Negative experience: My fiancé and I had gone in at the beginning of the month to get our bouquet, corsages, and boutonnières done for our wedding. Dealing with the owner herself, Alba, she took down everything we needed. Date of our wedding, drop off times, even had us send her our inspiration photos and we were told, by her, she’ll get back to us in a couple of days with photos of everything to confirm that we liked the style and that everything was good and she’ll be able to give us a quote, no down payment was needed. Cut to a WEEK before our wedding, have not heard a single word back from her. We reached out on Saturday, got nothing, I call Monday morning and left a message, never even called me back, her, nor her employees. My fiancé had called the next day, and again, never got back to her either. I finally call again, get an employee and was told “she will call you back as soon as she’s back in today, about 30 minutes” and never got that call. Called AGAIN and got another employee who told me she was there, right beside her, but was “on the phone” and will call me back asap when she was done, so I waited 40 minutes, still never got a single call back. You can make time to call your other customers back, but not us who literally need all of this for a wedding and who have been trying to get ahold of you and answers for 4 days? Honestly super unprofessional on your part, as a person and as a business, especially leaving us stranded a week before our wedding not knowing if our order is confirmed with you. The fact that you cannot take 2 minutes to call either of us back to confirm everything, is pathetic. That’s all we needed, was a confirmation, you could have easily told your employees to confirm everything with me and you would have had my business. Luckily, we found another florist who was more than happy to help us, with such short notice. Honestly I would stay clear of this place, seriously, so unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Fantastic experience: I have gone in and ordered here a few times. The staff is extremely patient and also very helpful with their suggestions. They have unique touches to make your arrangement very personal based on what you tell them you are looking for. Prices are very reasonable for the outstanding service you are receiving. Fantastic experience: Beautiful Bouquet!

Negative experience: First time ordering here and although the service was impeccable, the white roses I purchased in part of the flower arrangement, shriveled and died within the first 24 hours. Sent an email to Girard flowers, but haven't heard back in 3 days.

During their busiest time of the year, with their website closed for orders, they were able to get a sympathy order done and delivered in one hour!! Negative experience: Ordered 30th anniversary's flowers for my wife on the 25th of May. Though the flowers showed up beautiful as the picture. On the27 of mat the daisy’s started to die followed by the tulips and the roses in a week !! Not to happy with the products coming from this store , I’ll just try a different one next time.

I’m out of town, so they even sent me a picture to make sure the pink shade was just right. They also went above and beyond by staying open 30 minutes past closing to wait for my mom to pick it up. Great customer service and stunning flowers! Much appreciated.

Negative experience: Was first time ordering and very disappointed l paid deluxe price for and didn’t look nothing like the picture they showed me so so bad never ordering again from them !!

They went above& beyond - I had to call them from out of town at the last minute (I was unexpectedly in the hospital) for a funeral delivery, and they did a beautiful job, and were able to get it there in time!! When I came in she spent a lot of time with me finding the right ribbons and giving me lots of options for flowers/colours. Came back again this year for my son's prom and purchased the corsage and boutonnière. Another beautiful set. Highly recommend

It matches the decor in my living room perfectly and completes the grand look of high walls! I've been looking for something "special" and found this "gem" there today! The service in Girard's is great, the prices are reasonable, and the selection of items are unique and plentiful! I'll most certainly be visiting there again!
