business and that we will never be going there or ordering from there.

At no charge, despite it being my error, they did all this extra work and even stated they would create an entirely new bouquet for the recipient when they returned. Excellent communication and went above and beyond to remedy my mistake. Exceeds expectations in every aspect.

Fantastic experience: I needed to send a gift to the hospital that didn't include food or flowers. I spoke to one of the ladies at the shop and she was wonderful. She put together a stuffed animal and balloons. It was delivered only a couple hours later. My aunt sent me a photo of the bundle and she did a wonderful job!!

The roses are just ok & way overpriced for the size… I just wish the tin was what I had seen & ordered online as it came in a different color & pattern. I think the overall packaging for plants from this shop needs a little more professional work … I’ve seen better from other Florist shops tbh.
